Pompoms are currently on trend, whether they're adorning a headdress, swinging from a bag, or dangling from a keyring. But why have a plain pompom when you can have a tiny pompomeranian dog, a cheeky monkey pompom, or a smiley face emoji-pom? With clear step-by-step photographs to accompany all the instructions—and with each pompom taking no more than an hour to make— Pompomania will show you how to give your pompoms personality. With no fancy equipment needed—you can make do with rings cut from cardboard and a pair of scissors—these pompoms are inexpensive and great to make to keep or to give. Pompomania will add a little pomzazz to your world.
Well done with some good instructions and tips that I had not thought of myself. Easy to follow and the ideas were great inspiration especially for someone just starting out. Not as advanced as I'd have liked and most of these are things I have tried but still worth picking up to thumb through.
This woman is a pom pom master. She not only demonstrates basic pompom making techniques, but also the wrapping patterns which result in smiley faces, hearts, and much more complicated patterns (Dia de Muertos Skull) I picked up this book because of the adorable macarons.
I probably won't try making any of these because I don't need to develop a new craft-addiction. If I did, I'd make the very pretty poppy pom poms.
