I really enjoy reading books by Jodi Picoult. Her books usually suck me in and make me excited to see what happens next. While this one took me a little longer than usual to get sucked into, I never expected it to take the turn that it did.

I have read many other Jodi Picoult books and loved them. I did not enjoy the ending of this one as I felt it ruined a good story. I did like the story of the elephants and enjoyed learning more about elephants.
