First, the story gave off innocent and sweet vibe right from the beginning, so I was pretty shocked there was some spanking and tying the heroine up. It felt forced, like the author thought it wouldn't be interesting without it. But trust me, it would.
Second, there were a few clichés I hate. The "oh, you are so lucky my wife was the same size as you" miracle was followed by the "you can also wear her shoes" moment. Come on, what are the odds!

This book had awesome potential, but for some reason it felt super rushed and lacked character development. I can't even say the main characters had great chemistry because I didn't even feel they had a chance to develop any type of relationship to show chemistry.

I nice story about two people starting over.
I love the fact at Tobias had his work cut out for him. Amy was not going to give in so easily. Amy was not one that could just sleep with someone with out any emotion involved. Tobias will have some decision to make. Would love to see a second story to this.

What a good story. Amy Dewitt was exited about interning at this entertainment company that had produced some of there favorite shows. I just loved Amy’s excitement. Though she was shy she had something about her that drew you to her.

Tobias Elliott who was CEO of the company that Amy had started at could not help himself. He was attracted to Amy right off the bat. He had hope to have her sign a confidentiality contract on sleeping together. It would protect him as a boss and her as a worker.

I love the fact at Tobias had his work cut out for him. Amy was not going to give in so easily. Amy was not one that could just sleep with someone with out any emotion involved. Tobias will have some decision to make.

Quick read, two people finding love again, starting over in a new city/state. It was all well , BUT it felt as if it was missing so much. A) The love felt forced. I understand the male lead had a tragic pass. And he doesn't want to get close but the hot/cold got to me. And the room with his dead wife with all her clothes just ..hmmm . Then the end , it just ends with the dog. I felt like it should have more. I wanted more..I wanted a epilogue.

This is the story of a young woman who fears her attraction to her boss could ruin her internship. She is away from home in NYC for the first time and determined to be successful in her internship. From the first glance at her boss, she is very attracted. He seems interested too but she is not sure what he wants from her. He has secrets that he is keeping but wanting her is not one of them. It is a very good story.

Thought this was a cute short read about the shy girl who's finally getting a fresh start and can re-invent herself.
Falling for the CEO of the newest company she's interning at isn't only forbidden, but could ultimately hurt both of them.
Kinda thought it was weird he still kept all his dead wife's clothes and then allowed his newest 'woman' to wear them. Also not quite sure how she'd gotten that they had both fallen for each other just from him getting a new dog...???

It was a nice afternoon read, romantic without too much heat. The shy girl catches the eye of slightly older CEO. He has loved & lost, she has never loved. Honestly the character of Amy infuriated me. I wish she would grow some balls. A shy Daddy's girl is highly unlikely to fly across America for an intern, it just did.t resonate with me. Did however read from start to finish.

This was a short fun stories. When Amy starts her internship she never thought she would be entranced by her boss. When the boss pulls the dominant act on Amy, she walks out, which never happens to Tobias Elliot. This a journey of a young woman breaking away form her old self. I liked it, yet I would have liked more on the relationship between Amy and Tobias.

Animal shelter volunteer gets unsheltered!

Fast read, typical office romance of boss and new intern.  Funny at times, surprising a bit, but also predictable.  And now a bit about the story...

Amy has flown across the country to start a new internship and reinvent herself.  But on day one she is drawn to the boss, Mr. Elliott, the CEO!  On day four they have they first date.  You may be able to imagine where some goes from there, but they are a few surprises I wasn't expecting.  Hope you enjoy it as much as I did :).
