This is a decent and basic book about some of the pitfalls and windfalls of Section 8. The pitfalls are few, and the book gives you insights in how to prepare yourself for Section 8 renting. I liked how the author explained how he targets the ideal Section 8 tenant. That was probably my biggest take-away from the book.

I have been investing in Section 8 Rentals since 2019, and the book was worth my time. I can tell you there are books out there on Section 8 that are ridiculously bad - check out my review on the "Section 8 Bible," Volumes 1, 2 and 3 - I gave that book (each Volume) 2 stars.

I give this book 3-stars as there were typos, and the binding was not that great. I feel if you are going to have a book on the market, at least hire a good editor to wipe out the spelling and syntax errors, and invest in good binding. It is a reflection of your detailed work. With that said, you may learn a nugget or two of good information in this short read.

Addictive

I found Mr. Russell on you tube and enjoyed the way he broke this hustle down. I had to have this book. It is loaded with information on how to be financially free and it's not 500.00 or more. I plan on buying the hardcover and some hats and t shirts. My goal is 5 properties before 2020 with this book I feel more prepared to achieve this goal. What a great read. 😀

It's nice that you have great respect regards the tenants perspective about the landlord and try to make sure to keep your behavior professional and fair. I took some good ideas from this book.
