Soups can be made for under 100 calories a bowl, or be wickedly laced with cream, cheese and butter, and make the calorie count skyrocket. It’s all up to you as Chef Numero Uno.
These amazingly simple and no brainer tips and recipes, will leave you confident and creative with your own soup maker. Lesley made these recipes in a jug (kettle) style soup maker, but the recipes would work equally well for a blender style.
