I read all the books in this set as they came out and absolutely loved them. Every one a 5 star read, this set is a real bargain.
'Bite of the Moon' is a multi-author collection of six stand alone paranormal romances and although I haven't got this boxed set, I read all the books individually as they came out and absolutely loved every single one.
1 - Moon's Law (New Moon Pack, Book 2) - Michelle Fox 5 Stars
Who'd have thought knocking Sheriff Studly down in a panic would lead Charlotte to true love and a happily ever after. I absolutely love Michelle Fox's books and I was glued to this story like white on rice from beginning to end. I really didn't want to put it down, but it isn't short and took me several days to read.
This terrific paranormal romance is slightly different to the norm in werewolf true mate romances because the two people involved were turned by being bitten, are part of the brand new Glen Vine pack and being guided in their new lives, along with the others who were also bitten, by the rogue's three brothers. But all are struggling to come to terms with what they are now and to make matters worse, a hunter has come to town and has his sights firmly set on killing all of them, starting with Charlotte Wills.
Desperately trying to get to the woods before her wolf makes an inconvenient appearance on the main street, Charlotte runs smack into Kane Martin, a man, now wolf, she's had a crush on since high school and secretly refers to as Sheriff Studly. Charlotte doesn't want to get involved with him for several very good reasons, one being her ex, and another being that Kane is a man-slut who's slept his way through most of the county and she really isn't prepared to become another notch on his bedpost. But her wolf has other ideas.
Kane Martin, Sheriff of Glen Vines and happy bachelor has no intention of settling down, but because of the interfering town gossip, Georgia Harris, gets involved with Charlotte in a ludicrous plan to throw off his determined mother. It doesn't work and he discovers he really wants to keep her forever, but persuading her she's his one and only is more than an uphill struggle.
This book has some fantastic characters, really funny bits and really heartbreaking bits as the new wolves fight to stay alive, keep their wolves under control and their secret hidden, as well as action, steam and a happily ever after. There are no cliff-hangers here, but the threads are left open for more books in this series and I can't wait to read the next one. A really great read which I highly recommend.
2 - Between Two Wolves - Catherine Vale 5 Stars
Having your throat cut has a way of changing a girl…so does being bitten by one of your two lovers. Hot and steamy, and not just because of the hot springs. I really enjoyed reading this stand alone paranormal romance and read it in one sitting.
Risha Reynolds, ghost writer of all things werewolf, vampire and things that go bump in the night, is having a hard time letting go of her anger towards her cheating ex-fiance, Harrison, and Jack, her boxing coach is less than impressed with her lack of focus during training, especially since it's been months since she dumped the douche bag. After yet another long discussion about her life with Maggie, her BFF since grade school, she decides that a weekend camping by the hot springs at Big River is just what she needs to clear her head. But she gets a lot more than she bargained for on her very first night...
I love Catherine Vale's books and I really don't want to give any spoilers here, but the creepy Park Ranger and huge black wolf make Risha a bit jumpy, then, while relaxing at the hot springs, she meets Colt and Jericho who are seriously hot so she steps out of her life for a while, not realising that she'll never get to step back into it on Sunday as she originally planned. This book is very hot and steamy, with a little action, a bad guy, an unforeseen mating and a happily ever after for Risha, Colt and Jericho.
3 - Lyric's Accidental Mate (Iron Wolves MC, Book 1) - Elle Boon 5 Stars
A tough as nails soldier and a bad girl on a motorcycle with a bite…when they collide, everything changes. More spontaneous than accidental, but Lyric gets her true mate Rowan, and despite everything, they get their HEA.
'Lyric's Accidental Mate' is the first book the new Iron Wolves MC series and I loved it. When I first read it, Elle Boon was a new author to me, so I had no idea what to expect, but this action packed paranormal romance had me hooked from beginning to end.
Lyric Carmichael, wolf shifter and 'baby' sister of the pack's Beta, is out clubbing with her friends when a group of rogue wolves try to grab her with the intention of sending a message to her brother Xander, but the guy in the hall who draws her attention as they're manhandling her out the back door comes to her rescue. Unfortunately he's all human and there are four of them. He doesn't stand a chance....or does he?
Rowan Shade is a lot more than a mere human, having spent years in the military as part of a Ghost Squad, he's learned a lot, but he's never come up against werewolves before, not that that stops him from trying to protect the beautiful woman who drew him like no other. He kills a couple, but is badly injured and bitten in the process. To save his life and prevent the rogue alpha from being able to control him, Lyric bites him too....
I really enjoyed this book and spent a cosy afternoon curled up and totally immersed in this steamy and action packed story filled with great characters and with a happily ever after for Lyric and Rowan, but a couple of things stood out. The actual mating bite comes later on and is more spontaneous than accidental and the reason the rogue pack is going after Xander's loved ones is never made clear. The ending is a bit abrupt and although this isn't a cliff-hanger the thread is left open and maybe it'll come out in the next book. Having said that, I loved the story and can't wait for the next one. I will happily read more in this series and by this author.
4 - Bewitched by the Alpha (Dixon Pack, Book 1) - Bryce Evans 5 Stars
A man with a need to protect, and a woman with a desire to stand on her own...even though she's bitten. I absolutely loved this story. Mystery, thriller and action packed paranormal romance with HEA. I want more.
When I first read 'Bewitched by the Alpha' I hadn't actually read anything by this author and had no idea what to expect but I was grabbed by this action packed paranormal romance on the first page and thoroughly enjoyed reading it. I loved it and would happily read more in this series and by this author.
Wolf shifter, pack alpha and witch hater, Arden Dixon is feeling the weight of his responsibilities as more and more humans are bitten and turned by a rogue pack. Turning humans is forbidden unless they are the true mates of existing shifters. At the beginning of the book, his day gets off to a bad start when Finley Egan, ex soldier and son of the police chief is victim number one. On the way to explain the situation to his father, Arden, his beta, Bane, and chief enforcer, Tate, hear screams and run to find victim number two of the day valiantly fighting back against the rogue who has her arm in his mouth, and major bonus, she's his true mate. He's over the moon until he finds out she's a witch.
Escapee witch Quinn Lamone has finally managed to get away from her father's control, has bought the old Charlotte's Closet and is opening her new store, Southern Treasures in the small town of New Hope. She's finally free and doing what makes her happy until she's attacked by wolves at the back of the store and discovers a whole new world of controlling men. She just wants to be left alone to run her store, but is held by the Dixon pack until she goes through her first shift.
This first book in the Dixon Pack series promises very good things to come. Part mystery, part action thriller and all paranormal romance, this story had my full attention from beginning to end. Filled with some really great characters like Jade and the rest of the outcasts, who I absolutely loved, as well as the really nasty April and her cronies who need a good put down and the truly evil Hoffmans who got what was coming to them. The Council's Death Hunters, Lennox Bartly and Cosmo Fitgerald didn't actually to do much more than hang around providing a sense of doom and history repeating itself, but that promises to change. This is a complete paranormal romance with a happily ever after for true mates Arden and Quinn, but threads have been left open for more books in the series and I can't wait to read them.
5 - Mac Brun: Bearly A Nip - Katalina Leon 5 Stars
Never get between a bear and his honey! A werebear who thinks he'll never have a mate and a high powered executive who doesn't know she's lonely. There is a HEA for them.
'MacBrun: Bearly A Nip' was the first book I'd read by this author. I had absolutely no idea what to expect but it captured my attention on the first page and I absolutely loved it. This may be the first book I've read by this author, but it certainly won't be the last and I've added Katalina Leon to my list of authors I like to read.
Ambitious manager of the 5 Star chain of Boutique Hotels, Andi Brunell is on a memorial pilgrimage to the Sierra Portal peak to honour her mother's last wish and scatter her ashes at the summit. Driving on a very dangerous road in treacherous conditions, she swerves to avoid a bear and crashes over the side of the road into a ravine. When a bear appears and drags her out of the car, biting her neck in the process, she thinks she's about to be dinner, but the bear cradles her like a baby and takes her to a nearby rock. When she wakes up, it's to find the most gorgeous man she's ever seen, Michael MacBrun, the ranger from the Sierra Portal Station, rescuing her. He has no memory of what the bear did, but is immediately smitten.
Lonely werebear Michael MacBrun has avoided people, and therefore temptation, for a long time and isn't happy when he sees the bite on Andi's neck. It isn't that he doesn't want her, in fact the complete opposite, he knows she's his true mate even though she is human, but to bite someone and begin a claiming without their informed consent is a strict no-no in his clan and now he's stuck in the unhappy and frustrating position of having to wait for the effects of the initial claiming bite to wear off before he can start courting her. It's the only way he can be sure that she really wants him and it's not the effects of the bite controlling her actions.
This is a terrific story about two lonely people who have a change in their perspective on life and find happiness with each other. It has some sad bits and a lot of happy bits with some serious frustration for the characters in between. It made me laugh and cry as well get seriously frustrated with Mac for trying to protect Andi by not telling her the truth. All he ended up doing was sending mixed messages and hurting her. I also got a bit upset about Andi's general take over and move in attitude to things like the MacBrun land in Scotland. There is a happy ending for Mac and Andi, as well as plans for the future involving a Motel in the ski resort at the bottom of the mountain. Although this book is a stand alone and comes complete with a happily ever after, threads have been left open and I hope it will become the first book in a new a series. I'd really love to read it and would devour it with glee.
6 - Preferred Prey (Sons of Fenris MC, Book 1) - Erika Masten 5 Stars

Despite not being the same kind of wolf, they love each other and true mates Tabitha and Finn get a HEA on the run. I love Erika Masten's books and was captured by this action packed story on the very first page. I really didn't want to put it down.
Tabitha Vallins, a latent wolf who wants to be turned into a full shifter, finally decides to brave Skin, the strip club where the Sons of Fenris hang out and where she's been working as a server for the last three weeks. Mick Lebeau, the alpha of the SoF decides that she needs to be bitten by Finn McCaffrey, her first crush. The boy who'd taken care of her and protected her through group homes and foster care for ten years, but there is already a bond and if he does, they will be mated. Things aren't quite as straightforward as they seem and trouble is just around the corner.
With the promise of a new and happier life ahead of them, true mates Finn, a Fenris wolf and Tabitha, an Odin's wolf go on the run with the help of Garik, Eli and the underground railway for shape-shifters and other supernaturals. A happily ever after with a difference. I loved it and can't wait for the next one.

Wow! I found Moon's Law (New Moon Pack Series, Book 2, Bite of the Moon Collection) by Michelle Fox to be just awesome. It was spicy and entertaining read. While reading the book, I was eagerly hanging on trying to find out what would happen next. Fox really delivers her unique storytelling with dynamic dialogues for the characters.
The main characters are Charlotte Wills and Kane Martin (Sheriff of Glen Vine, Michigan). They were both bitten by Nick and are made werewolves. There are others bitten too and this secret needs to be kept from outsiders otherwise there are dangerous consequences. The bitten werewolves will have to come to terms with their dual nature. Readers get a view of wolf pack dynamics, romance, and pack life.
Danger is coming. A new evil has come to town. They will need to dig deep and find their hidden strengths. Will the new pack be strong enough to survive an encounter with a new enemy, a lone hunter with beyond human strength?

There was never a dull moment. The sexual tension and chemistry between was hot. The story was great. The characters were believable and their dialogue was spot on. The pacing was perfect and everything seemed realistic.

Oh this book was funny and serious in the same breath. You have two young women who are sisters to the alpha and beta of Iron Wolves MC Pack. Their brothers are super overprotective of their baby sisters that they raised once their parents were killed.
The girls had gone out to a club to go dancing with some friends of theirs when Lyric was almost kidnapped or killed by another wolf pack. There's a mystery in the story because you don't find out in this book why they're targeting people who are you related or have had a relationship with the beta Xan.
Now Rowan is a hot ex military man who belonged to a special ops team. When he sees Lyric being led out of the club he decides to act like he is no threat to the other gang members. When he walks out and sees them trying to take her he decides he will fight to protect her. Did I forget to mention Rowan is human and he's unaware of the supernatural? Can we say he got a crash course and fighting the unbelievable that night.
I would like to go on record to say that this book was fun to read and can't wait for the other stories to come out. Iron wolf is my first book by Elle Boon and I look forward to reading other books by her.

The book focuses on Charlotte and Kane coping with controlling their wolves and trying to continue resuming the lives as much as possible.
Charlotte is having a hard time controlling her shifts as her emotions when heighten cause her to go furry. She has taken time from school and she is unemployed wondering what she is going to do with her life. She has a hard time moving on from the bad things that have happened in her life but if she does not take the chance she may miss out on a second chance.
Kane is the sheriff of Glen Vine and he was bitten by the rogue werewolf Nick. Kane had been known to have only one-night stands with any woman as he did not do long-term relationships. Since being bitten he could not control his strength so he worried about hurting a woman so he was celibate but not by choice.
A new menace comes to town hunting the werewolves and they will have to fight for their very lives. It is stronger, faster and harder to kill. It will take the unexpected to overcome this threat.
Take a chance and start reading the New Moon Wolves series you will not be disappointed.

She just broken up with her fiancé after finding out he slept her college roommate she decides to head to the woods to clear her mind and to try and get over Harrison. While hiking in the wood she meets a man little does she know that he's a shifter.
Enter Jericho then Colt these two were the last members of their wolf clans each. Weatherly the Ranger is also the last member of his clan and he is deranged he wants to end Jericho and Colt lives.
I started this book on Sunday evening if finished it Monday afternoon I will give the writer credit for a story that was well paced and fairly well written and interesting enough to continue reading to the end. This is my second book by Ms. Vale. If you like ménage and your man who can shift into a wolf you will thoroughly enjoy this book.

Quinn is a woman who was attacked by a rogue wolf. She moved to New Hope seeking a place to start a over. She is escaping from a situation back in her hometown. She has no desire to be bossed by a male in her life after enduring such behavior from her father.
Arden's life has not been a walk in the park. He lost his parents on the same day because of a crazed witch and his pack hasn’t allowed a witch to live on their land since. The town of New Hope contains in mixture of shifters born and made and humans. Not all humans know about the werewolf.
I don't want to give too much of the story line away so that you may enjoy the book. Just know that Arden will have to overcome his prejudice against witches if he wants to keep his mate. Quinn when will need to understand that all males are not trying to dominate her. They will have to work together to save each other and the pack against the rogue individuals out to harm the Dixon pack.
This is my first book by Bryce and I would stay that I really enjoyed her story line and I look forward to reading more about the characters from this book.

Michael MacBrun a.k.a Mac has been posted to Sierra Ranger station for the last 10 years. He does not do well in crowds and knows that he cannot live in the city. He is a lonely where bear who is almost giving up on meeting his mate.
The book was a good read and I hope to see more about the MacBrun clan. Hopefully the books will be just a little bit longer as I think these characters have something to say to the readers.

MOON’S LAW by Michelle Fox……5 Star Review
What an amazing story!
While I really enjoyed First Moon as it outlined the series foundation, but this story really touched the heart and brought home the difficulties faced by the newly turned wolves and the persistent highs and lows that come from having your entire life turned upside down.
Charlotte’s transition has been made all that more difficult by her tendency to turn furry at a moments notice. When her emotions run high, Char’s wolf wants total control and tends to get what she wants. Char has also noticed that the undeniably sexy Sheriff Kane Martin has the ability to calm and sooth her agitated beast.
But the Sheriff has a tainted past with his reputation as a rampant man-whore, and Char knows only too well that she is definitely not his type. When Kane looks at Char, he feels his wolf prowling near the surface, and trying to convey a message that isn’t quite clear. And what is that delicious smell that puts all Kane’s senses on high alert whenever Char is near?
A brand new treat emerges and this unique mix of individuals find the life of a wolf even more testing than merely being turned. When your life is on the line, what lengths will you go to that ensure your very survival?

Once again something a little different in the shifter genre, but a thoroughly enjoyable story.
While the danger part of the novel was over fairly quickly, it was obvious the focal point was the conflicted young woman who felt most at home in the wilderness and was yet to truly understand the reasons why.
I did feel the romance side was a little lacking, but this is probably explained by the nature of the men portrayed and their solitude background.
Overall it was a quick read for a reasonable price.

I haven’t read many Bear shifter books, but I thoroughly enjoyed this first in Ms Leon’s brand new series.
We’ve all experienced loneliness and for Mac this is his self-imposed existence. Not wanting to force a prospective mating on some unsuspecting woman, he has chosen to live in exile and hope the solitude doesn’t destroy his soul.
Even though she’s a City girl through and through, Andi is honour bound to uphold her mother’s wishes and scatter her ashes at the summit of her favourite spot. Armed with camping gear, hiking boots and determination, Andi sets off on her first holiday in forever with gusto and enthusiasm.
What follows is a flash flood, a land slide, a near death experience and an unlikely rescue in the claws of a Grizzly Bear. But Andi’s rescuer is more than meets the eye and when she wakes to find one very sexy Park Ranger looking down on her, Andi’s adventure is just about to begin.
This is a steady paced story with engaging characters, some sassy, fun and sarcastic one-liners and one very loveable, devoted and admirable Bear shifter who will capture your heart.

A story based on a young woman searching for her place in this alternate society, and the long reaching ramifications that put not only Tabitha in the thick of trouble, but the man she has loved and who protected her through her childhood years.
The cast of characters are diverse and entertaining and the storyline is overflowing with angst, danger and misguided loyalties.
An interesting start to this new series, Preferred Prey is sure to peak reader’s curiosity about future books.

Bewitched by the Alpha is a story that’s starts with impact and continues to flow throughout most of the book. With depth of character, plenty of action, and enough mystery and intrigue to keep readers guessing, it had the makings of an amazing book.
And trust me, I really wanted to give this book 4 -5 Stars. What stopped me? Mainly it was the lack of editing; so many errors really did have an affect on my enjoyment of the story.
I was also disappointed with the rushed finish. The story maintained a steady pace till almost the last chapter, when all of a sudden it was a blink of the eye between each event, then over.
All that said, I would still read book two, as this series has so much promise.
What an amazing story!
While I really enjoyed First Moon as it outlined the series foundation, but this story really touched the heart and brought home the difficulties faced by the newly turned wolves and the persistent highs and lows that come from having your entire life turned upside down.
Charlotte’s transition has been made all that more difficult by her tendency to turn furry at a moments notice. When her emotions run high, Char’s wolf wants total control and tends to get what she wants. Char has also noticed that the undeniably sexy Sheriff Kane Martin has the ability to calm and sooth her agitated beast.
But the Sheriff has a tainted past with his reputation as a rampant man-whore, and Char knows only too well that she is definitely not his type. When Kane looks at Char, he feels his wolf prowling near the surface, and trying to convey a message that isn’t quite clear. And what is that delicious smell that puts all Kane’s senses on high alert whenever Char is near?

BETWEEN TWO WOLVES by Catherine Vale……3 1/2 Star Review
Once again something a little different in the shifter genre, but a thoroughly enjoyable story.
While the danger part of the novel was over fairly quickly, it was obvious the focal point was the conflicted young woman who felt most at home in the wilderness and was yet to truly understand the reasons why.
I did feel the romance side was a little lacking, but this is probably explained by the nature of the men portrayed and their solitude background.
Overall it was a quick read for a reasonable price.

You have to get this box set, every single one of these stories is awesome! I was very fortunate to read them all individually and not one disappointed me. To be able to read them all in one sit is fabulous. These wonderful authors have come together to bring you the very best, so don't miss out!

Caleb has been hiding from a very evil man, but he is also searching for his brother, but instead comes face to face with his destiny while in his bear form eating berries. But what can he offer a mate in these trying times, trying for him who is being hunted.
Both are thrust together and must hole up till the evil humans who have been horrifically mutated trying to become shifters are gone. They discover that they have something in common, the man who is hunting Caleb is the man that broke Ivy's heart.
I enjoyed reading this story it was very suspenseful and a great HEA even during the end of the world. What future lies ahead for these shifters.
McBrun by Katalina Leon
I loved how this big bear could be so sweet and thoughtful, bears are usually mellow, but Mac is even more so.. His concern for what his bear has done to Andi is really touching. He is concerned about this and holds himself in check despite his strong desires and Andi's innuendos.
Mac a werebear Ranger has lived for years without the company of a woman, he is a descendant of bearserkers and at 38 has lost all hope and resigned himself to never finding a mate, but his bear has other plans for him.
Andi is a self made, independent BBW city girl on her way to the mountains to fulfill her mothers last wishes, little does she know her whole world is about to go topsy turvy.
Truly thrilling, had me captivated from beginning to end.

Rowan never imagined that trying to save the gorgeous babe would be so life changing.
Lots of action and sizzling passion! I loved this book, just the right amount of pages and the right amount of action and sex. No beating around the bush, just get right down to the nitty gritty.
Moon's Law by Michelle Fox
Bites started it all! I read First Moon and was so happy to revisit with Tao, Kai and Leo and of course Audrey and learn how they started their new pack of humans turned werewolves. To learn how their lives started to knit together after so much hate and prejudice made them leave their pack.
I also loved reading how Kane and Charlotte came together, the funny as well as the hard times they had to overcome to finally become a couple.
I recommend you read this story and then if you haven't already, read First Moon it is awesome!

Absolutely love this amazing collection of stories. These authors rock, together!

The aftermath of a Rogue, just learning to get on with their lives with a furry half. The lives are threatened again by a hunter, both human and other. Can this new formed pack learn to live by the Moon's Law?
Kane has upheld the laws of man all his life, but finds himself protecting the pact at all costs to his beliefs. Above all else he must protect Charlotte, she is his. she just doesn't accept it yet.
Charlotte can not trust a man, not after everything else. Hell she can not trust herself the thing she has become.... She finds that Kane is more than she wants to admit, he is all she really needs... can they survive what is coming for them? Will they be all they should be to each other?
I highly recommend this as a quick fun read. Lots of action and danger, that pulls the folks of Glen Vine together forever.

Rowan was just out for a few drinks and maybe get laid. What he got was in a fight with 4 weres and a near death experience. All because her wanted to save the beauty of an angel, Lyric. Man does she smell good, did she roll around in strawberries and cream? She bit him to save him from being a slave to the wolf who bit him during the fight. And well, now they are destined to be mates. Man is he a lucky guy.
The Iron wolves are being invaded by the rouge pack that attacked Lyric and Rowan. Can they survive and can they find the H.E.A. they both desperately need?
I will be reading more of this series as they are released! Very enjoyable reading.

Arden has never recovered from the loss of his family as a child. On the outside he looks like he has everything a man or wolf could want. Trouble is brewing from long enemies and targeting his pack and what little happiness Arden had carved out for himself.
Quinn has had enough of being told what to do in her life. And will not have an overbearing Alpha make demands of her. Plus she is a witch and the pack has bad history with a witch. Condemned before even given a chance, sigh oh well not in her plans anyway. But if Arden was not so bossy what she could do with that man.....
Can they make their mating work for everyone? Or will they let the words and actions of others keep them from their HEA?
Excellent build and telling of this story. Lots of action, of all sorts...

Michael MacBrun, Park Ranger is his day job, Lonely Scottish Silver tipped Bear under the skin. His bear saves Andi from the wreckage and the river but takes a liberty of nipping her in an attempt to keep her as his mate. Bad Bear, now what is Mac to do cause he wants nothing more that to keep the lovely strong woman. But it is wrong she need to choose of her own free will or not at all! He sends her away on a Med-chopper sure that she will not come back in the month that he has asked of her. Tormented Man and Bear they wait..........................
Can they make this work? She is a city girl through and through, or is she? She has changed so much so quickly.
I enjoyed this immensely, looking for the next one in this series. Mac has a twin oh my.........

I highly recommend this as a quick fun read. Lots of action and danger, that pulls the folks of Glen Vine together forever.

Lyric and her friends are out for a night of fun away from overbearing Alpha males,namely her Alpha and his second. Who just happens to be her brother, Xan. Her Alpha is her best friend Syn's brother Kellen. They were more like family than Pack.
Rowan was just out for a few drinks and maybe get laid. What he got was in a fight with 4 weres and a near death experience. All because her wanted to save the beauty of an angel, Lyric. Man does she smell good, did she roll around in strawberries and cream? She bit him to save him from being a slave to the wolf who bit him during the fight. And well, now they are destined to be mates. Man is he a lucky guy.
The Iron wolves are being invaded by the rouge pack that attacked Lyric and Rowan. Can they survive and can they find the H.E.A. they both desperately need?
I will be reading more of this series as they are released! Very enjoyable reading.

I absolutely could not put it down, wonderfully written HEA story.
Arden has never recovered from the loss of his family as a child. On the outside he looks like he has everything a man or wolf could want. Trouble is brewing from long enemies and targeting his pack and what little happiness Arden had carved out for himself.
Quinn has had enough of being told what to do in her life. And will not have an overbearing Alpha make demands of her. Plus she is a witch and the pack has bad history with a witch. Condemned before even given a chance, sigh oh well not in her plans anyway. But if Arden was not so bossy what she could do with that man.....
Can they make their mating work for everyone? Or will they let the words and actions of others keep them from their HEA?
Excellent build and telling of this story. Lots of action, of all sorts...

Andi Brunell, has had one hell of a year. She is on a emotional task given to her by her mother, spread her ashes on the mountain range she loved and left her heart so many years ago. But torrential rains and a late start sends Andi crashing over the edge into the river, to certain doom.
Michael MacBrun, Park Ranger is his day job, Lonely Scottish Silver tipped Bear under the skin. His bear saves Andi from the wreckage and the river but takes a liberty of nipping her in an attempt to keep her as his mate. Bad Bear, now what is Mac to do cause he wants nothing more that to keep the lovely strong woman. But it is wrong she need to choose of her own free will or not at all! He sends her away on a Med-chopper sure that she will not come back in the month that he has asked of her. Tormented Man and Bear they wait..........................
Can they make this work? She is a city girl through and through, or is she? She has changed so much so quickly.
I enjoyed this immensely, looking for the next one in this series. Mac has a twin oh my.........

I so loved this story!
well written with suspense and some really awesome characters.
Charlotte is a newly turned wolf that can't control her wolf just yet
Kane is the Sheriff of the twon and newly turned as well.
When Charlotte is been targetted by a hunter Kane finds himself more and more close to Charlotte and in need to protect her and keep her close.
After a bad brake up Charlotte wants nothing to do with the Sheriff who is known of dating slim bimbo girls.
Can Kane keep her safe and persuade her they are meant for eac other?
Can they help each other learn the ways of the wolves and what happens when gossip of them being a couple reaches his parents ears?
An awesome read that will keep you reading till the last page!
A great book that can stand alone in the series and you are not required to have read the previous book but you will want to as those characters are way too intresting to pass by!!

Is Tabitha really there to be turned or is she there for Finn?
Is it her dearest fantasy or her deepest dread come to life when the devious and paranoid MC president, Mick, orders Finn to deliver the bite meant to turn Tabitha? If he bites her, he might have to kill her, no matter how much of his heart she has already claimed.
This is the first book i ever read by this author and i have to say she is officially one of my favorites.

Lyric is a part of the Iron Wolf MC clan and is out with friends when all of the sudden bad guys attach her.
Rowen is a simply human having a beer and looking to get laid but when he sees the pettit woman being bother he can't stop himself for going out to help.
What he didn't know was that werewolves existed and he would be one of them.
Lyric doesn't really know what to do with Rowen but taking him to her overprotective brother and her overprotective Alpha is not one of them.
Things are going to get from bad to worse and getting better is far far away.
Can they make it work?
Can Rowen accept his new status ?
Will they act on the chemistry between them?
Will the bad guys win?
To tell you the truth this is not a bad book.
Its easily read has some fun moments but for me it was too common.
Girl meets boy,boy meets girl,boy becomes werewolf,lusts girl,bad guys come and HEA.
Still it was fun it was hot and it was guick.

Preferred Prey: Bite of the Moon
This definitely is a little down and biker dirty. It was very detailed and kept you reading. Finn and Tabitha have great chemistry that is hard to deny no matter how bad you want to protect someone. There was only one part of the story that confused me since it seems like we jumped from the “problem of meeting nice people” to the end. Other than that good story.

She also meets sexy Mac and finds herself falling for him in a very unusual way. This book gave a great start and promising future for this series and I can’t wait for more to come.

Gifted a copy for review. This story had me confused when I first started reading for a good couple of chapters because I was expecting something different to happen. Then the good stuff happens and the story draws you in and make you want to know what’s going to happen next, Harley is super alpha bada$$ but with a heart of gold and who is willing to protect innocent people. When his boss’ daughter gets taken all rules can be broken for her safety. I liked the way the story went and would love to see a follow-up story.

This was a great story of love and loyalty. Wolves aren't the only ones to have a lifelong mate that you are drawn to randomly. That is until you go you get turn by one as with Rowan. Lyrics concern for others makes her a great asset to have as a mate. The humor and drama in this book was great and keep you wanting more. I want to know what happens with Xan next.

So this is the first moons law that I read and I must say this was a very good story and easy to flow into. Kane is one sexy sheriff that I wouldn't mind getting to know. The whole wolf thing would be a bonus in my opinion. Charlotte might think wolf life sucks but fate has mysterious ways of working out for people. Throw in some drama and you have one great book. I can't wait to see what comes next.

Wow talk about love falling into your lap at the right time. Arden and his pack find this out multiple times in few days span and they go through so great drama and action that keeps you on the edge of your seat. I loved every minute of this story and I hope there will be so many more stories with this pack.

Lyrics concern for others makes her a great asset to have as a mate. The humor and drama in this book was great and keep you wanting more. I want to know what happens with Xan next.
Moon's Law
So this is the first moons law that I read and I must say this was a very good story and easy to flow into. Kane is one sexy sheriff that I wouldn't mind getting to know. The whole wolf thing would be a bonus in my opinion. Charlotte might think wolf life sucks but fate has mysterious ways of working out for people. Throw in some drama and you have one great book. I can't wait to see what comes next.
Bewitched by the Alpha
Wow talk about love falling into your lap at the right time. Arden and his pack find this out multiple times in few days span and they go through so great drama and action that keeps you on the edge of your seat. I loved every minute of this story and I hope there will be so many more stories with this pack.

Moon’s Law by Michelle Fox. Charlotte just wants to find a job and to try and get comfortable with being a werewolf. She keeps wanting to shift at all the wrong times. Then she literally runs into Kane and he helps calm her wolf down. Kane didn't notice Char much until she ran into him, but now all he does is smell her in his nose. And he likes what he smells. But things don't always happen like you expect. First, it is some illegal hunters, then a really bad hunter, a very strange date that has an ending you never see coming. Lots of interesting twists and turns. This is the second book in the series, but read just fine without having to read the first one. Sexy steamy reading after all the drama, but well worth it. Find out if it is our unlikely heroes or someone else! Between Two Wolves by Catherine Vale. Risha "Red" Reynolds is trying to forget her ex-boyfriend. Not only did he cheat on her with her old college buddy, but he wanted to have an open relationship between the three of them and Risha is just not okay with that. She decides to go back to her old hobbies and goes for a weekend hiking and camping trip. Then her whole world gets topsy-turvy when she meets Colt and Jericho. Two men who want her and are willing to share. Steamy sex between the three of them and a few twists and turns here and there and Red really is in between two wolves. Right where she wants to be. Lyric’s Accidental Mate by Elle Boon. Lyric goes out with her friends to the dance club and runs into some trouble with a competitive pack. Luckily for her Rowan is there to help her out. Except then she and the opposing pack get outed as werewolves. Rowan has faced a lot of things in his military career, but he was not expecting a real life werewolf. Things go sideways pretty quick, but Lyric manages to save him. Meeting your mate and accidentally having to change him without permission can really screw things up. Rowan has a lot of new things to face and Lyric is afraid to tell him some of it. What happens when the opposing pack arrives on the pack lands and tries to take over? Lots of surprises and twist that you don't see coming. Steamy sex, great characters and fascination story. MacBrun by Katalina Leon. Mac is a lonely shifter resigned to living as a park ranger. But things swiftly change when his bear nips a potential mate. Not what Mac was planning to basically force a female he has never met before to become his mate. He has conflicting feelings about the whole thing. He doesn't want to force himself on a mate regardless of what his ancestors have done throughout the ages. "He owed it to his ancestors to treat Andi with respect and preserve her free will." Andi doesn't know what is wrong with her, she keeps smelling things she has never smelled before and feels stronger and more capable of anything she has felt before. "There's just something special about you. The minute I get myself worked up, you calm me down. It's not even what you say. It's just you. I wish I could bottle that serene quality and take it with me." Mac and Andi have a few things they have to work through before Mac can consider making Andi his mate in truth. Does Andi accept Mac as he is? Will she concede to becoming a bear shifter? Preferred Prey by Erika Masten. Tabitha knows she is a latent werewolf and that she requires a bite from a fully functioning wolf shifter in order to trigger her shift. So she takes matters into her hands and asks the local MC also a lack of wolf shifters to hell her out. In doing so she meets back up with her first love Finn. Sexy steamy fun! Now the two of them have a lot of overcoming to do. Will Finn break down and bite Tabby? Will Tabby forgive Finn for the last several years of not being around? What happens when Fin. is ordered to do what he does want to? Read on to find out, twist you don't see coming ahead. Bewitched by the Alpha by Bryce Evans. Arden is just doing his alpha thing with the pack when a rogue pack bites two people in the same day. Now, suddenly, he has his mate and two new pack members. If that weren't the only thing going on, things would be handled pretty well, but unfortunately, there's more to the story. Quinn's brother comes to town and things get real interesting. Now if Arden can just convince Quinn that they belong together. Drama, twists, steamy sex and few turns from left field and things might just come together the way they should. Amazing Boxed Set with Incredible authors – A Must Read!!!

Great “Struggling to Become a Werewolf” story
Charlotte is part of a group from town who were bitten by a werewolf and must deal with the changes they are going through as they turn furry. Kane, the town’s sheriff, was also bitten and works with the others to figure out their new lives. This story provides a unique perspective on the challenges of “turning furry” which adds greatly to the story. From being able to smell emotions, and dealing with the emotions of the wolf within. Fresh take on shifters with mystery, relationships, pack dynamics in a well written, well developed package!
2. Between 2 Wolves – Catherine Vale – 4 stars
Risha gets more than she bargained for on a camping trip
Risha, a somewhat reclusive writer, goes camping in a favorite remote spot to get away from life’s stressors. Along the trail she sees both a wolf and a ranger. While soaking in the hot mineral springs she gets to know both Colt and Jericho who seem to be fellow campers who come by while she is soaking, but in reality are the last of their wolf shifter clan. Are they destined for each other or will this be the end for them? Interesting read with some sizzling chemistry.
3. Lyric’s Accidental Mate – Elle Boon – 5.5 stars
Feisty shifter heroine meets ex-military gentleman
Love these characters! Lyric is sweet and sassy, protected by her Alpha Kellen and her brother Xan, yet taught to defend herself. Rowan sees Lyric in trouble, and even though he is human is “almost” able to take on the wolves attacking Lyric. Rowan is bitten in the fight, and while Lyric can’t save him from shifting, she can ensure he joins her pack instead of coming under the power of her attackers. Amazing chemistry throughout, I devoured this book in less than 24 hours!
4. Bewitched by the Alpha – Bryce Evans – 5 stars
Loving these ‘just turned’ stories in the Bite of the Moon series by different authors
Arden Dixon is alpha of the Dixon clan. He has a problem as rogue wolves are targeting the humans in his town and either giving them one bite to turn them, or they disappear. Finley, the Sheriff’s son is bit while out running, and new shop keeper Quinn is also bitten. The Council sends Death Hunters to assist, but it creates even more problems within the clan. Arden as Alpha tries to protect his newly turned wolves but there are complications, especially as Quin is of great interest to him, and a witch. Captivating read which I had to finish in just a few sittings.
5. MacBrun Bearly a Nip – Katalina Leon 5-stars
Immediately grabs you, then takes you for a ride!!
We begin in Sierra Nevada where Andi is driving through a downpour to deliver her mom’s ashes despite all her co-workers trying to convince her a plus-sized, sedentary lady should not attempt such a trek. A mudslide drags her vehicle over the edge rolling it into an icy river pinning her under the airbag. A giant bear pops the airbag and gently pulls her to safety, slightly nipping her in the process. (This is all in the first 8 pages) She wakes to a stunning man working to extricate her from the gorge and the rapidly rising river. MacBrun is aghast his bear took this opportunity to try and claim Andi with the nip, and tries to keep his distance to allow Andi to get to know him, and overcome the bear hormones raging through her so she can make a logical decision on whether she wants his final claiming bite.
Andi’s life changes dramatically from the influx of the bear attributes, and she doesn’t necessarily want MacBrun to stay away. Great struggle between human and bear and man and woman. My first read from Katalina – will not be my last!!
6. Preferred Prey – Erika Masten – 4 stars
Intense read, no predictable storyline here
We enter the world of Sons of Fenris and Odin’s Wolves. Tabitha, a latent wolf, starts working at the Fenris Club to convince them to “turn” her in the belief she will become stronger and never be “prey” again. She grew up in the foster system, where our hero Finn was her protector. Finn tries to stay away from Tabitha, but MC President Mick orders Finn to deliver the bite to turn Tabitha. The intro to the Sons of Fenris is dark and disquieting. The sparks between Finn and Tabitha are irresistible, and there is a danger to Tabitha neither predict. Great end to the Bite of the Moon series!

Moon's Law by Michelle Fox---This book reminded me of Lynn Red's Jamesburg shifters. Charlotte's boyfriend left her in the middle of nowhere and she was bitten by a werewolf. The only redeeming part of this was that she was not the only one bitten. In this world werewolves are born, not bitten. Except for the rogue's misbehavior. Luckily three born werewolves were in the area and have now formed a pack. They are teaching the newbies how to handle their wolves. We have hunters wanting to cull wolves because there are too many. Kept them from sleeping because they were so loud. This small town also has gossipy females.
Between 2 Wolves by Catherine Vale---Risha decides to take the weekend off and go camping. She gets the feeling someone is watching her. She looks around. She sees and hears nothing. She turns around to continue on her hike and there is a wolf in the middle of the path. She asks him to sit and he does. Then he leaves and a park ranger appears. Was it really a wolf or just a dog? She's not sure of the park ranger and after he leaves, she remembers that he did not have a name tag. He didn't tell her his name. Usually she has a good time hiking in the woods by herself but what is going on? A beautiful wolf (dog?) and a strange park ranger make her uneasy. Her gut is telling her that she is being watched. It's too late to hike back to her car. What will she encounter next?
Lyric's Accidental Mate Iron Wolves MC by Elle Boon---Lyric and her friends are at a nightclub. A man wants to dance with Lyric but she doesn't like how he acting. She tells him she is the sister of the Iron Wolves MC. He and his friends still continue to push her toward the doors. When they get there, a man is at the door. They continue out the door with Lyric. Just as Lyric extends her claws, the man comes out. He's human so she worries about him and the fact that Lyric can't let him know she is a wolf. She tries to protect him after she gets thrown against the building. Lyric hopes to be able to save the human's life. The men were going to kidnap Lyric. Will there be more attacks on her? Will the human survive the fight?
MacBrun, Bearly a Nip by Katalina Leon---Andi is traveling up a mountain to spread her mother's ashes. She picked a mountain that her mother had talked about. Unfortunately, she is traveling in the midst of a bad rain storm and barely can see in front of her SUV. All of a sudden mud and rocks roll down and cover the road. Then this large boulder rolls down and turns into this massive bear. She tries to not hit the bear and ends up sliding down the mountain and hits a rocky outcrop. Her air bag pops out and pins in place between the air bag and her seat. Next, her SUV rolls down further and ends near a stream. She can't get out and there is a gasoline leak. The bear gets her out of her SUV and drags her to a rock. Next thing a park ranger is trying to keep her awake so they can get out of the gorge before it floods. She remembers the accident and the strange acting bear. What wild bear would do such strange things as drag her out of her SUV?

Bite of the Moon: Paranormal Shapeshifter Romance Boxed Set

I absolutely enjoyed reading this Fabulous collection of stories from some of my favorite authors! Everyone of these authors are so talented. I have read all five of the books in this Box Set and I love reading every one of them. The characters are credible, praised worthy, fantastic and I was so excited about the storylines. This is a awesome, impressive and engaging Box Set. The descriptions of scenes are intense and vivid. There is humor, danger and characters with old pent-up rage, full of life threatening moments, suspense, camaraderie and heartstopping romance that will melt your heart and make you excited to read more. I am a great fan of shifter romance and I haven't met a shifter I didn't love. These are all FANTASTIC and well written by some truly gifted and creative authors. I absolutely fell in love with this Box Set, a spectacular read from start to finish and I couldn't put it down.

I really enjoyed every story in this box set. They each stand-alone and are enjoyable stories. I hope some of them become serires as I enjoyed the hcaaracters are settings of some of the stories and the author's writing style.
Prefered Prey by Erika Masten:
This is a dark and gritty novel based in the world of the Sons of Fenris. The story will quickly grab your attention and keep you reading. Tabitha grew up in foster care, often in abusive homes. Finn was her protector, and she has held deep feelings for him all these years later; he has them for her as well. Tabitha seeks out the MC to get someone to turn her into a full werewolf. Finn knows what she is trying to do and doesn't want to help her but deep down he does There are ramifications to changing Tabitha that she doesn't fully understand. Finn will do what he can to try and protect both Tabitha and himself. Full of interesting and diverse characters, this story will entertain. This is an intriguing start to a new series.
MacBruen by Katalina Leon:
This book starts of at a run and doesn't really slow down, I really liked it!
Andi and Mac are the main characters of this story, each of them is in forced isolation but for very different reasons. Andi, is the youngest person to be offered the general manager position for a botique hotel chain. She has had to be tough to maintain her authority and get where she is; the only problem, it's left her isolated with no real friendships. Mac on the other hand has feared he would never find love or his mate. As a bear shifter, he doesn't want to force a woman into accepting the lifestyle like his ancestors did hundreds of years ago.
A fateful night causes Mac and Andi to come together in ways neither thought possible.
I enjoyed the story immensely! I thought the author did a great job creasting backstories for both of the characters. I really liked how she explained Mac's family become bear shifters. I thought it was a unique touch! I'm hoping to see another story featuring the characters, I felt like there was more to tell when the story finished. This was the first book by this author that I've read and look forward to reading more.

This is the first book that I've read from this author, it won't be my last.

This is the story of Risha Reynolds, a young woman who was burned by her boyfriend. Distracted, angry, and in need of peace, Risha goes camping for the weekend to clear her head. Risha meets two sexy strangers and is surprised to find herself trusting them and comfortable in their presence. Danger comes in the form a park ranger, who isn't really a park ranger... I don't want to spoil anything, but let's just say I was on the edge of my seat. This is a great story! Catherine Vale is a new to me author and I look forward to reading more of her work!

There is a lot of humor, friendships, family and lots more! But my favorite feature is EVERYTHING WOLF!! I ABSO-FURRY-LUTELY love how Michelle has created these whole new wolves! Once you've been bitten, you can never go back.
Between Two Wolves by Catherine Vale - What an utterly WOLFTASTIC story!! It was so beautiful! So hot! So powerful! So...PERFECT!!! And so much story too!! I loved this story so much with all of its humor, bantering, one liners, flirting, the moments that make you gasp, laugh, cry as well as the friendship, family, the pack, and, well, you get the idea! I was wholly & utterly consumed & enthralled with this SHIFTACULAR story! I wanna say that the story is raw, but not in a dark way, more like raw with a power & intensity that grips you in its jaws and dominates you for the entire story! And then there is the mate intensity! WHEW! I could feel the heat over here!

Then there is Mac! He is so BEARY yummy! And it seems he is just as WONDERFURRY in bear form as he is in human form! All in all - this is one PAWSITIVELY BEARTACULAR book that you need to read!!

Bewitched by the Alpha by Bryce Evans - WOW!! What a FANGTASTIC story! It had me laughing, crying, cursing, drooling and much more! Quinn is one great character whom impressed me from the start with her 'take no prisoners' type of attitude. Of course Arden is the hot & sexy Alpha who makes me drool. Even though there is a bunch of conflicts and 'bad' stuff going on, the story still had more of a lightheartedness to it. A feel-good kind of story that left me smiling in the end.

Moon's Law by Michelle Fox - HOLY WOLVES!! What a FURTASTIC story! There’s so much packed inside this story making it a very enriched story where you can expect to find the unexpected! There is a lot of humor, friendships, family and lots more! But my favorite feature is EVERYTHING WOLF!! I ABSO-FURRY-LUTELY love how Michelle has created these whole new wolves! Once you've been bitten, you can never go back.
Between Two Wolves by Catherine Vale - What an utterly WOLFTASTIC story!! It was so beautiful! So hot! So powerful! So...PERFECT!!! And so much story too!! This story is about way more than finding a mate and living happily ever after! It's about finding your place in the world, who you were - are - meant to be, and so much more! Talk about your Happily Ever After kind of Furry Tail! This is one PAWFECT, WOLFDERFUL, SHIFTASTIC book that consumes you heart, mind, body & soul.
Lyric's Accidental Mate by Elle Boon - WHAT A HOWLING GRRRREAT STORY!!! I loved this story so much with all of its humor, bantering, one liners, flirting, the moments that make you gasp, laugh, cry as well as the friendship, family, the pack, and, well, you get the idea! I was wholly & utterly consumed & enthralled with this SHIFTACULAR story! I wanna say that the story is raw, but not in a dark way, more like raw with a power & intensity that grips you in its jaws and dominates you for the entire story! And then there is the mate intensity! WHEW! I could feel the heat over here!
MacBrun, Bearly A Nip by Katalina Leon - What an UPROARIOUSLY hot story!! It is so PAWFECTLY BEARTASTIC! At first I was feeling sad for Andi, and even though I still am at the end of the book, her PERSONALITY and her BEARALITY had me cheering for her, laughing with (and at) her, a lot jealous & envious of her, but most IMPAWTANTLY, I ABSO-FURRY-LUTELY love her! Then there is Mac! He is so BEARY yummy! And it seems he is just as WONDERFURRY in bear form as he is in human form! All in all - this is one PAWSITIVELY BEARTACULAR book that you need to read!!

Bite of the Moon, Paranormal Box Set has stories by Michelle Fox, Catherine Vale, Elle Boon, Katalina Leon, Erika Masten, and Bryce Evans. All of these stories are amazing. Some are parts of the series these authors already have out, and some are completely stand a lone stories. I loved every story, I am huge shifter fan and this anthology is perfect for a shifter lover. I am going to pick out two of my favorites for my review, but it was hard. They are all amazing and well done reads.
Lyric's Accidental Mate by Elle Boon- I am huge Elle Boon fan, and this story did not disappoint. This is part of her Iron Wolves MC series. I do think that you would understand this book just fine if you never read anything by this author before.
In this story we have the feisty, sexy, and sassy Lyric. She is a biker, tough as she needs to be. She is the one you want as your best friend. But don't get in a fight with her she will kick butt. She is out in a club with her friends, she gets semi kidnapped well they tried very hard to kidnap her, she on the other hand kicked butt resisting. She has some help, a good Samaritan named Rowan. He is strong, he has a great heart. He will fight to protect someone he doesn't even know, when he is out numbered. He saves Lyric. That is when the real fun begins. Turns out the alpha acting human is her mate.
Rowan is part of a ghost team of ex special ops. Getting him to accept being an alpha wolf and mated to Lyric might be more than Lyric can handle.
I loved the spicy romance in this book. The instant chemistry is off the charts hot. I also loved Lyric herself. I love strong female characters. She is one, but she also has a softness to her that makes you want to be her best friend. This story is well written and makes me want to read the rest of the Iron Wolves MC series.
The next story I picked just because it was very different in feel and style than Lyric's story.
Between Two Wolves A BBW Werewolf Menage Paranormal Shifter romance by author Catherine Vale. I really like how Ms Vale brings heat into her stories but does not make it feel rushed or gratuitous. In this story we have Risha she is a no commitment kind of girl. Her boyfriend left her for her old college roommate. She has come to the Black Wolf Mountain springs to recharge herself. She is looking forward to just being by herself for a while. Till she meets a certain man inside the springs.
Colt is the brave one, he is willing to take a chance with a woman he just met and has a way with Risha. He certainly is not a man who starts off slow.
Jerricho is best friends with Colt. They have been alone on the mountain for a while now. But the quiet rough around the edges man sees something in Risha and wants her to be with both of them.
When Risha finds out they are wolves, she takes it pretty well. Specially considering how she finds out.
This story is the kind that makes you believe in true love. Which is why I loved it so much.
Over all Bite of the Moon Paranormal Shifter Boxset has amazing stories that I wanted more of. I even found a couple of authors I did not read before. I will be checking out their works now. I love that about anthologies a little of something for everyone. When you want a well rounded anthology with shifters, this is the one to pick up.

OMG - read all of the books and then got the set as an ARC. Each story was wonderful. I Love each author and gobble up their books each chance I get. Moon's Law by Michelle Fox Love Michelle Fox’s writing. She has so many great books to read from. Moon’s Law is a stand alone, it does help with some minor backup if you’ve read First Moon. Kane is the sheriff who has always liked Barbie type girls, Charlotte is a BBW college student who has been bitten and doesn’t know what she is going to be doing now. Charlotte literally runs into Kane getting away from some construction worker hunters. All Kane can think about is how GREAT Charlotte smells and how nice she looks. Charlotte thinks Kane is hot and out of her league. The “Girlfriend from Hell” routine for his parents was Hilarious. I liked Wanda and Joe. They get their HEA. Charlotte shows that she is stronger than she thinks. More please. There are quite a few in the pack I would like to read more about.

MMMM Colt and Jericho at the hot springs. The Ranger kidnaps Risha to get at Colt and Jericho. Colt bites and turns Risha to save her. YEAH. They get their HEA. Story for Maggie???

Lyric takes him home to figure out what to do. Good story. Lyric and Rowan get their HEA. Can't wait to read about more of the club.
MacBrun by Kataline Leon Awesome. Andi is a work focused women going up to the mountain to sprinkle her mother's ashes. She crashes and gets dragged out of her car by a bear (who nips her in the process). Along comes Ranger Michael (Mac) to save her. They get their HEA. Can't wait to see if/what Andi does with the Bluebell Motor Lodge and her ideas for Scotland sound like we might get some more MacBrun books!! WIN WIN

Preferred Prey: Bite of the Moon
This definitely is a little down and biker dirty. It was very detailed and kept you reading. Finn and Tabitha have great chemistry that is hard to deny no matter how bad you want to protect someone. There was only one part of the story that confused me since it seems like we jumped from the “problem of meeting nice people” to the end. Other than that good story.

She also meets sexy Mac and finds herself falling for him in a very unusual way. This book gave a great start and promising future for this series and I can’t wait for more to come.

Gifted a copy for review. This story had me confused when I first started reading for a good couple of chapters because I was expecting something different to happen. Then the good stuff happens and the story draws you in and make you want to know what’s going to happen next, Harley is super alpha bada$$ but with a heart of gold and who is willing to protect innocent people. When his boss’ daughter gets taken all rules can be broken for her safety. I liked the way the story went and would love to see a follow-up story.

This was a great story of love and loyalty. Wolves aren't the only ones to have a lifelong mate that you are drawn to randomly. That is until you go you get turn by one as with Rowan. Lyrics concern for others makes her a great asset to have as a mate. The humor and drama in this book was great and keep you wanting more. I want to know what happens with Xan next.

So this is the first moons law that I read and I must say this was a very good story and easy to flow into. Kane is one sexy sheriff that I wouldn't mind getting to know. The whole wolf thing would be a bonus in my opinion. Charlotte might think wolf life sucks but fate has mysterious ways of working out for people. Throw in some drama and you have one great book. I can't wait to see what comes next.

Arden and his pack find this out multiple times in few days span and they go through so great drama and action that keeps you on the edge of your seat. I loved every minute of this story and I hope there will be so many more stories with this pack.

This boxed set was the perfect way for me to celebrate what would have been my mom's 82nd birthday. Since she is the one that got me hooked on romance novels and all.
Bite of the Moon is a collection of some of the best paranormal authors around. Some of the stories I had read previously and a few I had not. It did not matter, I loved reading them again.
I will start with my favorite wolfie author Michelle Fox: New Moon Pack Book 2
This book deals with the "made" wolves mainly Kane and Charlotte and how they are dealing with their wolf and human sides. I really love how Michelle Fox writes so you can actually see everything like you are there. I can see the hair sprouting out on Charlotte's arms when she hears the hunters talking about hunting the wolves. I can see the "Hunter" who knows about and how to kill a werewolf.
You will find yourself going and getting book 1 after you read this one if you don't already own it. (First Moon (New Moon Wolves 1)

One very hot read shifter Ménage, the story of Colt, Jericho and Risha. Risha is out to discover herself and while doing so discovers these two "men. What we get is one very hot story.

Lyric is a wolf shifter. Rowan is a human who is a member of Special Forces. Lyric was being attacked by rouged wolves and greatly outnumbered. Rowan (of course had no idea she is a wolf) jumped in to save the day and gets messed up pretty bad. Lyric ends up saving him and more. Great read.

Finn was Tabitha's protector all thru foster care then one day she thinks he gave up on her and left. She is working at a strip club hoping it will bring him back or at the least it will bring someone else to turn her. Little does she know but Finn ...he left to save her from himself. Talk about heating up the pages of a book OH YES~!

BITE OF THE MOON is a great collaboration of author works.
A few examples: Moon's Law: Michelle Fox: A really good second book in the series. I read book one several months ago, however these books really can stand alone. You will want to go back and read about the other characters from book one because they are so interesting, but not required to thoroughly enjoy.
There were a few cute scenes. I so want to quote a conversation with Kane and a friend of his mother's. The fact that mom wants grandkids and Kane has been "catting" around created a reason for Kane to be with Charlotte. The basis is Nine people in this very small town were bitten and changed by a rouge wolf. His brothers took him down and have stayed to help the new wolves adjust to their changed lives.
Now there is a new danger, not just keeping their secret, but they are being threatened and it is a serious threat. How do Kane and Charlotte even attempt a relationship with all the adjustments? Kane is sheriff, but Pack life doesn't always play by human laws--can he straddle that line? This book will engage you from page one to the final word. A hearty recommend.

While he tried to escape the restrictive drugging and more that kept him until another beauty adds to the mix. Between the two of them they manage and escape. The steam is irresistible even when he finds out who she is and why she would always be off limits.
There is more danger and more people who should keep them apart. How much is he willing to risk for her? Can he even protect her from their mutual enemies.
A book filled with action, emotions and tests of duty vs love. A recommend.

Lyric is having a girl's night out with her friends. There's some drinking, some dancing, and the required bathroom buddy, her best friend Syn. Syn leaves the bathroom without Lyric. *Gasp.* I know, I know. She broke the girl code. But before you contemplate revenge on Syn, Lyric really can take care of herself. So it's all good. Lyric goes back out into the crowd and is waylaid by some guys with nefarious (I just love when I can use that word.) intentions. So to save those in the bar and her secret (psst...Lyric and Syn are wolf shifters...motorcycle riding wolf shifters...see they're bad a#&.), Lyric lets the bad guys lead her out to the alley. The evil ones basically let Lyric know they're going to hurt her in numerous ways and that they're doing it to get to her brother (her very protective older brother), Xan, who is second in the Iron Wolves pack.
So just when you think all is lost, have no fear. You just know Elle won't let our girl lose and she's going to have some help too. Tada...Rowan. He's gorgeous, he's not feeling like Lyric is a willing participant, and he's bad a#& in his own right. But one possible little kink in the plans...he's also human. Fighting ensues. Rowan and Lyric end up coming out on top. However, Rowan gets bitten. Yeah, that's not good considering the bad guy can now have some control over Rowan. Lyric, knowing he's her mate, bites him as well to counteract the first bite. It works. Woohoo! You and I both know that's not the end of the story because even romance novels never find their HEA that smoothly. LOL
There's mutual attraction, pack dynamics, an upset Alpha, mating, more bad guys, and a betrayal from someone within the Pack, someone they trust.
So my tip for you, buy the book. Read as Rowan and Lyric start their journey. Read to see if you can spot clues about which couple mates next. Read because Elle crafts a good story.

This story has a great mix of romance, suspense and humor. Kane & Charlotte are both trying to adjust to the changes in their lives after being bitten by a rogue werewolf.
BETWEEN TWO WOLVES BY CATHERINE VALE
This is a quick, fun read with steamy love scenes and plenty of drama. Risha meets Colt and Jericho while on a champing trip and finds out they are more than what they appear to be.
LYRIC'S ACCIDENTAL MATE BY ELLE BOON
An action packed paranormal romance with strong characters. I liked the twist of Lyric biting Rowan so he would be under the protection of her pack.
MACBRUN, BEARLY A NIP BY KATALINA LEON
A great story with endearing characters and a nice blend of romance and humor. Andi is a strong woman who is the perfect match for Mac. This story is my favorite of collection.

A gritty MC romance with a little bit of everything - drama, suspense and rival wolf packs.

This is an intriguing paranormal story that has plenty of action and romance. Alpha Arden Dixon has finally found his mate, but Quinn isn't exactly what he was expecting.

I love shifters and this boxed set is terrific! The overall theme has each story dealing with someone who has been turned, as opposed to being born a shifter. What I found most enjoyable was that each author had a little different “spin” to their own story. And each story had what I call laugh out loud moments – something I always enjoy when I read. In Moon’s Law by Michelle Fox, my favorite line was “She could change a tire, assemble IKEA furniture like a pro and wasn’t afraid to get dirty…” and the story gets better from there. And Elle Boon’s Lyric’s Accidental Mate – Rowan is “turned” and tries to make sense of this new “pack”. Again, the author had slightly different (at least for me) ideas about shifters and it was fun to read how Rowan and Lyric got to their HEA, along with some real LOL moments for me. And don’t get me started on Mac the werebear in the next story! The stories aren’t all fun – there is intrigue and some dark points but all in all, it’s an enjoyable and fun read and a great deal for all the stories.

Each is a stand a lone story, by a different Author, each is different with the same theme. I found some new Authors here, and so thoroughly enjoyed them each. I signed up for several new news letters so that I may keep up with the new Authors in this set.
There is love, fights, sex, problems, solutions and HEA's . So absolutely, totally worth the money, time. energy, and will make you laugh. cry. root for the hero/ine. and just get completely immersed in this set.

I have read five of the six stories here and I can tell you they are terrific. You are in for one heck of a ride because the stories and their characters are hot. Not all is fun and games for the shifters but it sure is exciting. You will read about their changes from human to shifter, you will read about the good guys and the bad and you will cheer for the heroes and heroines in these stories. Take your time and just enjoy every one of these exciting tales.
