Woow I loved this series. It was hot, well written, the romance was so sweet.
Eric and Jordan are rival NFL Players who have known each other for years but are not on friendly terms. They are in the closest and Eric has lusted after Jordan for years, so when an opportunity presents itself he takes the chance and kisses Jordan then leaves him hanging. Jordan decides to go after Eric to punish him for just leaving after the hot kiss, when he arrives at Eric’s house the gloves finally fall and from there the epic Journey begins.
His fingers dug into the back of Jordan’s neck as he crushed their mouths together, his tongue slipping between Jordan’s lips, discovering a hunger that matched his own. Jordan’s face was silky smooth now, no raspy-stubble, but still sexy as fuck. Eric greedily plunged and stroked, kissing the breath from Jordan’s body but still desperate for more.
Jordan responded in full, locking his powerful arms around Eric and hauling him closer until their bodies were fused in a tight embrace.
Jordan, I loved him he was bossy, a genuinely good guy , but at time I wanted to smack him for being a dick but he redeemed himself.
“I fucking love your neck,” Jordan growled. “Every time you cock your head, I want to take a bite, right here.” He nipped him below his jawline and Eric’s dick nearly poked out the waistband of his trunks. A smile spread across Eric’s face with each kiss and nibble.

This series is short but has a lot to offer. There is a mystery which I enjoyed because it was not predictable. The secondary characters were well written.
I enjoyed this a lot.

This series was a fun one. Mostly it's just about these two hot alpha males having steaming hot sex - which yeah HOT - but there was some plot to it and some romance. When it is revealed who the blackmailer is, what happens is a tad OTT mostly for drama's sake, but i wasn't expecting much different from this series. Because while I've enjoyed it, it isn't an exemplary piece of writing. It's good, but not amazing, imo.
Jordan and Eric had a great connection though, I got to read some fun, hot smexy times and see two guys fall in love and come out in the world of NFL - and it working out. I'm sure Jordan and Eric faced a lot of bullshit, but we didn't get to see any of that.
The only reason it didn't feel completely unrealistic that they came out and it was okay was because of that one out player IRL who got drafted to the NFL, so.
Fun, hot entertaining series. Don't expect much more than some surface writing on characterization, plot, stuff like that, but I still enjoyed it. Worth a read if you want some hot action to read ;)

Touchdown!! 5 Stars for the finish!!!
This is an excellent story and this third installment just ties it all up in a nice package!
Eric and Jordan have been fighting against a blackmailer since someone spotted them together on a balcony. It seems the blackmailer has taken it to the next level now as Eric ends up in the hospital after his helmet failed on the field. Jordan takes the initiative to reach out to an old flame who is a detective to see if he can figure out who is after them and why. You will be shocked when you see who is behind all of these guys problems!!
Beyond being blackmailed and Eric getting injured these two have to face the issue of coming out to the world. They are not only gay football players but they are a couple and each play for different teams, teams that also are opposing each other -- so yeah Jordan and Eric's problems don't stop with blackmail.
However, none of their issues matter if Eric can't find it in his heart to forgive Jordan - so Jordan may have lost out on the best thing in his life before he even was able to acknowledge having him!
J.T. Fox did an excellent job writing this serial. Each book keeps the reader totally enthralled as tid-bits of info is sprinkled throughout all three books - J.T. Draws you into the world of football, blackmail, love, passion and Touchdowns!! Recommended read!!

Finally! I have been so anxious to see the conclusion of Jordan and Eric's story. The suspense from the vicious cliffhanger ending in Play Harder was giving me anxiety.
Just when you think you know whats going on, you realize you have no idea.
Jordan and Eric's love just couldn't be ignored. It couldn't be silenced. Despite blackmail attempts, their own fears and insecurities that were keeping them in the closet they couldn't stay away from each other or keep their hands off each other. After a near death experience happens they realize life is too short and they want to be together. But is it enough?
They still have a crazy person trying to harm them and extort money, they still don't know if the NFL is ready for openly gay players...so much is at stake!
J.T. Fox finished the story beautifully, I was left wanting more but only because I enjoyed the story and the character so much.
And when you find out who the villain is??? I never saw that coming. Never. I definitely plan to re-read and see if I missed any clues the first time.
This is book 3 in a series and you MUST read them in order. There was plenty of hot man on man action as Jordan and Eric embraced their feelings for each other and began to worry less and less about the outside world. Love truly does conquer all and this story is a great example of that.
Over all this was a fantastic debut series from J.T. Fox I can't wait to see what the future brings from this author, I will definitely be keeping an eye out!

The story...in my eyes...took a weird turn. I was not expecting who the main blackmailer was and the reasons behind it. Kind of caught me off guard and I didn't know how to process it. I also felt that I didn't get enough out of the reasons and I wanted more of that. More explanations. I cant dive anymore into what I wanted because that would give the whole thing away. Anyway...I really did love Eric and Jordan together...I wanted more of them. Their sex scenes were fantastic....I wanted to be the cheese in between their sandwich :-)

This is the last part of the series and it does not disappoint in the slightest. We get hot action between Eric and Jordan, we finally find out who has been blackmailing them and we find out if they get the happily ever after that they both deserve.
Some of the terminology will be lost on you if you do not follow the sport the character play (like myself) however their profession is only really in the background for most of the series.
I really enjoyed this series and look forward to reading more of this authors works.

The third book of this mm erotica series really delivered the goods (pun intended). While it only features 1 love scene it's incredibly pornographic and extreme, which as I always say is exactly how erotica should be, who wants to read erotica that only goes halfway? I know I sure don't!
The resolution of the story is interesting if not a little obvious, I actually picked who the person blackmailing Eric and Jordan was in the first book, it was obvious but the way it was written and came out was quite surprising to me. Eric and Jordan are very cool guys, not to mention extremely hot, I really enjoyed entering their world - it was great to read something that's sports themed that is also interesting to me as generally if it's about sport I couldn't care less, this was a new style of romance for me and I really liked it. This is the second series of mm romance that I've read and I can't wait to find my next series to dive into, they're so fun, easy and quick to read.

Play Hardest is the third and final installment in the Hot for Him series from J.T. Fox. This installment picks up after the events of the first two books and needs to be read in order as it is the continuation of Jordan and Eric's story. After how the last installment ended, I couldn't wait to get more of these two. I needed to know what happened, and I enjoyed seeing more of these two sexy guys.
Jordan and Eric have been trying to figure out who is blackmailing them, but so far they have been unable to. At the end of Play Harder, it appeared that the blackmailer had escalated things when Eric's helmet was tampered with and he wound up in the hospital. Though Jordan and Eric didn't want to go public and fought their feelings for one another, Jordan knew he would do whatever it took to get to the bottom of who was behind the blackmail. But will they be able to catch the person responsible and find a way to have successful careers if the truth about them is revealed?
I was really torn about how to feel after the ending of the last installment. I really enjoyed the heat and chemistry between these two and was glad to see them finally exploring that. But I was also very frustrated with Jordan's actions. I really loved how he made up for that here though, and it was good to see these two finally working towards a future together. They seemed to really be on the same page and I was glad that they were able to see what was really important here. Their chemistry was never in question, but I will admit that their connection was a bit of a harder sell for me. While it was clear that these two were developing something, I felt like it was a bit too insta-love for me to really believe in the intensity of their feelings at that stage. Not that I didn't believe it would get there, I just didn't think that it was possible for these two to really be in love with how hot and cold they had both been running. There was so much running and push and pull, that we didn't really get to see them actually together for any length of time before they were full steam ahead.
Overall, this was a good sexy series and I enjoyed Jordan and Eric's story. I do think that things felt a bit rushed here, and I would have liked to have seen more of Jordan and Eric together. I think had we experienced this as one novel rather than three short installments, it might have seemed a bit more cohesive and possibly more realistic. But I really just wanted to see more development and emotional connection between Jordan and Eric and I don't feel like we ever fully got that. If you like short and sexy M/M stories and hot football players, I recommend giving this series a shot. Jordan and Eric were very steamy together and I liked their characters a lot.

Play Hardest picks up right where Play Harder left off. Sitting in the waiting room of the hospital waiting for the answers to Eric's injuries.
With the fear of the unknown with Eric's health, Jordan is finally ready to admit to himself that Eric holds his heart and stop being so scared of a HEA.
Jordan knows that no matter what happens from here on out, he wants Eric by his side and will do whatever it takes to keep him safe. Even if that means coming out to world that he is gay.
With the blackmailers threats still hanging over their heads, Jordan seeks the one person he never thought he'd be calling, Private Investigator Kyle, his ex, to hep find out who is responsible for what happened to Eric.
The ending . . . . Holy fuck! I did not see that one coming!
All in all, this was a great little series. If you love M/M and love football, this one is perfect for you. Sadly, some of the football talk got lost on me as I don't follow the sport, but it wasn't a major deal.
J.T. Fox has done an amazing job with these men, I can't wait to see what he has in-store for us next.

Loved it! For the third time, J.T. Fox packed a little book with a lot of punch! In this final installment of the Hot for Him series, we run the gamut of emotions until the very last page. This review may spoil books one and two.

We pick up right where book two ended with Eric in the hospital and something very shady is going on. Jordan thinks Eric is behind the cheating scandal, however after the accident doesn't know what to think. What he does know, is that this man owns his heart already and he doesn't know what to do. In a nutshell, Jordan is scared. Scared to give his heart away, scared to lose his job as well as letting down his family.
While Jordan is struggling with his feelings for Eric, he is struggling to get back on the field. Not realizing what is really going on around him just yet. While he thought he'd lost Jordan for good, he didn't, but that doesn't make things any easier. As we read about Eric and Jordan's relationship, there is a whole other "who-done-it" going on in the background. The way J.T. Fox wrote, it could have been a number of people and I liked that guessing game aspect of the story.
Like the first two, book three of the series is well written and very sexy. Jordan still holds his own quite well against the "The Brick." The boys showed a more mature attitude this time around, so you couldn't hope for anything but the best for them.

What a finish! This game couldn’t get any hotter than it did in this final installment! Play Hardest picks up immediately following the shocking conclusion to Play Harder. In an interesting turn of events, Jordan decides to get a detective involved in the blackmail case, and he turns to no other than his ex, because there isn’t enough already going on in this book (right?). However, ex is a pretty nifty fellow, and he steps right up to do what he can.
The ending felt a little rushed to me, but not enough to mark down for anything. The heat level remained high, and the supporting cast in this was really well-rounded and offered great things to the overall story. I was shocked to discover who the blackmailer(s) was/were, and I felt it was a beautiful conclusion to the story.
I will definitely be keeping my eye out for this author in the future!! I hope that next time everything is in one fell swoop. This series would have been stellar put together into a single full-length book! Five stars of great reading!

I will definitely be keeping my eye out for this author in the future!! I hope that next time everything is in one fell swoop. This series would have been stellar put together into a single full-length book! Five stars of great reading!

This is the third and final book in a hot and suspenseful M/M serial series. The title of the Series, Hot for Him is perfect for these two steamy football players...
Play Hardest starts where Play Harder ended, with me saying oh, fuck...shits getting serious now. Jordan and Eric need to discover who is blackmailing them. Now. Their relationship and careers are on line and it's time to end this before it's too late.
Jordan and Eric don't want to lose what they have worked so hard for and its just not about their careers. Maybe it was time to come out of the closet and hope that it wouldn't force them leave the game they loved. But, are they really ready to risk it all? Is their relationship worth the fight?
I knew from the start that this book was not only going to be about dirty and steamy sex. I mean, it's there but it's about more than just using each other's bodies for pleasure. And with the blackmailing, it makes the story suspenseful. J.T did an amazing job with her debut series and I can't wait for more!!

If you haven’t read the first two installments then please stop reading because this review could spoil parts of the previous books. You have been warned plus these two are hot, let me make sure you understand this, these two are so fucking hot you want to be a fly on the wall when these two go at each other. I loved Eric and Jordan and the way they had this connection for so many years but had only recently acted on it. Did they play games at first? Yes and that was both right and wrong. Both have issues that they needed to work through both separately and together. Now I will say this. One issue is one that should have been bitch slapped from the start. I won’t give any spoilers away but I just knew something would happen, I just never expected what does. There is more drama in this one than the previous books but it works, trust me.
I think one of my only complaints is that we fast forward and don’t get to see what happens after certain events. I honestly would love to read more about Jordan and Eric or even other players from the two separate teams. This review is for Play Hardest but each installment was very quick to read that you can read all three in an afternoon. I am looking forward to reading more from this author in the future.

I, without a doubt, thoroughly enjoyed book 3 in this fantastic series. However it was not my favorite. I sort of feel like this could have been a two book series. Although I do get the need for all the sappy happily ever after business.
In book 3 Jordan and Eric try to maintain a united front to stop the blackmailer but obstacles keep getting in their way. Eric tries to do a good deed but miscommunication and suspicion hinder these two from exploring the emotional connection of their relationship.
As finales tend to do all the secrets and mysteries are revealed. I have to admit I knew from book 1 who the blackmailer was, some aspects of that revelation were a surprise though.
One of the things I love most about books is how they give a glimpse of things how they should be if people were allowed to love openly no matter their occupation. This is the perfect book that proves that point true.
Great series…great book…definitely recommend the whole lot!

This is the final part in Eric and Jordan's story. The black mailer is being more vicious and demanding and we finally find out who it was. And things with Jordan and Eric heat up and get much more swoon worthy. All questions are answered and problems solved.
"Because he wanted Eric, all of Eric, with a ferocity he'd never felt before. This was what he had simultaneously craved and feared his entire life. The vulnerability and pleasure that came with being completely exposed, completely in love.
And God, there was no way he was going to give this man up. No matter what."
Again this was fast paced and exciting. Props to the author for the mystery around it - I want to say I figured it out, I did at the start but through the second book and this one I didn't trust anyone and suspected everyone! I loved it all!
This was a great conclusion but I am sad to say goodbye Eric and Jordan! I love those two. I also really loved the good twist with the reporter/media in this book. I think J T Fox did wrap this up brilliantly and introduced us to some characters I hope we get to see more of in the future. I'm so excited to see what's next from J T Fox!!

Wow, what a phenomenal ending. This series kept me asking WHO, who is behind the blackmailing? The blackmailer is now getting a little more dangerous, the threats becoming life threatening. Eric's helmet was tampered with landing him with a head injury. Things just got serious. At that moment Jordan knew he couldn't live without Eric and was finally ready to let all his feelings known. Ready to risk it all, Jordan is there to help Eric recover when he gets home. While growing together as a couple, both men work on discovering who is after them. Someone from Jordan's past helps him in more than ways than one. Truths are revealed and the blackmailer's identity leaves you wondering if you really know people as well as you think.
The Hot for Him series was steaming HOT! Seriously the sex scenes were so steamy that I was fanning myself several times, and the suspense of wondering who the blackmailer could be, well I wasn't disappointed in either.
Outstanding debut J.T.! I can't wait to see what you have coming out next.

Play Hardest is the conclusion of the Hot For Him serial. Honestly, I'm seriously going to miss Jordan and Eric! I couldn't get enough of them. The chemistry between these two smoking hot alpha males is unmistakable. Their growth individually and as a couple really shows in this installment. Jordan finally comes to the realization that he's scared of the feelings he has for Eric but will he let that keep him from true love? After the incident at the end of book 2, Eric is on the road to recovery. When he finds out unimaginable news about his accident, he has to decide whether he should put the hurt and anger he feels toward Jordan aside to bring the blackmailer down or hold onto it.This was another quick read that can easily be read in a couple of hours. I thought it was developed well for such a short book. There was plenty of depth to it and I wasn't left feeling as though anything was missing. There were quite a few surprises that I didn't see coming. Overall, I think this was a great ending to this serial.

I have read the trilogy of these books and I can honestly say it's a lovely series....
Jordan and Eric's story finally has closure but what I'm not saying you will have to read for yourselves.
It's not the best M/M I've read but it's up there with my very good listing, it has hot steamy moments that get you hot under the collar which to me is a sign of a good author. The plot was clever, which some books in my mind you don't get, so that was refreshing.
I loved both these characters for different reasons. Jordan for taking care of his family; and Eric for never giving up on Jordan, I love this in a story. There was nothing I did not like about this book it just ended too soon for me, and I felt it could have been one book rather than three shorter ones, however that did not diminish from the story itself. The story was good and I wanted it to go on. I've read this authors work before it just gets better........I will look forward to reading more in the future.

I absolutely loved this miniseries! It had it all! Sex, drama, scandal! And just enough of it all leaving you wanting more after each book!
I loved Jordan and Eric's journey throughout it all. What I enjoyed the most was seeing Jordan's character grow and change.
He was so closed off to any feelings for another person. Seriously living in the closet. Or just plain and simple denying himself the pleasure of another person in fear of getting caught.
Eric was cautious but at his stage of his life...really didn't care anymore. He just wanted to be happy. And Jordan made him happy.

The final instalment of the Hot for Him series, Play Hardest is the climax to the trilogy. We catch up with Jordan and Eric as Eric recovers from having an accident whilst on the pitch. Jordan is desperate for him to recover, so he can apologise for being an ass. Jordan makes peace with aspects of his past, and helps him to take a step forwards with Eric.
This whole book is the one to wrap up the series and to cement Jordan and Eric's relationship. Of course, one of the things that needs to be sorted is to find out just who is blackmailing them. Who it is, and the reasons behind it, are excellent and I won't say any else about it!
An excellent series that is hot and steamy, as well as intriguing and suspenseful. Definitely recommended.

J.T Fox did it again love this series. You have two pro football players that love each other but are on different teams and a pshyco blackmailer after them can they learn to love each other or well outside forces tear them apart. Jordan and Eric are trying to figure out who is blackmailing them when Eric gets hurt and Jordan finds out that someone tried to kill him Jordan finally figures out that love is more important then anything and if Eric survives this he will keep them together some how. But well out side sources keep them away and will Eric and Jordan come out in public so they can have a happy ever after only time will tell and let me tell you. This is the series to read the mystery and who is against them will surprise you it did me. Hurry and one click fast.

I can't believe that this is the end and what a beautiful ending it was. I absolutely loved Jordan and Eric's story and it will be sad to see them go.
After the end of Play Harder, I had to dive right into this story to find out what was going to happen next. That cliff hanger was a nightmare! But it was so worth it. I was a little shocked by the outcome of the blackmailer reveal. But it made sense when looking back over the whole story. However I just couldn't understand how they could be so cruel.
Jordan and Eric are just as hot as the previous stories. But now there is love in their relationship and somehow that makes the sex even hotter.
I really liked how the author finished this series off. It couldn't be more prefect.

Book 2 left you on a cliff hanger so I was glad to get my hands on book 3 as soon as I could. J.T. Fox didn't disappoint in the slightest and the twists and revelations in the book will keep you hooked.

The third book gives you everything that you've been asking for - and more. You get to solve the mystery, obtain joy while watching Eric and Jordan explore each others' glory [holes] and feel excitement for these two guys who just want to play football and love each other.
Eric and Jordan build each other up and help each other down....oh man, the puns write themselves. This sexy and sweet novella is a fun, flirty and suspenseful package - this is a well timed touch down! 4 stars!

Love Jordan and Eric... two super hot NFL players with super hot chemistry.... Play Hardest takes off where Play Harder ended... Eric getting hurt. Jordan realized Eric wouldn't be in on the blackmailing, but he didn't get a chance to tell Eric and now he's not waking up. Now the threat of being outed just got more serious with Eric's injury, and Jordan goes to the one person he never thought he would talk to again to get help. When the blackmailer is revealed, wow... just wow... what a twist! I loved this ending to this series!

Perfection, I couldn't have asked for a better conclusion to a book that won my heart over and left it skipping a beat at the end of part 2.
Jordan and Eric are fighting for more than just their reputations they are fighting for each other and their lives. This book is exciting, passionate, funny and sexy. I love these guys! The twist when they find out who has been threatening them... WOW!!! Didn't see it coming. A must have.
