Even in the days before the shadow of the Star Wars: The Phantom Menace fell upon it, the rule of the Senate was no guarantee of peace. Trouble could come in many forms to any of the thousands of worlds that made up the Republic. When conflict arose, it was the duty of the Jedi Knights, under the guidance of the Jedi Council, to protect the innocent and set things right.
At the time of this review, I have completed the entire 4-issue spread of this series. This review reflects the entire collection as a whole and not each individual comic book issue.
These are ultimately pretty shallow Star Wars comics.
They feel very much like 'young adult' or even 'youth', meaning that if you want lore rich, deep, dark, brutal action type of adult Star Wars - this definitely isn't it. On the flip side, my 7-year old would probably absolutely love this.
Jedi vs Space Lizards, with a little bit of Palpatine and even Maul sprinkled in. Nothing really else going on here outside of that unfortunately...
