Territory is a very enjoyable read, depicting rolling landscapes reminiscent of Cormac McCarthy's Blood Meridian and Willa Cather's My Antonia. The book has some very unique characters and just when you feel like you know them, Duffey reveals yet another facet of complexity to them. Territory is a riveting thriller and I'm looking forward to reading the next one in the series.
