Crematory for Phoenixes: Not a word for the dead

Rate this book
This is a mythical, suspense story of Victor Drake, Tamuz and Takeshi - time travelers, bearing a curse, which go back in time for one single purpose - to kill monsters, created by their rivals with wicked experiment.

It's a tale, too, of Amos Oz, Sharukin and Akuma - buccaneer, thief, hopelessly ill, the most unwanted companion of heretics, which has sworn to help the quest.

Witness some of the greatest civilizations ever existed.

Understand that the monsters from mythologies do exist - they are the terrifying result from experiments, which somebody had to stop.

Time is relative, indeed.

Time is crematory for phoenixes.

I really hate to only give a book two Stars but I felt but I had to with this novel. The descriptions of things and places and even some of the characters where beautiful very astounding and I think that's why I gave it another star however for a storyline and character development it was severely lacking. It took 4 chapters just to get into the story and then another five or six she even begin to understand what was going on. It seems the author merely mashed up three stories together it really didn't seem to have much to do with each other. Another rarity is I would not recommend this book to many people if you like novelizations where the descriptions the objects and characters are so vivid and wordy then you might enjoy this book but I think for the average reader looking for a story or looking for understanding you're not going to enjoy.
