I'm going to go about my review a little differently than normal. I just feel that this book warrants this response.

I just finished Aryn's Desire and I have to say it's my favorite book of yours to date. I'm going to be honest. I never wanted to read m/m before Defining Us. After reading Kyle, Talon, & Addison's and Dex & Raine's stories and getting glimpses of Eric & Calvin, I just had to step out of my comfort zone and read their story. I loved it. It blew away my perceptions and expectations. Not too many books have done that. So when the ARC for Aryn's Desire appeared on my kindle, I was super excited.
I fall in love with all your characters. Aryn and Caden were no different and have quickly become my favorites. I was very intrigued with Aryn (or Beck) in Dex and Raine's story. Caden pissed me off a couple times and he also broke my heart right along with Aryn.
This book had me from page one. I laughed and cried and, of course, fanned myself a few times. It was all about the feels and character connections for me. I'm hoping there is more to their story because I need more. I want more. I just gotta have more! I also want Casey's, Ashley's, and Mills' stories. (Hint, hint).
With all that being said, Aryn's Desire is on the top of my 2016 Favorite book list. I give it 5 Crazy Ass Must Read Stars!!!!! Thank you for the opportunity to review this amazing story. I look forward to reading more from you in the future.

2.5 stars - I almost DNF this book during the first half of the book, it was stilted, slow and confusing however once I became more accustomed to the style I decided to hang in there. Guess we got to the business end at about 80% and it was a build up to book 2. Aryn really was fighting his nature - wanting to be a Top but realizing he was submissive and he struggled to come to terms with that. Caden wanted to Top him but couldn't offer more than "play & exploration " .... finally they both worked it out - on the last damn page !

Zoey Derrick does it and does it perfectly! This spin off from 69 Bottles has you in from the beginning.
In the 69 Bottles series, Aryn was introduced to us as being Dex's bodyguard and friend. Not knowing much of his story, Zoey brings to life Aryn's hardships, loyalty and turmoil in the realization of his Dom/Sub status.
You can't help but fall in love with his character and when Caden comes into the storyline feel as if you are on the same path as he is on.
This book also lets you revisit characters from the Love's Wings series, One Week book and again, the 69 Bottles series. To me, this is one of my favourite things about spin off books or series since we often wonder how the couples or individuals are doing.
This is a must read and in true Zoey Derrick fashion, it's HOT!!!!!

I can't say how much I loved this book . When Zoey mentioned she was thinking of writing Becks story I was so excited to see just what a naughty boy Beck was. We had seem glimpses of him in the 69 bottle series and liked what I saw but he's own story is just so much more. I love the sexy, cocky hardman alpha Beck but also love the vulnerable, unsure softer Beck just a little more I think. This again is beautifully written and you definitely can share every emotion Beck and Caden go through . Another fabulous 5* read by Zoey Derrick for me . I really hope we get to see a more into how these two relationship develops .

Tom and Jerry is a well known cartoon by most. Tom always chasing Jerry for the chase alone not wanting to catch him but the thrill it became for him. Taking the chase into account within this most different yet awesome read by this author the thrill alone will have you wanting to keep your eyes and hearts in this book. The fascination that becomes of Aryn with the explosiveness of the words, the feelings that come from within the pages are just so crackling your heart will soar to new heights. You will be saying “WTF” in all the right places but when the last word is read you will have a feeling of serenity that becomes you. This is Aryn’s true journey to finding what was not lost but has always been in his heart. With a little help from his friends might be just the volcanic eruption he so seeks.
To the author: Knowing a normal review could not be done but also it could not be like I would normally write in fear of giving the slightest little bit away (with a quote or two) this was the perfection that I craved within this read. You took Aryn’s heart in ways that we could only imagine and transformed not only his life with the subtlety of the realization that most fear but you gave him a journey that his heart had feared but all along knew. Fast women, fast music and the protection that all crave from your reads will continue to have your readers in Awe but also the feeling of a transformation that becomes of Aryn.
For which we do not know that our heart does we will soar to new heights.
Expected the unexpected and not take anything for granted within this read. Keep your heart open and it will keep you in perfect harmony as you read this amazing hotness of pages.

The tour is over for 69 Bottles and Aryn “Beck” Becker bodyguard for BOLD International has nothing to do. He is getting bored with the women he meets, something was always missing. When Dex invited Beck over one night, he learns about Dex and Raine’s D/s relationship. Beck was shocked at first but something about the BDSM lifestyle called to him. While at Derek’s “Play Party” he tries to absorb as much as he can about the lifestyle. Until he sees him, Caden Mathews. Caden makes Beck feel things he never felt before and is not sure what to do. While Beck thinks he is a Top, Caden sees the true him and wants to help him explore those feelings. Can Beck get past his fears and let someone else take control? Will Caden be able to leave the past behind and move forward in a relationship? This story will have you laughing one minute and crying your eyes out the next but in the end it is worth every tear. Now about the author Zoey Derrick. I found her through her Reason series when a friend suggest I read it and fell in love with her writing. And I will read anything she writes. Her stories will pull you in and take you on an emotional roller coaster ride and you will love every minute of it. Zoey writes stories that are edgy, erotic, heartbreaking, hot, hotter men, sexy women, loving and she will grip you and never let you go. And the good thing is that you will not want her to let you go ever. Another fantastic story Zoey and I loved it and I want more now.

If you have never read a Zoey Derrick book, I suggest you start. Start at the beginning, and Aryn will be right here waiting for you to catch up.
As a fan of Zoey's writing, and herself, I knew what to expect. A lot of sex, romance, and steamy scenes that make you all hot and bothered. Hence: Read one handed. I didn't expect to read Aryn's Desire, and getting blown away. Now let me say this to you. If you are someone who thinks that male on male action, is gross, nasty, and distasteful, I suggest you pick up Aryn's Desire, or any of the 69 Bottle's series, Defining US is a good one also; and read. Zoey knows how to make a scene in a book erotic, pleasurable, hot, steamy, and most of all you can picture yourself in the book, and with the characters of the story. That to me is a GREAT BOOK, and a very talented Author.

Since Aryn has no clue, Dex and Raine show him a little something in their playroom.
While in complete shock, Aryn thinks maybe that lifestyle is just what he needs. He needs a submissive. But as you go on Aryns' journey of learning about who he is, and what he desires, he comes across Derek and Cotah, (1 week 365 days, through out 69 Bottles Series). Derek introduces Beck into the D/s lifestyle. Beck knows he wants to be a Dom, but everyone else sees him differently.
While meeting people from that lifestyle at Derek's party, Aryn comes face to face with Caden Mathews. Caden a Master, is shocked to feel what he feels when he meets Aryn. As the journey continues, you get everything , and while I'm not going to go into details, let me tell you, that reading this book, will change the way you think of two men together.
The erotic sense of this book is so compelling, that you root for them, and maybe at some point your heart will break just a little, but, you hope in the end it will be just like you want it end.

You might remember the security team of guys who work for Cami Michaels at Bold International and provided security to the band members of 69 Bottles on the nationwide tour!
Aryn "Beck" Becker has completed his last assignment as security to the band 69 Bottles and is now at a loss to work out what kind of woman can spark his fires again.
His bed hopping and "hit it and quit it" romps are just not cutting it for him
His reassignment might be the key to a new phase in his life but will his friends Dex and Raine have a hand in showing him another kind of lifestyle??

As a HUGE fan of the steam 69 Bottles Series, I was beyond thrilled when I saw that Zoey Derrick was writing a spin off focusing on the body guards. Always such a huge part of each of the band members individual story, I was curious as to what made them tick and I was excited that Beck's book was first. This book was a 3.5 star read for me and I cannot wait for the next one in the series! Keep them coming Zoey!
Beck has been Dex's bodyguard and best friend for some time, even going as far as to share women. When Dex finally reveals the type of relationship that him and Raine have, Beck's interest is peaked and he begins to research more about it before experiencing the dominant/sub lifestyle. Beck believes that he will be a Top in this relationship, but the more he learns and observes, the more he struggles with what he really wants, what he really desires. When he meets Master Caden at a party, it seems that everything he believes about himself is thrown into question, making him uncomfortable and thinking about walking away from the lifestyle all together.
To experience the learning and the struggle that Beck goes through, a guy who is always tough on the outside but has a soft heart on the inside, has the reader intrigued with his story the more that they read. I would highly recommend this series!!

Gosh where do I start.. Aryn (Beck) Becker and Caden Mathews story has me all giddy inside. I can not wait to see what is in store for the next book in this Submission series. This has now become my favorite book/story by Zoey Derrick.
We got to know Ayrn (Beck) in the 69 bottles series as Dex's bodyguard and best friend. In Ayrn's Desire we get a deeper look into Beck. He is struggling with himself on who he is, what he truly wants, and who he wants. He knows he is tired of the random hook ups and is looking for something more. When his best friend Dex opens his eyes to a whole new lifestyle he think his life is getting back on track. That is until Caden comes into the picture. Aryn starts to doubt everything he thought about himself. Leaving him conflicted with who he truly is.
This is a great start to what promises to be another phenomenal series by Zoey Derrick.
I can not wait for more.

Perfect story of a man torn between who he thinks he is or what he wants to be, to who or what he really is and his willingness to be man enough to step outside of his fears and try to submit to the one thing he never thought possible ... A Master. Zoey Derrik has done a phenomenal job of giving us Aryn's story. Having Dex and Raine, as well as Derek and Cotah, help draw out the inner Aryn and help him discover who he really is an added bonus. Aryn, aka Beck, is a strong character. Those who help round his story is equally as strong. Just at the point where I thought I had everything figured out, and knew how this story would end ... I was thrown for a twist that drove me to read on. While it doesn't leave you with a big cliffhanger, it will leave you wanting more. It will leave you with unanswered questions and it will leave you wishing you could be there when the "scene" finally comes full circle. Great job Zoey Derrik!!!

I finished reading this books a few days ago...I am at a loss for words...all the feelings this book makes you feel. I could feel Aryn struggles ....and the moment he gave into them...left me speechless! I didn't want it to stop but of course it did when my heart was beating so fast with want was going to happen next! Really Zoey!! I am not surprised...lol! This is a must read. I really glad to see more of Dex and Raine... a yummy master!!! This book is lots of yummy!! Zoey never disappoints you... makes all your fantasy come to the light or the dark sides....how ever you see it!!

Holy Hell this book is HOT!
Aryn "Beck" Becker, part of security for 69 Bottles on break from touring, he's at a loss at what to do with himself. After he learns about Dex and Raine's relationship, he's a little shocked but he's intrigued to learn more. Go on a journey with him as he finds out what's been missing in his life.

Be warned, be really warned, this book ends in a sort of cliffhanger... Which is one of my biggest objections to this book, I will explain beneath. Also there is A LOT of nothing happening in regards to BDSM and submission, so if you're reading 'Aryn's Desire' for that, I would suggest you wait 'till the second book arrives and read them together. I was really disappointed with this book, and if I knew there was not a proper solution I would have waited or forgot about it!
Also Joe Biden became my go-to GIF-dude in this review, for some reason his expressions worked here.
The rest of this review will contain (mild) spoilers, so if you don't want to know, let me just state this again: if you want a D/s relationship, this book is not for you... (Yet.. Maybe with book 2)
Okay so Aryn/Beck works as a bodyguard for Dex and Raine from this book: Taming Dex in the series 69 Bottles. I haven't read this series as I've left M/F in the dust and only read M/M now. And I will say this; there are a LOT of freaking characters and names and babies from 69 Bottles, and since I haven't read it, it felt completely unnecessary in regards to Aryn's Desire. I get the need for Dex and Raine to be a big part of this book, since they open Aryn's eyes to the D/s world, but jeebus rollerblading christ... As a stand-alone book it can be quite confusing.
So Aryn decides he wants to leave his womanizing ways behind and have a little female sub, after being introduced to the workings of a D/s relationship by Dex (and Raine.)
They have some pretty powerful/rich friends and Aryn is introduced to the scene in a private, privileged group.
Here he meets Master Caden, whom sets his sights on Aryn as a sub and thus follows a navel gazing irritating time where not a lot happens.
Aryn is sure he's a top, everybody else is sure he's a bottom. Aryn meets Ashlyn a sub at the club, and wants her, but she already has a sort of supervisor (Teddy) and plays occasionally with Caden, also Aryn doesn't want to sleep with her, and they are tentatively trying to figure something out?! Also Aryn is so unsure, and keeps feeling Caden looking at him.
It it worth mentioning here, that neither Caden nor Aryn are gay, but clearly attracted to each other.
By this point I had reached maybe the 50% mark and kept thinking: "They really have to get their shit together, and FAST if something is going to happen between them... BDSM-style!"
And then something does happen: Caden involves Aryn in a public scene at the club with Ashlyn, after which they have a nice little threesome, that spans over A LOT of pages!
This was so freaking misplaced, the whole dynamic between Caden and Ashlyn and Aryn and Ashlyn had NO freaking meaning for the story, other than that smexy scene between the 3 of them. And the whole time they were gazing into each other eyes (Ashlyn between them) I was thinking: WHAT. THE. HELL?
Yes, Ashlyn becomes a go-between, when the 2 idiotic MCs can't figure out how to go about starting a relationship, but it felt so freaking weird, especially because Ashlyn later admits that she knew she was being used between the 2 of them, which puts Caden and Aryn in an even more idiotic light.
When they reach the 81% mark they finally have a conversation, that makes me want to read book 2:
But before there is some sort of resolution, Caden leaves Aryn AGAIN, because Caden wants a clean Dom/Sub relationship, and Aryn wants something with feelings and isn't sure he can be in a D/s relationship.
It turns out they both have quite a backstory. Caden is mourning his dead wife (maybe the mother of his child?) And Aryn was kicked out from home after stopping his stepfather from abusing his little sister, by kicking the shit out of the stepfather.
BUT by the end NOTHING is resolved, and their backstories aren't used to EXPLAIN anything between them. Caden acted like an ass and chased Aryn around the world, not to apologize exactly but to get his way?! And Aryn still hasn't decided whether he will give submission a go.
Yeah, this book should be called: Aryn's desire, a 3-way, ridiculous amounts of freequent-flier-miles in in the name of almost stalking and NO BDSM between the MCs.

This review is so hard to write, without giving away any spoilers. This is Zoey Derrick quality writing at its best, a story filled with every emotion you can imagine, love, lust, rejection, frustration and of course the standard Zoey Derrick humour.
This book really made me think about the saying ‘the heart wants what it wants – or else it does not care’, the struggles that Aryn faces show that emotions such as love are not conscious, you don’t simply decide who to fall in love with, and similarly you can’t stop those feelings either.
Okay so, we all know Aryn, right??? Well if you don’t Aryn Becker aka Beck is Dex and Raine’s bodyguard from 69 bottles, he is an alpha male through and through, this is his story, and boy is it a story. We really see another side to Aryn in this book, there is a little glimpse of his past and the things he dealt with growing up. Aryn really puts himself through the ringer in this book, he constantly battles with himself about the feelings and emotions he has, but convinces himself that he does not want to have.
“Now, I don’t want that control anymore. I’ve realised that whatever is brewing between you and I is an inevitable truth that I can no longer deny and if I don’t do something, I might regret it for the rest of my life.” Aryn…
There is always a line in a book that sticks with me, and in this book this was that line. It’s a simple line that voiced all of Aryn’s fears, this was him bearing his soul and accepting that it was okay to not understand and control everything in his life.
The book has M/F, M/F/M, M/M and D/s relationships, so reading the book with an open mind is a must, as with all of Zoey Derrick’s books the sex scenes are hot and passionate, and regardless of your ‘norm’ they will get you hot under the collar. The way this author writes, not just the sex scenes but in general is emotionally charged, she has this talent that not all authors have of being able to make you feel as though you are living in the book whilst you read, you feel the struggles they do and are invested in the characters as if they were your friends.
Is there a HEA, well if you want to know you are just going to have to read the book! I will say that in true Zoey Derrick fashion my Kleenex were to hand and were needed, it wasn’t break your heart ugly sobs, but the beautiful, sweet and touching moments throughout the book that brought tears to my eyes.
I can honestly say hand on heart that this book touched me, and I am desperate to see what this author can come up with next. Another amazing journey, with my friends at Bold Inc. Thank you.

I absolutely adore Zoey Derrick and her 60 Bottles cast of characters. When she said she was giving Beck his own story I couldn't wait to get it! He's quite an interesting character. Always on point when he's working and you don't get to see much of his personal side in the 69 Bottles series...other than he loves women - all kinds of women.
In this new spinoff - Finding Submission - Dex introduces Beck (aka Aryn) to the world of BDSM. There's little things Aryn's noticed about their relationship that he couldn't put a finger on why it was different until Dex showed him how he and Raine are together.
Because this is a brand new series and you might not have read the 69 Bottles series (better get on that right now) the author had to build this new series from scratch. You may find, like me, that it moves slowly. There's quite a bit of back story included about Aryn. I liked that part, but I'm sure there will be more drama included with his history to come.
I think when anyone is introduced to BDSM there's always a question of what role the person would be Dominate or submissive. Especially when the individual doesn't know which one they would prefer. To become a Master it's preferred you submit before you Dominate. So you know both sides of the exchange.
There are a number of instances in this book that Aryn questions himself over and over. Even to the point of compete denial. I was waiting for Dex to smack him upside his head for a reality check. Men can be so stubborn. For real. Did I say complete denial? Good Grief.
So here's the deal people. This book may be slow to build but it's worth the read. There's so much going on in Beck's head that you need to read all of it for the next book to make sense. There's not a cliffhanger at the end but Zoey definitely leaves you wanting to read more of Beck's story. I didn't give this book a higher rating because of how long it took for me to get into the story. I think it wasn't until after 70% that it finally started to read faster for me. I'm looking forward to seeing how this dynamic plays out in future novels, however. I think Zoey will wow us with the next installment of the Finding Submission series.

There's no doubt in my mind that this book is one of the best I've read this year and so far. Zoey has a way of sucking you into the story and making you feel so many emotions. This book is her best yet. I absolutely loved the 69 bottles series but this one brings so much more. Aryn or Beck, whatever you feel like calling him, is a security/bodyguard for Bold. His latest tour just ended and he's bored with everything. He's wanting more and his friends Dex and Raine, know exactly what he needs. A getaway and a change of scenery. They take him to club where everything he knows gets turned upside down. He is determined that he wants only one thing until he meets Master Caden. Caden has this pull that Aryn can't pull away from. With help Caden is able to change Aryn's way of thinking. This brings a huge breakthrough and very emotional moment for Aryn. I swear you feel everything the characters are going thru. Maybe I'm just super attached but I swear this one hot book and you will bring you to your knees when you finish it. The ultimate sacrifice is made and has you begging for more. Zoey you have done it again and have written a hell of a book!! I love Aryn and Caden so much and can't wait for more from you!!!!

This story got me so worked up, is an emotional roller coaster. We have two men that to the rest of the world have amazing lives. Little the world knows that this are two lost souls. Aryn is invited to The Club by Dex and Derek. Little does he know that the things that what is turning him on about the whole M/s relationship isn't what he thinks. Everyone sees what he is missing, and once he sees it he can accept it. Caden has lost someone in the past because of that he has closed himself to love and be loved. Will this two men be able to go pass their egos and their previous suffering and find the love of a lifetime, the one they truly deserve?
Zoey Derrick brings the first amazing story about the bodyguards of the 69 Bottles rock band. Aryn's story is great. Seeing this two men fight themselves and try to bury their feelings towards one another, was amazing. Loved the new characters, I am desperately waiting to know what comes next.

3 Pervertable Stars
I loved that word. I had to use it somewhere... Pervertables. This is what Aryn calls the toys that are used and purchased when he's introduced to the lifestyle that Dex and Raine are in. Dex seems to know that Aryn aka Dex is board with his current hook-ups, so he invites him to Derek and Cotha's place in Nashville, where he gets a taste of what being Dom could be. First attending "Play Party" and then being admitted as a member to The Box.
But things don't go as planned when Aryn is struck by his feelings and automatic actions towards a Top. Now he has to not only admit to who he is, but who he wants to be. But his issues are the only ones at play.
I liked it okay. There was certainly more chemistry between the main characters in this story than there were, for me, between Calvin and Eric.
I'd be interested in reading Caden's Command when it's available.

Aryn is intrigued by the idea of a D/s relationship. He joins Dex and Raine along with Derek & Cotah to an exclusive club. He spends a lot of time feeling unnerved by the whole ‘club’ scene.
This book is about Aryn but Caden captured my heart and I’m keeping him as my book boyfriend. I adore how this book whilst it is Aryn’s book, it also follows Caden’s journey as they discover what it is that they both want.
There is a lot of discovering in this story and I enjoyed that because it is more about the people themselves rather than the lifestyle. It felt real and honest. It felt like two people realising that they loved each other. Their love for each other is what brings this story to life for me.
Loved this story and am eagerly anticipating more from this authors!

Gah! Zoey has done it again!

Aryn is used to loving and leaving with no emotional connection but it's beginning to lose its appeal to him and he starts wondering what he's missing. When friends Dex and Raine share with him about their BDSM relationship he starts to wonder if this could be what he's looking for. He attends a play party where he meets Caden who sets him into a tailspin. Aryn struggles with his desire for Caden, especially since he's never considered himself attracted to men. Zoey writes about the struggles both men have with their attraction to each other and makes you feel every intense emotion they experience. I totally fell in love with their story and I hope to read more about them in future books.

Damn, this story was just getting good and now I have to wait for Caden's book! I've read the 69 Bottles series so I know all the side characters and their history. I think you could read this without the other books and still figure out enough to know what's going on.

In Aryn's Desire you see that push and pull of what Aryn thinks is what he wants vs. what he really needs.
You get to see the pov from a top and a bottom. This book goes into the explanation of what a top and a bottom is. Who has the real power of the two.

This book was freaking amazing. Aryn is a bodyguard for 69 bottles band and when he learns that his friend Dex is in the lifestyle he assumes that he would be a dominant. But when he goes to a club and sees how a submissive interacts with a Dom and then he mets Master Caden he starts to rethink things.

This is my first ever ARC, and I have to say I am glad Aryn got my ARC virginity. Because hot damn.
I have read other Dom/Sub books before so I knew what to expect. But what I think surprised me was how well written this book is, before I even think the questions Zoey is answering them in the dialog. It was freaking awesome.
If you are like me you were horribly, terribly, saddened when the last book of 69 Bottles was done. But wait we get to see them in this book!!!! Ok not a lot of Cal and Eric but hey it’s all good I am sure we will see them in future Bold Security books. I loved getting to see the twins and how the dads are taking to their new roll.
We meet Aryn/Beck as one of the bodyguards in the 69 Bottle series and he isn't someone you would forget that's for sure. What I was surprised at was the friendship between Dex and Beck was as strong as it is. Maybe I just wasn’t paying attention I knew they were friends just not to the degree that they are in this book.
Dex see's something in Aryn/Beck and decided to be open up to him about his relationship with Raine their D/s lifestyle. Aryn shows interest so Dex takes Beck to The Box. It opened Beck's eyes to a whole new way of life. A lifestyle he quickly becomes intrigued by.

These are terms you get to know very well and that being said I can see from Aryn/Becks point of view coming in with his friends being TOP's why he is a bit confused as to by he is feeling jealous of some of the actions of the subs around him.
So Aryn not only starts to really get into wanting and maybe being a part of this community but he is also having some reactions to the same sex. This has him more confused than ever.

All I know is that Caden rejected me with the sweetest, kindest, warmest touch I've ever experienced before in my life. .

Ok so now on to Caden, first holy freaking hot the way Zoey describes the look this man can give made me hot under the collar. Ohhh weee.
Second you just know there is a past fighting in him. Just from the things the other characters say about him or how he handles himself like he is guarded. No he isn't gay or that's what he says yet he has this overwhelming attraction to this man.
As the story goes on you really see Aryns struggle but you also see Caden's struggle too esp near the end. But I never expected this.
I run my hand over her name as another tear streaks down my cheek. "Teddy says that I won't know if I don't try but I don't know if I can try."

I honestly didn’t go in to this book thinking I was going to like it. And that’s not because of the lifestyle or because it’s m-m book. ( I love me MMF book and now MM books are going on my To Be Read lists.) I think I was guarded because I was going to miss my 69 Bottle family. Yes I said it you were all thinking it too, you read these books you feel a part of them in some way. So when it’s a sub-series to a series you already know and love you just never know if you’re going to take to it like you did the first one. I have to say I loved this one just as much…

I have read other Dom/Sub books before so I knew what to expect. But what I think surprised me was how well written this book is, before I even think the questions Zoey is answering them in the dialog. It was freaking awesome.
If you are like me you were horribly, terribly, saddened when the last book of 69 Bottles was done. But wait we get to see them in this book!!!! Ok not a lot of Cal and Eric but hey it’s all good I am sure we will see them in future Bold Security books. I loved getting to see the twins and how the dads are taking to their new roll.
We meet Aryn/Beck as one of the bodyguards in the 69 Bottle series and he isn't someone you would forget that's for sure. What I was surprised at was the friendship between Dex and Beck was as strong as it is. Maybe I just wasn’t paying attention I knew they were friends just not to the degree that they are in this book.
Dex see's something in Aryn/Beck and decided to be open up to him about his relationship with Raine their D/s lifestyle. Aryn shows interest so Dex takes Beck to The Box. It opened Beck's eyes to a whole new way of life. A lifestyle he quickly becomes intrigued by.

4 stars – A hot and steamy story of self disovery
I’m going to start by saying that I loved this book. I was captivated yet again, pulled into the story right till the very end when I honestly had an “OMG, I need more” moment. Zoey has a way of making me fall in love with her characters and Aryn and Caden are no exception.
The tour is over and Aryn “Beck” Becker, bodyguard to Dex, drummer for 69 Bottles and his wife Raine, is at a bit of a loose end. The one night hook ups, just aren’t cutting it any more, something is missing and he just doesn’t understand what.
He learns that Dex and Raine have a D/S relationship and although he is a little shocked at first, the more he learns about the lifestyle and all that goes with it the more it intrigues him – is this what he is missing in his life?
Then he meets Caden and everything is completely turned on its head.
This is a story of self discovery for Aryn. Everything he thought he knew about himself is no more and it leaves him feeling vulnerable, exposed and in his eyes weak, something he is not used to. Aryn is torn between what he thinks he wants and should be and what deep down he truly desires – Caden
Caden however has his own story. He can’t possibly give Aryn what he wants which is something more than just the D/S lifestyle, or can he? Can he open himself up again to the possibilities and can Aryn accept what everyone else can see that he is? I willed them on through the story, almost pleading for them both to see sense and come together, where they could find in each other what they truly want and deserve.
“Sometimes what we want was standing in front of us the whole time. Sometimes, what we need gets pushed away when it was unintentional.”
This was another beautifully written, erotic, heartbreaking and hot as hell book from Zoey. I am in love with the Aryn, he is certainly all alpha male but when Caden brings out that more vulnerable side in him, I think I fell a little bit more. Caden is guarded and mysterious but hot as hell and the two of them together is just off the charts, which is what I have come to expect and love in Zoey’s books.
This is a fantastic read and I am eagerly awaiting the next instalment and to find out what is next for Aryn & Caden.
