His specialism is low energy-use architecture and he teaches environmental and sustainable design at both undergraduate and postraduate levels. 101 Rules if Thumb for Low Energy Architecture, published by the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA Publishing) is Huw's first book.

Simple guide rules for sustainability clearly stated with descriptive drawings. A good go-to pocketbook.
