my five year old and 7 year old are extremely enamoured with the adventures of Penny, they devoured the first book, taking turns to read, and I read some of it to them too! They moved straight onto this one, and were not disappointed, though it took them a bit longer to get through as they mostly were taking turns reading to each other, and there was a couple of weeks where we couldn't find the ipad charger ( unfortunately, we couldn't magic it out of thin air, even though we tried) I'd highly reccomend this book, and the others in the series, as they can be enjoyed by a range of ages, and both my children ( girl and boy) seemed to enjoy it equally. even I as an adult had to resist reading ahead once they were asleep for the night! i was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
