So informative, this book helped me know exactly what to expect and what signs to watch out for that would indicate a medical problem. It helped make for an easy pregnancy and made the first month so much less stressful than I imagine it otherwise would have been.

I am so happy AHS produced these books and provides them free for every new mother in the province. This is a rare example of what they're doing right with our tax dollars.

This book was given to me by my doctor. Great resource for all moms to be in Alberta. Definitely useful information that is specific to the province. If your doctor doesn't give you a copy on their own, ask for one.
