After the near disastrous beginning, both Carter and Thilo are doing their best to meet in the middle of their very odd couplehood. Carter's being ambitious and level headed. Thilo's going to sit through Carter's New Year's strip extravaganza and be cool about it if it kills him.
Kate Lowell lives on the east coast of Canada, in an old farm house that has way more personality than it has any right to. During the winter, she spends her time dreading snow, cursing at snow, shoveling snow, and scheming ways to shove it down the kids' necks. During the summer, she prays not to have snow. :)
Kate likes to play in ALL the sandboxes. While her main genres are paranormal and contemporary suspense, she is also interested in science fiction, fantasy and--weirdly--romantic comedy. She's willing to pay large amounts of money to anyone who can come up with plot-bunny repellent, which she will first use on herself, then sell to LA Witt for an exorbitant price to recoup her costs.

Carter and Thilo are a fairly new couple; they’ve only just reached “boyfriend” status.
Carter is a brand-new homeowner. He’s doing all of the renovations himself. He’s also an exotic dancer.
Thilo is very shy. He’s an accountant.
It’s New Year’s Eve, and Thilo has insisted that he wants to see Carter hard at work.
Apparently the two met/became a thing when they were snowed in together? This is somewhat mentioned, but never delved into. Essentially, it’s a story of Thilo coming to terms with Carter’s chosen profession.
The dancing/choreography are explained well.
Sweet and cute. Zero action…which seems odd, given the title.
This was my first book by this author. It was short, cute, and sweet. No sex involved despite the title. I got the feeling it was a quickie book after another book about the characters, but could find no evidence of that. So maybe it was a stand-alone.
Sexy and hot! We see Thilo visiting Carter's home and bringing Chinese for dinner. Then Thilo going to a club where Carter dances and strips for the New Year's Eve bash. Would've liked to have read more of them. Committing to each other, maybe moving in together or even getting engaged.
