Every dead end, every day that goes by, adds to the urgency he feels to find the murderer.

Hot sex and a crime solved !

Another terrific action story with threesome mmm ménage that is scorching ! Detective Gray is on a horrifying case and his men, Mason and Jack, are planning a Valentine surprise. Great police work and rescue. Then the three are wild, loose, exciting and raw. Dom/sub play, plus a first time fisting, and a special set of toys for their cabin getaway.
Enjoy !

****4 Super Spicy Stars****

This is the fourth book of a four part series and I had to replace my kindle after it burned up reading about Toby, Bryce and Matt! We finally get into the head of Gray as it is told from his POV. Gray feels a lot of pressure trying to solve a series of prostitutes murders and as a result, shuts Jack and Mason out. They want to help their lover, but Gray is not one to admit his needs. Gray’s life is again in jeopardy while saving a young woman from the murderer. When the murderer is killed and Jack and Mason learn that Gray is OK, they plan a little intervention. I loved this part! Jack and Mason become the big bad Doms and top Gray and wow was it scorching hot! Gray has a secret that he finally opens up about and reveals to Jack and Mason. The ending was a little abrupt but no less romantic, but you will have to read the book to see if they truly get their HEA!

The book’s just about Gray so I’m not sure how I really feel about that – Uhm, Jack’s my favorite so...him and Mason were like convenient sex slaves…it was just odd for them to be in each scene with Gray like he could use them whenever he wanted to. I dunno, maybe it’s just me.

I don’t mind the excessive sexy times but thought the plot about the serial killer was a bit forced. Also, when Gray made the confession in relation to their impending vacation,

Perhaps, there’s more from these guys and probably the other trio?

I really liked the first one with these guys but this one, not so much. A little too much of the "I'm the big tough dom who must always be in control" whining here. And too much "let's have sex to fix everything". I wasn't overly impressed with the bad guy who was really a good guy thing either at the end. Or sort of. Maybe I just wasn't in the mood? I like this author's work a great deal but just didn't connect here.

Going Deep is so far the last book in the series and I will definitely miss Gray, Jack and Mason. They are easily among my favorite throuples. And damn, they're hot together. And let's be honest, this series leans heavily into the category of erotica rather than romance and there are plenty of steamy bedroom scenes. But at the same time everything is held together by the connection and love these guys share. I love how they take turns being there for one another and catching each other when they fall.

Each book is told from a different perspective. This one is Gray's story. As a police detective he is working a high profile serial killer case which really takes a toll on him. He is tired and stressed and he is beginning to feel he is letting his partners down by not being home enough and by not giving them the dominance they both need. Gray is struggling with the feeling of not being strong enough. He is used to being in control and has a hard time accepting that it is ok for him too to let go. To lean on his men and let them be strong for him.
In the end Gray solves his case and goes off on a short vacation with Jack and Mason. A vacation which is just the perfect mix of steam and romance.

This is the fourth book in Silvia Violet’s Fitting In series. Book one was the beginning of Mason, Jack, and Gray’s relationship. It was told from Mason’s POV. Book 2 was told from Jack’s POV. Book 3 was about a different throuple. This book is told from Gray’s POV.

I was bored with this installment despite the fact that Gray is trying to solve some murders. There was a little bit of story, a lot of sex, a little bit of story, a lot of drinking, a little bit of story, pages and pages of sex, then a little bit of story. It would have been nice to see the guys talk things out instead of constantly resorting to sex and alcohol. Granted they did eventually talk, but it was quick and then they were right back to having more sex.

How did the book end? A couple chapters of sex. It wasn’t even interesting sex even though the characters tried something new.

Overall, I found this book to be quite boring. I regret wasting my money on it.

“Mason pulled back and Gray gave him the look that always got him hard, a look of arrogant dominance, a look that said Mason was in a lot of f@cking trouble. ‘I want you in the middle of this bed on your back and be quick about it.’”

4 deep stars! The fourth book in the series is scorching hot!!

We welcome back Gray, Jack and Mason in this book and they are stronger than ever. Gray has made huge improvements in the romance department, but he’s still a hard as nails cop at work. That is until he’s thrown on a case of dead prostitutes and no suspect in sight. Frustration starts to set in and he realizes he needs to take a break from work and just time to himself. When Jack and Mason try to comfort him and help him through, he retreats into himself, not one who knows how to accept it. Can his hard exterior be broken down or will the case and level of comfort threaten to ruin everything he has with Jack and Mason?

I loved this fourth book in the series so much better. I really felt for Gray and his struggles, I think he was almost relatable, at least to me. And I loved how Jack and Mason were constantly there as he backbone and constant cheerleaders. Their relationship is inspiring and beautiful. Out of all the books so far in the series, this one has to be my favorite!

REVIEWED FOR PRISM BOOK ALLIANCE

Reading Going Deep was like meeting up with a good friend again. When done well ménage stories are some of my favourites and Silvia Violet has given us a really good one with the Fitting In series. I have loved Gray, Jack and Mason from the beginning and it felt right to finally get a book from Gray’s point of view.

There is no big upheaval in Going Deep but more a continuation of how these three men work through things in their everyday lives. Gray’s job is stressful and it isn’t something he can just switch off at the end of the day so it naturally impacts on their relationship BUT their relationship does remain solid and it further strengthens what the men already have.

Jack and Mason prove how much they know their man and understand when sometimes the requirements from each of them need to change or when they need to take charge in order for Gray to let go. It’s seamless and further attests to Silvia’s writing ability and how well she knows her characters.

Current events are also the catalyst for Gray to finally recover from events from his past and again this can only happen with the support of Jack and Mason. By facing his fears it lifts a lot of the guilt he has been living with and may even mean he can enjoy a planned vacation! Enjoy it he does and as things get hot and heavy Mason is given one of his fantasies from the men that love him.

If you are a fan of this series then I think you will love this one too – it was great being back with these boys once again.

The boys are back! Jack, Gray, and Mason are happily continuing their lives together. This story is told primarily from Gray’s point of view. Serving as the backbone of the trio, it is nice to see how Gray perceives not only his relationship, but also his life as a detective. He’s working a case that is taxing him physically, mentally, and emotionally because it hearkens back to his own youth.

Without giving away too much, the story is erotica at its best, which is par for the course for Silvia Violet. The story itself gets a little muddied with the erotica scenes, which is not necessarily a bad thing. The pacing is also a little rough, which I must admit I was expecting when combined with the dynamics of the three mens’ relationship. Gray has the most development in this installment, while Mason and Jack are more background roles. This bothered me, as the story made them part of only the sexual scenes and they didn’t have much to do with the book overall. So while I’m giving it five full flames for its scorching heat, the story itself rates as just okay - three stars.

This is, for sure, one of the best m/m/m series I have read to date. Super hot, great writing, and I just love reading about Gray, Jack, and Mason. This story definitely focuses on Gray, and I like that we learned so much about his past and why he is the way he is...how much pressure he puts on himself to handle everything and also to keep his men happy.

My one sadface about this story is that sometimes I felt like there was hardly any Jack or Mason except when involved in a kinky scene, but I know this was Gray's story. Also, I feel like the ending demands another story with these three, so many there will be a bit more equal time given to Jack and Mason? I hope that the guys from Burning Up make another appearance in this series, too!

If you like m/m/m with some kink, I definitely recommend this series. Definitely start with the first book for this series!

I really loved this book. I only recently found this series and was hoping for a book in Gray's POV before I even knew about Going Deep. I am a huge fan of Poly relationship books and these three characters have earned a place on my favorites book shelf. I can't wait to read more from Silvia, as I have quickly come to love her writing.

I loved seeing things from Gray's POV. He's such a stoic man that I've had a harder time connecting with him than with Jack and Mason. The boys are still together and going strong. This one is super spicy and has a sweet surprise at the end. There better be another book that picks up where this one ends!

#mmm #throuple #domsub #bdsm #hotcops #dirtytalk #crime

This is book 4 but really part 3 of this threesome. Book 3 was about a different throuple. So it goes 1, 2, 4 and 5 for Jack, Gray and Mason.

These 3 are clearly in love but this book like the rest of this series is sex, sex and more sex and hot kinky sex, so I call it more erotic than romantic even though I did love it and think they are all perfect for each other. There's one scene near the end that might have some less adventurous people cringing.

I loved the ending though I think a little bit more romance could of been put in for these 3 after we have been invested in their journey this long. Not going to spoiler it, you will know when you get to it. Though the same of the last book does give it away. This book remained interesting straight through. I loved the crime mystery in the plot to make things interesting so it wasn't just a book of sex. Some great action and suspense throughout.

If i had 1 complaint about this book it would be Grays big secret that added a lot of tension and in the end was a huge let down to me. For so much drama I expected more and just had me like Really thats it?????? Thats why I couldnt rate it a full 5 that and the lack of romance in the end but I'd give it a 4-4.5.

Spoiler possibly

As we come up to the near end of the series I would rate the series as a whole overall a 4.5. My only complaint is that I think its unrealistic of a throuple to say don't have physical intimacy unless it's all 3 of us. I would expect over years there's going to be times when not all 3 are present or willing and you're still going to want that contact without having to tell yourself you're not allowed. To me the point of the relationship is not to be jealous and free to do what you want within the 3 of you. That is why I hestitate to rate it 5. I have Ella Franks Confessions series and Sloane Kennedys series in my head that are just so perfect and cant help but compare them. The way their characters are trusting and open within their throuple relationships makes me want to hold this to a tougher standard and think that just doesn't pan out for the long run. Regardless I did love the series.

Gray has deep feelings for his partners Jack and Mason run deep and he can be romantic at home, but at work, he’s still a tough cop nobody wants to cross. Assigned to solve the murders of several young women he has no suspects and no motives his confidence is taking a hit. With every dead end and day that goes by it adds to the urgency to find the killer. Gray desperately needs a break and although he excels at taking care of his two men in bed and out when it comes to accepting comfort himself he shuts down. Jack and Mason plan a vacation for the three of them but he rejects their idea and his home life starts to spiral as badly as his current case. With his case weighing on him and his partners trying their best to help, Gray must figure out how a high-handed man like himself can let go.

This was a dramatic read at times as Grey struggled to solve the murders of the young women while coping with all of his feelings and accepting help. It was interesting to see that not everything was rosy in their relationship and that it took the other two to handle Gray and sort him out. It was great to see that the case was solved just like the three men resolved all of the problems that Gray was having. A lot of emotions and feelings in this story. Easy to read, feel and understand. This is an MMM story with mature content and a BDSM-like D/s dynamic

** Please note it is better to read the books in this series in order and you need to read the book before this one before starting it.

Gray certainly went through hell in this book. I have read enough mysteries that I knew Whittaker was the murderer because he had made such a fuss at the movie theater you knew he was trying to establish an alibi. I loved that Henry was able to get an apartment and that Jenna would be able to stay at the center. She was such a terrific young woman. I was impressed at how Gray handled the press conferences and the TV interview because we have all seen them go off the rails unintentionally.
Glad that Gray opened up about his deadbeat dad and how he disappeared from his life so he was able to go on the vacation with Jack and Mason to the cabin. Wild and sexy times and really looking forward to their wedding.

I found this to be a very entertaining story and a m/m/m is always a big plus!! I love that book #1 in the series is from Mason's POV, Book #2 is from Jack's POV and Book #4 is from Gray's POV - I just love all 3 of them!!!

What about Book #3? That's about a completely different Trio and can be read in order or as a stand-alone.

This is the first time I have read this author and it will not be the last!

I love these three! This is Gray’s book - he’s having trouble maintaining his stoic, nothing gets to me demeanor, and finally has to talk some things out. Jack and Mason finally get him pinned down, literally, and they are all closer for it, and then they have a swoony HEA.

The series is not flagging. I enjoyed Gray's PoV and I was sucked into the case, but a little more interaction with Jack and Mason would have been nice. It's really more casework than the other books ever had.
But Gray's own brand of romantic was pretty cute.

3.5 Heart Review by Cindy

I’m a fan of Silvia Violet and of this series so I jumped at the chance to review this story.

The author has always done a great job of portraying Gray, Jack and Mason’s relationship and the struggles they’ve had to overcome and I can see a lot of those elements in this book.

That being said, I had a bit of a problem with this one.

Gray is a police detective with a terribly difficult case and it’s affecting him constantly, including at home and in his relationship with this lovers. Mason and Jack are doing everything they can to help him, but Gray is not the kind of person who let’s people take care of him easily. It causes some stress in their lives as Jack and Mason figure out how to support Gray when he isn’t very forthcoming about what he needs.

I wanted so much to see these three men work out their issues and they do eventually, but honestly, the way they do it is where my problem lies.

This whole book is one big sex scene with small bits of police investigation in between. What these men needed was to TALK! But every single conversation was stalled out by one of them (usually Gray in his rush to evade actually working out a problem) pushing things to sex.

I love sex in my stories. In fact, I’m mighty disappointed when there isn’t any for the most part, but honestly? This was all a bit much for me. Feeling sad? Let’s fuck. Worried about your lover? Let me suck your dick. You almost died? Oh look, let’s have “life-affirming” sex.

This book is completely Gray-centric and apparently the only thing he knows how to do is angst over his cases (it’s a horrible case and he’s right to be worried about it) and distract Mason and Jack with so much sex they are too tired to ask questions.

I would have loved to have seen a few more conversations between them, maybe see Gray spend more time talking to his friends. Anything for more normal human interactions.

The side characters in the story are really not worth mentioning, mostly there to just advance what little plot there is.

I still love this amazing “thruple” but honestly, I was left fairly disappointed by this story. There was so much potential for some real emotional development here but it was all thrown under the bus in the name of hot sex.

And yes, as usual, the bedroom (or living room or wherever) scenes are extremely hot and well written, the writing is good and the editing very well done. All the elements I love about a Silvia Violet story are still there, they were just buried under a mountain of writing, hot bodies and I found it kind of a shame.
