This was.....
"Letting her lead" was a short and sexy story. It was an easy reading with the Prez of a MC club and a nerd sassy girl!I enjoyed it but I've read much better from Alexa.It was one of her usual books with possessive men that wants to own their women and sweet sassy girls who can't stay away from their domineering men...

Another great story. AR really know how to write wonderful books. Their heroes are OTT and so sweet to their women. They're not afraid to show their love and affection for them. And their heroines are very likable too.
The story is about Lucias and Izzy.
Lucias is the President of Ghost Riders MC. Izzy's a veterinarian and loves books and playing online games.
He first saw her at the supermarket. It's so cute that after he heard she's a vet, he bought a bulldog just to make an excuse to come to her clinic and meet her.
It's also nice to read more about the previous couples and I want more of them and Lucias and Izzy in the next two books of this series.
There's an epilogue with marriage and babies.

I really enjoy all of Alexa Riley stories. I also really like MC Romances. They are raw and extremely sexual, and here was no different. Is why I really liked this story and their heroes, just the plot was a bit messy for me.
Izzy is a veterinarian in their small town. When Lucias sees her, he decides to take a dog to have an excuse to meet with her. She is terrified of him. He is intense, forbidden biker, the club president of Ghost Riders MC. Despite the attraction she sees no chance to surrender and know closer that feeling. But when her brother is in trouble, he brings a group of MC straight to her house. Izzy is kidnapped and goes straight into the Lucias's hands. He uses the opportunity and in return for saving her brother life, wants her for himself, forever.
Rough, dangerous and at the same time sweet the president of the club? Yes! I love such a combination. She is a virgin, and absolutely doesn't want him. But why he causes in her all those feelings? That is why the connection is so good. In every way the chemistry between them is excellent and it shows once again with steamy scenes in bed. They are just perfect together.
This time I gave less stars because I do not really like time jumps. There was one in order to some things could be clarified but I usually then lose connection with the book. But does it really matter with these books? I do not think so. The characters make an electrifying combination, their hot moments are bold and you can be sure that you will get good smut. What more could you want?

I'm not much of a MC romance reader. I just don't care for the lifestyle that is usually portrayed. And since I didn't read the first two in this series, I was a little hesitant to read this one but I'm glad I did. I enjoyed it. I love a nerdy heroine and Izzy fit the bill. I did miss a little more character development some of which probably occurred in the first two, at least with Lucias. My biggest complaint would be I wish it were longer. I would have liked to see them actually together more. Overall though, it's Alexa Riley and I love just about everything she puts out. I definitely got my dirty-talking, alpha male.

The whole book is finally released!!
Lucian and Izzy were a really likable pair. They weren't my favourite in this series but it was an over all good read with an usual Alexa Riley alpha! It's sad to say but some of Alexa's Hs are starting to blend together.. unless they really stuck out to me they're all seeming the same because of how often she releases stories with such similar male lead characteristics.
Not that I'm complaining! I love how quick she releases books... just an innocent observation :)

Short, sexy and straight to the point to escape reality for a bit !
Letting Her Lead is the 3rd book in the Ghost Riders MC series. This story is about Lucias and Izzy. While this is not my favorite of AR books this one is no less enjoyable. As per the usual author’s MO, we get one hot controlling and passionate Alpha male with a soft side when it comes to his woman, a sweet virgin heroine, steamy smutty sex scenes and insta-love. A fast paced story which left me totally satisfied.

I tried reading this via the weekly installments. I think it hurt my overall enjoyment of the book because I became disconnected from the characters waiting for the next installment.
It was ok. Definitely not the best from AR, but not the worst either.

Elizabeth Force, Izzy and Lucius are complete opposites. Lucius is tall, dark and dangerous and Izzy, well... Izzy is a sweet, sassy veterinarian. The two complement each other in every aspect of their relationship. She brings out a brightness in Lucius. In order to get close to the curvy beauty Lucius gets himself a bulldog and proceeds to enter her life. When her brother, Pinch, betrays the Ghost Riders- Izzy is thrown into the rollercoaster that is the Ghost Riders Motorcycle Club. And right in the middle of it is the man who has been driving her crazy. Scared that an intruder had entered her house she takes a shot at Cas, a.k.a. Mackenzie. Now, she finds herself at the mercy of Lucius and in somewhat of a hostage situation, if you want to call it that. Especially when the man you have the hots for cradles you at night and you wind up rubbing all over him in your dreamlike state. Scared that her brother might get hurt, she gives herself to Lucius to do what he wants with her as long as he doesn’t hurt her brother. Now, Lucius will give her anything she asks of as long as she belongs to him.
A provocative and naughty little book and definitely on my favorites list from Alexa Riley.

Letting Her Lead is definitely what I call biker book popcorn (addicting, yummy, but not a lot of substance there) but it’s the sweet confetti colored popcorn– no salt added, just pure crunchy sugary sweetness. There was some biker grit, but it was mostly lots and lots of raw sexiness.
It’s an Alexa Riley book so you know there is going to be insta-love/lust. Lucias wanted her from the minute he laid eyes on her, even getting a dog as an excuse to see her regularly. I did like that he didn’t immediately swoop in. He took his time, letting her get to know him. Of course, that ended when her brother causes issues for the club. Lucias was definitely alpha, but oh so very sweet, and I adored him.
Izzy was a mess, but a cute, quirky, nerdy mess who had a backbone. I really liked her and the fact that she was a gamer was just the icing on the cake for me. The virgin thing didn’t bother me at all, but I wouldn’t be reading AR books if it did. I also liked the fact she was a veterinarian. She handled Lucias well, not letting him roll over her.
Letting Her Lead was hot, short and sweet. If you’re in the mood for a quick guilty pleasure read that’s short on substance but with lots of hot and sexy action, this may be the book for you.

3.5 Stars. Well it's definitely not your typical biker book but it sure is standard AR. Of course Lucias is a totally possessive, devoted, sexy bad boy. Though this book's version of bad is a little on the tamer side lol Lizzie is attracted but resistant until she's not resisting and then she's horny as hell and wanting Lucias like she's in a desert and he's the last Coca Cola for 100 miles lol aka "a lot" haha Somehow she's an outrageously sexy doctor-nerdy-gamer-girl that's still a V until Lucias comes along. The World of Warcraft references were total WIN for me as I played it for 10 years since vanilla. For the Horde!! Basically, you get a little over the top loving and sometimes you NEED a little over the top and voila, Alexa Riley comes through. Yes, they totally read your mind :-p Safety: I wonder if any AR Hero has ever worn a condom? lol In case you missed it, h is a V. Let me tell you, homegirl sure doesn't act like one O.o No OW/OM/Sharing. No rape/abuse.

This was the best in the series by Alexa Riley in my humble opinion. I can't understand the big draw with public sex scenes in the last two books. I don't find it hot and I am sorry if that goes against popular opinion. To me when he fell for her it was just that he wanted to be with her and no one else. When he goes about trying to get with her by using a dog I just thought that was the sweetest thing ever. He was just a sweet lovable bad ass biker who wanted steady life with one woman that he loved more then life itself. I can't say this series was winner for me. I loved Alexa's shifter books more.
She has a great way of giving you an alternative look on something. Oh and testing your limits. This one is my favorite in this series but not a keeper for me. It's good and I am glad to read it but the love they share is not translated well into the pages of this book. It was just a hot sweet book about a biker president and a veterinarian nerd.

I love that the title of this book insinuates that a woman will 'take lead' but we all know that isn't true when it comes to the men Alexa Riley writes about right?
Izzy is basically snatched away from her life to be with Lucias, the Ghost Riders President. He has had a thing for her for while, he even bought a dog as an excuse to make appointments to see her in her role as a vet.
Izzy has the hots for Lucias too but was not sure about ever acting on those feelings. Luckily for her, Lucias has decided on her behalf that she is his and she belongs with him now.

Alexa Riley's "Letting Her Lead" was an insta-love MC story with no sweetbutts( that was different) but married couples, single men who go up the street for manwhoring and funny and sarcastic banter among the club members.
Lucias is the prez of the Ghost Riders MC who's attracted to the town's veterinarian, Elizabeth aka Izzy. To get her attention, Lucias buys an English bulldog who he named Ham as Ghost Riders MC mascot ("sleeps 40 hours a day"... lol) so he can get to know the vet. Izzy falls for Ham immediately but Lucias not much and he hates that. Although Lucias seems to be in the vet's office with Ham too, too often , Lucias one day asked her out on a date but she turns him down flat but with valid reasons. He continues to ask her out though.
Then out of the blue a member of the MC, Cas was shot while looking for a man who lived in Izzy's home and the shooter is none other than Izzy! They assumed that the man was Izzy's old man, but he was actually her twin brother, ex con Dusty aka Pinch ! Intrigue yet, read it to see how it all goes down with possessive Lucias and sassy at times lzzy !
I loved the club members: Knox aka Scribe, Vincent, Savage (wife, Julie), Cas, even Bulldog!

Jump on, rev it up and your off into the sunset
Loved this hot, fast paced, quick read from Alexa Riley.
Alexa is quickly becoming one of my favourite Authors for when I need a quick read with all the right content, her writing style just flows taking you on a hot journey from beginning to end, giving you all you could want in a good contemporary romance.
Hotness,drama, alpha male good plot and great characters.
My only negative would be it's not long enough, I want between the lines, the weeks from that point to this but mainly because I'm loving it so much I don't want it to end.
Told in dual pov's I haven't read previous books in the series and don't feel you need to although I was left curious as to how the other couples got together and will have to check them out.
Loved it, I love MC reads for the Alpha characters and will definitely read more in this series.

This was a good book. The start was REAL sweet going upto more than half of the book. But the next few chapters were not so very amazing for me. But thank God the very last chapter and epilogue made it rise back!

Esta es la historia del presidente de los Ghost, el que faltaba. Lucias ha conocido a la mujer de su vida. Ella se llama Izzy, bueno Elizabeth, y es veterinaria. La desesperación de Lucias por ver a Izzy llega a tal punto que se compra un perro solo por llevarlo al veterinario, que es donde trabaja ella. Pero luego, las cosas se tuercen y Izzy acaba en el club de Lucias como una rehén... Pero no del todo retenida.
Awwwww me encanta Ham, yo también amo a los perros así que a veces en vez de ver a las personas que vienen con los perros veo solo a los perros jajajaja. Soy como Izzy.
Me encanta Lucias sin duda esta historia de las 3, es la que más me gustó y la más dulce. De mis favoritas de la trilogía ❤️

I wanted to like this story, but it was just way too confusing. I love biker books, but a number of things in this story didn't work for me, as for example, the high speed romance between the h and the H. Also, I found it hard to swallow Lucias’ statement that he owned Izzy! The ongoing rivalry was just not believable.
I loved Izzy. She was a tough, loving and determined woman who took a chance on an unconventional man. They were two very unique characters that I wanted to know everything about! Overall, I enjoyed the story, it held my interest, but there is room for improvement.

Amazingly enough, this wasn't one of my favorites by this author. It was a little TOO insta-love. I would have liked there to have been two or three chapters at the beginning giving us some insight into their meeting, and the hero trying to convince her to go out with him. I was also annoyed how Savage and everyone were mad because she shot Cas. I was thinking "HELLO, you broke into her house and got your asses shot. How is that Lizzy's fault??" You don't want to get shot, don't be breaking into peoples homes.
