This was my first book from this author and I really enjoyed Abigail and Cody's story. Abigail lost the trial and she took some time for herself so that she can get away from the press and figure out what her next step is going to be since she has also lost her job too plus she didn't want to deal with the stress of her parents as well. So she drives until she ends up in Montana at a nice B&B and meets Cody. That's when things changes for the best and also finds out some secrets too.

Wow! I know I'm repeating myself I'm in love with the Grant Brothers!.
Every book in this series is AWESOME! Liv Brywood I love you, you're fantastic and I'm a Fan for Life. I was so excited to read this book so when It came I couldn't wait to read it. I love the characters in this book and once again the Liv didn't disappoint me. The storyline is strong, engaging and Fantastic. Her characters are amazing, thoughtful, powerful, exhilarating and lovable. The Dialogue is fascinating, humorous and realistic and If you haven't read this series you are missing a best seller. Book 5 is a great addition to this series it's book 5 of The Cowbear series but it can be read as a standalone, as I have said before I love it and I'm excited about the next book, just thinking about it makes me happy.

I originally chose this book so I can complete a reading challenge in a group I was in. The "Cowbear" was what caught my attention. I love reading anything about bear shifter and this book was one of them. Yes, I rated it 4 stars out of 5 stars and yet, I considered it as one of my favorite books. The relationship between Cody and Abby were well done.
This is a book that can be expanded a bit longer. Show more depth of how emotionally Abby was toward the case she'd lost. I was aware this book was the fifth series out of six books, so I might have missed the depth of bear shifter background from the first book, but I intended to read them all since I really enjoy the writing style.
The way the author describe what Cody looked like was really hot. How could anyone resist an adorable cowboy that had a hairy chest and could turn into a bear. The way Cody listened to Abby's situation made him such a perfect gentleman.
I only wished it was a bit longer a chance to see the relationship between Cody and Abby developed rather than skip ahead and explained the result in the final chapter.

Now this installment of Liv Brywood's series started with a massive BANG! One chapter in & I could feel the anguish new leading lady was in... I was also HOOKED! I needed to know what would happen, how everything would end, just WOW!! This is book 5 in Liv's new series "Curvy Bear Ranch", although it can be read as a stand alone, I do suggest you read this series in order.

Wonderfully romantic tale about a woman who finally learns who she really wants to be, and how she can achieve all her dreams. Abigail is running from her life, trying to forget and to forgive herself. Cody does not want to get involved with another troubled woman, but cannot seem to help himself around Abby. Cody does not want to be heartbroken when Abby goes back to her city life, but he may have no choice, or is there a way for them both to be happy? Can Abby accept the wilder nature of Cody and be his mate, or will she once again run away? I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I'm absolutely loving this series!! It gets better and better with each new book. This is Abby and Cody's unlikely love story. It's a very touching story of discovery, acceptance, love and unbridled passion. Will make you believe that really everything happens for a reason even the bad stuff, but don't ever give up.

We are back with the fifth instalment to Liv Brywood's wonderful Curvy Bear Ranch series this book is so romantic and sweet and has the edge of suspense and angst.
After loses a big trial as well as her job as a lawyer Abigail Holt flees the merciless press in Dallas. She leaves with the clothes on her back, she gets in her car and drives of not knowing where she will end up, She finds the small town of West Yellowstone. It is the perfect place to hide out for a little while, And of course evaluate how she is going to move forward with her life, will it change for the best? Or will she go back to her normal.
The Curvy Bear Ranch is the perfect quiet retreat. But it all changes when she meets the handsome Cody Grant, he is tall and incredibly sexy cowboy with heated bedroom eyes and a mouth watering six-pack, she has too wonder whether she is headed for another utter disaster or not. She has no idea that this man she craves is hiding something.... a big, furry secret.
When Cody meets the beautiful Abby, her luscious curves set his whole body on fire he cannot believe how much he wants her, And his bear agrees with him he cannot wait to get his paws on her and claim her as there mate, but Cody just isn’t ready to commit too anyone especially not a woman. Cody is a charmer he has had some issues in the past which has changed the way he thinks especially about relationships even with his brothers falling like flies for there fated mates he knows he will never fall again, well that is until he stumbles on Abby and one look at her he is a goner. I love Cody his charm his suave his beauty that radiates inside and out is just outstanding.
Abby wow she is in a world of conflict and inner trouble she is a strong character with flaws just like any of us but all she needs is some time away from everyone to clear her head and think about her future but her future is about to change in the form of the sinfully handsome Cody I just love how when she first meets him she wants too eat him up like a lollipop lol I wanted too do the same thing as her, I adore how the author brings forth Abby conflict with her job its so well done.
My favourite scene of all has too be when Cody gives Abby the sweetest present he is such a romantic it made me swoon.
I cannot wait for the next book is this series I for one never want it too end.

I received this for an honest review. If you have not read any of Liv Brywood’s book you are truly missing out. I am so enjoying this series and love that each book can be read as a standalone. You will so fall in love with the Grant boys.
Abigail Holt was a lawyer. She had lived her whole life please her parents. She was working a big case and when she lost it crushed her. It was such a big case it was being covered by all the major news channels. After seeing she could not get away from the news, being fired, and not wanting to face her parents she done the only things she felt she could do, run.
Fate has a funny way of being two hearts together. Abigail finds herself escaping at the Curvy Bear Bed & Breakfast with only the clothes on her back. Everyone seems so nice and seems not to know who she is. It appears the break that she is needed.
I just loved Cody. He was doing everything he could to keep his bear under control. His bear had claimed Abigail as their mate. Cody was getting attached to Abigail fast. He loved to bring a smile to her face and he was just what she needed.
This break is what Abigail needed to try and find herself. Cody helps give her the nudge she needs. Problem is that Cody has to find a way break the news that he is a bear. How will Abigail react.
I love that in this book I was surprised at the path the author took. I thought she was going to go one way and she went the other. I love to be surprised that way.

Very Enjoyable Series... You'll want to Read Them All
Feeling bad after the first case she has ever loss a young DA lawyer jump into her car to get away from the press. Then she sees they are also at her house so she keeps driving and two days later finds herself at the Curvy Bear Bed and Breakfast. The first male she sees will be as drawn to her as he is to her but when she accidentally sees him turn from a bear to the guy she has learned to care for (even if it was fast) she plans to run. Can they make it? Will she take what she wants, and do what she really wants for the first time in her life? Well worth reading each book and this one is really good.

An acquittal, news reports everywhere, a Mayor who was more concerned with politics than showing love to his daughter. Where is there to go when you lose a high profile Case? Simple you get into your car, with no plan in mind, no clothes except the ones on now (because reports are set up outside of your home) and you end up at Curvy Bear Ranch. I enjoyed this book. Ugh, Abby's mom! At least Abby finally took control of her life. Abby and Cody made me laugh. But what ever happened to the bad guy? I'm not telling, No cliffhangers.

Abby runs away after losing a murder trial and is fired from the DA's offce Abby finds herself in Montana and meets a bear shifter named Cody. Cody's bear thinks Abby is his true mate. Can Abby let go of the trial and get her parents to see she doesn't want to be an attorney anymore and follow her own dreams? I highly recommend this book and series

Sweet
Liked story. Hero was kind, gentle. Heroine smart in some ways dumb in others.
Didn’t really believe she lost case, seemed to lead that the jury was threatened or bribed to call off, no way after an confession and evidence would it be anything but mistrial, hung jury or guilty. Also wouldn’t have been fired.

Abby loosed a big case the trial of the year and is fired by DA. The news people are surrounding her house in Texas. She runs away to the Curvy Bear Ranch in West Yellowstone. Cody encourages her to do what makes her happy instead of listening to what her parents want. Cody shows Abby it’s never too late to see your dreams come true.

I just loved this book. Actually, I have loved every book in this series that I’ve read. I enjoy this authors writing style. I can see what she’s describing, and it’s written gracefully. It’s the perfect book for those of us who’d rather sit at home and read a good book on a ‘couples’ holiday. Loved, I mean Loved the most perfect ending!!!

I've never read any of Liv Brywood's Curvy Bear Ranch series until this one, but I feel the need to begin reading it with the first book in the series. That's how much I enjoyed reading this one.

Sweet shifter book
This is a good quick read. I enjoyed the relationship between Cody and Abby. It was nice to see their relationship grow instead of the usual whirlwind.

The Cowbear's Curvy Valentine is a paranormal romance by Liv Brywood. Ms. Brywood has produced a book that is fairly quick to read, perfect for those with limited reading time. Abigail lost her case and a murderer/pedophile went free, Abigail lost her job and left town. Cody is a bear shifter and works on the family ranch and helps out at the Bed and Breakfast. Abby decided to do a little painting while at staying at the bed and breakfast, Cody posed in his bear form for her without her knowing. Cody and Abby's story is loaded with drama, humor and sizzle. I enjoyed reading The Cowbear's Curvy Valentine and would be happy to read more from Liv Brywood. The Cowbear's Curvy Valentine is book 5 of the Curvy Bear Ranch Series but can be read as a standalone. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.
