Physicist Lucas Ramsay travels back in time to correct mistakes that have cost billions of lives, but runs into a new problem when his incursion pulls in hundreds of copies of himself from parallel universes.
Now his planned reversion is infinitely more complex as he's forced to do battle with evil versions of himself, some of whom want to craft a timeline more beneficial to their universe, but horrific to all the others, including Earth's.
Will Lucas be able to unscramble the paradoxes spreading across the multiverse before it's too late, or will he become yet another victim of his own past?

A fast paced time travel story - what if you traveled back in time to change a "wrong". Will time let you make that change, or will time have a "mind" of its own? As this is book #3 and I haven't read the first 2, I'm not sure won't happened to instigate this race through time to change what happened in the past. Look out for the Star Trek reference! So, I've got questions, possibly answered if I had read the first 2 books, 1. Lucas is/was the problem? 2. Who's Abby (oh, the new lab tech) and Dorothy? 3. What about Masago and her family? 4. And, the storyline about Randol Larson, kinda "dead"ended (pun intended).

I didn't read the first two books in this series, but I was able to follow the story in this final book with no problem. However, I'm sure if I had read the previous two more things would have been clearer. Once I got to the point where I understood what the problem Lucas was trying to solve was, I was pretty certain I knew how the story would end (as I had seen a similar story line on TV once). This story has plenty of action and suspense. It's easy to differentiate the various version of Lucas. If you want to read something a bit different from the norm, this is your book.
A foolish quest or a Noble Endeavor? That is the question posed To readers of this exhilarating mix of time travel, love story, and humour. Throughout there are subtle hints to the final outcome that one only recognizes when the reading is over. Sadly, this is the last of this outstanding series! I received this ebook in exchange for an honest review.
I voted for this to be published on Kindle Scout after reading a sample. I haven't read the two preceding works in the trilogy and can't comment on their quality; however, I think you'd be safe reading them. Reversion has rough patches and anomalies that puzzle, but the overall narrative is sufficiently powerful that it pushes through them to a poignant and affecting conclusion.
