Not what I was expecting I don't think. Lots of information but I kept waiting for him to get on with how to use it myself and once he got there it just wasn't all that great. He tells you to do visualizations that are anatomically correct and see the cells and such healing which is a new idea to me to "do research' before visualizing.
He has anatomical visualizations for many types of illness, pain, cancers and such so it may be helpful to anyone who has that. This book is on healing afterall. But he never goes into healing others with his techniques either and that was partly why I read it.

I was just expecting something more mind blowing with cool, clever inspiring visualizations instead of sort of sciencey ones. The sections on weight loss and staying young were a complete bore. There's definitely better books for those types of scenarios.

Several pages of success stories and testimonials at the end were inspiring though!

I enjoyed this book :) It had some great straight-forward tips and ideas about how to heal oneself. A great refresher as well as introduction into the area of energetics and healing.
