I don't like detox/fasting books that focus on spiritual matters, I prefer to keep those issues separate. I knew that this book would certainly be very spiritual, but I had hoped the other aspects would be the main focal point.

I thought the book spent too much time on telling you how bad everything is for you. I don't want to read about pollution killing people, or toxins in the water, or pesticides in your food. I already know these things, and can't do much about it but worry, which I don't feel like doing anymore.
