Plumeria Moments is a collection of real life stories by Maree Nordgren. In 1978 God called her and her family from the south side of Chicago, IL to Honolulu, Hawaii. They went there to work with the Waikiki Beach Chaplaincy, a Christian outreach.In 1984 they planted Hope Chapel in Waikiki. In 2007 they relocated to Michigan and started South Shore Fellowship at WEKO Beach cafe in Bridgman Michigan. Maree has chronicled their experiences through monthly newsletters.
From 1978 until the present, she has continued to record God's faithfulness to her and her family. Now as a wife, mother of three boys and grandmother of seven, she has gone through hundreds of old newsletters and selected the best of the best.
The intent of Plumeria Moments is to encourage everyone that God is a relational God and He delights in revealing Himself to us in ordinary and extraordinary ways, from Legos stuck in a child's nose to miraculous healings. Take some time for some Plumeria Moments.
