Kunio Kitamura's job as head of Japan's Family Planning Agency was to increase the declining Japanese population. After reading my book Energy and Eros, he contacted one of Japan's most popular writers, Hiroyuki Itsuki, and notified him of the teachings on Polynesian romance in Energy and Eros. Enthused, Itsuki wrote two books based on the teaching in mine: Silent Love and Twleve Chapter on Love. The first was fiction, the second nonfiction. Together, our books sparked a slow-love revolution in Japan.
