Povodom obeležavanja stogodišnjice početka Prvog svetskog rata, izdavačka kuća System Comics udružila se sa Francuskim institutom u Srbiji u cilju objavljivanja kolektivnog francusko-srpskog strip izdanja Linije fronta.

Tema stripa Linije fronta bavi se životom na frontu i svakodnevnim životom ljudi tokom Velikog rata. Ukrštanjem pogleda scenarista i crtača na sukob koji se dogodio vek ranije, Linije fronta istražuju ostatke kolektivnog nesvesnog i materijal i teme prenete s kolena na koleno.

Željko Obrenović

Željko Obrenović was born in 1982 in Valjevo, Serbia. He graduated from the Faculty of Philology at the University of Belgrade with a degree in Serbian Literature.

He is the author of the novels Serbian Psycho (Srpski psiho, Laguna, 2007), Sludge (Talog, Booking, 2012), Stone Lake (Kameno jezero, Kontrast, 2016), Colosseum (Koloseum, Kontrast, 2020), Witch Saga and the Vampire Mosquitoes (Veštica Saga i vampirski komarci, Mala Laguna, 2024), and The Second Part of Summer (Drugi deo leta, Veseli četvrtak, 2025).

Obrenović is also the writer of the graphic novels Cardboard City (Karton siti, Modesty Stripovi, 2016) and Invisible People (Nevidljivi ljudi, System Comics, 2026). Several of his short stories have appeared in anthologies edited by Kevin J. Kennedy. His works have been translated into English and Polish.
