My hands started shaking, my heart was racing, and my stomach fluttered as I drank him in. I was going to be in love with this man until I took my last breath, there was no point fighting it.
I am a really huge Rom/Com lover and consider myself so lucky to have been offered an arc of this lovely book. My biggest regret is that I took so long to get to it but I’m so happy that I finally got the chance to read it. UNTIL WE COLLIDE was an utterly delightful story with the most lovable Heroine and beyond swoon worthy Hero! I have found a new author to stalk because after having read this book that I consider perfection, Charlotte Fallowfield has now become an automatic must read for me.
UNTIL WE COLLIDE could be categorized as a friends-to-lovers & second chance romance story. Although I have to advise that the relationship between Paige and Alec spans over thirteen years. Thirteen years of never being on the same wavelength. Thirteen years of seemingly unrequited love! My heart hurt for these two time and time again.
Paige and Alec meet when they are both members of Shropshire’s Young Farmers Club. Paige was only seventeen when she fell hard for the beautiful Alec Wright, who was four years older than her. But at the time he was dating a really horrible girl who took pleasure in being cruel, especially towards Paige. On her senior prom night, Paige’s best friend, Poppie, sets her up with someone. To Paige’s utter surprise and delight, her mystery date turns out to be Alec. He’s finally single and has had a crush on Paige since he first met her at the YFC, even though she is a hopeless clutz who has a tendency to wind up being center stage during highly embarrassing moments. The girl actually had the misfortune of being showered in cow poo during a club competition. But just as things seem to be starting between them a once in a lifetime job opportunity is given to Paige which will take her to a different country, far from London, where Alec is going to be starting his career in photography. So the two end up going their separate ways and what could have been a truly special romance ends before it even had a chance to get started.
Three years later, Paige is back home and on a whim she goes to London to apply for a modeling job. She had run into Alec once while she was visiting her parents and he had suggested that she become a model. Paige ends up getting the job because of her look and also due to the fact that the owner of the agency happens to be a very close friend of Alec’s. She soon runs into Alec once again. Three years have passed but the feelings she has for him are still strong, but Alec is moving to New York and has a girlfriend, which totally breaks Paige’s heart. They do manage to remain friends and Alec even rents out his London apartment to her and Poppie.
For the next ten years, these two will never get it right. When Paige is single and wanting to give it another go with Alec, he will be involved with another woman, and when Alec is available then Paige isn’t. I nearly lost my mind!! You can’t help but root for these two to finally get their acts together. Ten years they waste being involved with the wrong people. Living in complete denial. How they both couldn’t see that they were perfect for each other, was beyond me!! Paige does get involved with a series of losers and ends up in more than one embarrassing situation, which had me in stitches!! The poor girl never seemed to catch a break.
UNTIL WE COLLIDE was a truly enjoyable read, filled with a ton of hilarious moments and has one of the most endearing heroines that will steal your hearts! This book is a hidden treasure that deserves to be shared by all!! I HIGHLY recommend this one!! You will not be disappointed.

5 - "I'm game if you are." Stars!
Until We Collide is definitely a book that needs to come with a disclaimer, as reading it is likely to bring about, long and often uncontrollable bursts of the giggles, so it’s a book that is difficult to read illicitly at your desk!
Told from Paige’s POV, this is a book of love found, love lost, love spurned, and I loved, loved, loved it. Paige has known Alec Wright since their teens, but circumstances, relationships and life in general has conspired to ensure that over the years whenever one is available to potentially pursue a relationship, the other isn’t.
Every single time I thought I was over him, I saw him again and it just reminded me how much I wasn’t.
Paige is without doubt the clumsiest, unluckiest woman I have ever had the pleasure of reading about, if there is a cow-pat near she will get covered in it, a fence in the way, she will fall over it, or a roof in the vicinity she’s likely to fall off of it. Her luck with men is just as bad and the adventures she had, and the situations she managed to get herself into, in the telling of her and Alec’s story and eventual getting together was just unapologetically down-to-earth in characterization, heart-wrenching in emotion and there were parts of the book where the authors writing offered up moments of pure comedy genius.
"I see a promising future for you."
This is a story that I could easily see Richard Curtis wanting to make into a film, with likeable characters, laugh out loud antics, and a superbly told story-line that offers up more than a few surprises along the way, it was just a thrill and giggle a minute read from start to finish.

Brit rom-coms are seriously flicking my switches at the moment and Until We Collide is up there as one of the best I've read: I've found me another author to add to my list of must-reads. Because when you chortle, snort and giggle your way through a book as I did here, then you just know you've struck gold.
When seventeen year-old Paige Taylor meets twenty-one year-old Alec Wright, neither have any idea how their attraction to one another will affect the rest of their lives. But circumstances end their budding relationship before it's even begun and over the years the world conspires to keep them apart with jobs, countries, boyfriends, girlfriends and misunderstandings getting in the way when one, the other or both are available.
"I’m kind of old fashioned and superstitious. I think if two people are meant to be together, they’ll find their way back to each other, no matter what."
I adored this couple; to take two characters whose career paths generally come with heavy stereotype and knock that on its head, creating loveable, grounded and relatable individuals impressed me hugely. Clumsy, independent and unlucky in love, Paige was wonderful and Alec had my little heart sighing with happiness with his thoughtful honesty and sweet gestures.
"...if I was lucky enough to be dating you right now, I’d never let you go, Paige Taylor."
Add in fantastic secondary characters and perfectly timed humour that isn't overdone, and Charlotte Fallowfield has nailed it as far as I'm concerned. Needless to say Until We Collide comes with a big fat recommendation from me.

"We were never going to collide. It was a stupid dream by two young kids who didn’t know that life didn’t always work out the way they wanted it to."
Two people destined to be together, but who don't have the luck to actually be together. That's what Alec and Paige are. Since they were teens they have had a strong chemistry between them, but it seems that life just isn't on their side since whenever one of them is available, the other one isn't. But can these two down-on-their-luck lovers finally have a change of luck and get their love?
I don't think I have laughed so hard with a book the way I laughed with this one. Paige had to be one of the unluckiest women int he universe and it was hilarious some of the things she got herself into. I really liked how the author added a lot of humor but it wasn't done in a over the top way that seemed fake or just too ridiculous to be funny. I wonder if Ms. Fallowfield was a comedian in another life, because it's certainly plausible.
Even if you aren't the type to sit back and enjoy a fun, humorous kind of book I think this is still a story that you should give a chance. And if you are looking for that type of book than you're still in for a big surprise with how much you will end up loving this story.

I had a blast reading Until We Collide. A sweet romance that had me laughing from beginning to end. This is the exact kind of book I love to read, one that was designed to make people happy. Full of romance, angst and laughs, Until We Collide is a true gem of a read.
Paige Taylor has had feelings for her friend Alec Wright for a long time. Since he gave her, her first kiss, he also took ownership of her heart. Their romance was brief but powerful, life took them in complete opposite directions. Work, relationships, and great distances have made impossible timing for Alec and Paige to be together.
Throughout the years Alec and Paige run into each other. He becomes a very successful fashion photographer and Paige, even if it's by accident becomes a highly sought out model in the same industry. they have some of the same friends, and run in the same circles, and every time they run into each other, the chemistry is always amazing but timing is never on their side. All this creates a pattern that leaves one, or both of them feeling broken hearted.
Paige's best friend Poppie has been witness of her friend's mishaps with love, and in order to finally put an end to all the sad stories, she convinces Paige to start dating and try to move on from Alec.
Paige is a clumsy girl; she always tripping, falling or running into places, people and things. And when it comes to love she is no different. We experience with Paige her hilarious and unbelievable journey as she goes from bad dates, to worse dates ever!!!
Her friendship with Poppie is the one thing throughout the years Paige can always count on. At the end of each heartbreak and each disaster, her friend is there with wine, ice cream, and a way to make her laugh again as Paige tries to forget the love of her life by dating other guys.
Every character in this story was perfection. Of course they all had flaws and that is what makes this book so relatable and easy to read. This author created a story that was truly magical. It wasn't all about the love, it was also about a girl who struggled with body image issues, career decisions, money problems, or bad dates, just like any of us might struggle too on a daily lives. But she always had a laugh at the end of it all. And that was my favorite thing about this book.
If you are looking for a perfectly executed romantic comedy, that has angst, love and amazing characters, look no further, THIS IS THE BOOK YOU! I promise is not an overly sweet, silly romance. If I had read this book when it first came out, it would had most definitely made my top ten favorite list of the year. I'm really looking forward reading more books from this author in the future.

Oh we do love our romantic comedies but sadly they’re few and far between so when this one landed on our kindles we jumped straight in. It was just what we needed and let us tell you that this is Brit Rom Com at its finest as we laughed and swooned in equal measure. It’s a calamity of dating disasters for our heroine when really true love has already reared its romantic head.
“So, this is it? We’re over before we even started?”
“I don’t think we’ll ever be over, Paige Taylor.”
Timing is everything and in Until We Collide it’s agonisingly apparent that Paige and Alec need and should to be together but circumstances, other people and life in general always seem to get in the way. Don’t get us wrong whilst we were rooting for these two to get together we had so much fun on the journey experiencing the dating disasters of Paige in the meantime.
“We need to get you back on the horse.”
“I was never actually on the horse, Poppie. I never rode him. We never even made it out of the stable.”
Oh and her Bessie mate Poppie stole our hearts – these two best friends had a brilliant and beautiful friendship and had us in stitches at their banter and escapades. For some the number 13 is an unlucky number but in this book 13 is nothing but magic. You’ll find out why when you pick it up.

Paige quickly became one of our favourite heroines – she literally stole our hearts. Sure we wanted to grab her and say just go for it, go get Alec, can’t you see he loves you!!! But…..she was so endearingly oblivious in her romance quest and teamed with her innocence, her severe case of bad luck as well as her huge heart; we fell for her charm!
“Are you frigid? Vagijawsitis?”
“What the hell is vagijawsitis?”
“When your piranha vagina is so tight, it bites off his head. It puts a lot of women and men off, so I hear.”
“That’s not a real word, surely?”
“It’s vagi-something. I have no idea, I’m all about cock, darling. So what’s the problem?”
There are copious laugh out loud moments in this book, too many to count. It was a breath of fresh air and felt like a cheeky indulgence. We loved every single minute which took us around the world and back again, falling in love with Paige and Alec as well as the rest of the characters. Sure we would have loved more ‘afters’ as it was a long time coming and then a mere snapshot, but the epilogue had us in fits of laughter. What a hilarious way to end it. Definitely recommend Until We Collide and here’s to hoping we get more from this Author and the characters we met.

Paige quickly became one of our favourite heroines – she literally stole our hearts. Sure we wanted to grab her and say just go for it, go get Alec, can’t you see he loves you!!! But…..she was so endearingly oblivious in her romance quest and teamed with her innocence, her severe case of bad luck as well as her huge heart; we fell for her charm!

“When your piranha vagina is so tight, it bites off his head. It puts a lot of women and men off, so I hear.”

There are copious laugh out loud moments in this book, too many to count. It was a breath of fresh air and felt like a cheeky indulgence. We loved every single minute which took us around the world and back again, falling in love with Paige and Alec as well as the rest of the characters. Sure we would have loved more ‘afters’ as it was a long time coming and then a mere snapshot, but the epilogue had us in fits of laughter. What a hilarious way to end it. Definitely recommend Until We Collide and here’s to hoping we get more from this Author and the characters we met.

This book made me laugh out loud,there is never a dull moment with our heroine.
Paige Taylor is a funny and sweet girl,not so lucky with the men she meets,this is a white lie because she met her soulmate,Alec, long ago but it wasn't the right moment for them to begin a romantic relationship because they were just about to start their adult lives, so they choose to part their ways with a promise "Until We Collide".
We follow Paige during her journey towards her Prince Charming through disastrous dates and awful boyfriends always believing that Fate will let her find her real happiness sooner or later.
This was the first time I've read this author and I've really liked this rom com,can't wait to read more amazing stories written by Charlotte Fallowfield.

OMG! OMFG! OH.MY.GAAAAAWD! I LOVED this book, like, completely 110% fell in love with it! I want to have this books babies!! Ya know when you start a book and you get -THAT- feeling, the one that's like "Oh, yeah! This is going to be really good."!?! Well, I was wrong. It was freaking AMAZING!! SO AMAZING! I devoured it in only a couple hours, amazing. Ok, now that I've let my inner manic book nerd fan-girling self out...I'll try to contain it...albeit briefly ;)
Until We Collide. Wow! Just, wow! A brilliant Rom-Com debut from Charlotte Fallowfield. I swear the woman could write a spellbinding story about a paper bag that would be captivating. Talented it what she is. There wasn't a single thing I didn't love about this book. From the super fun cover to the synopsis, I found myself being sucked in to the story with every flip of the page. Ever changing, never losing pace. Completely captivated.

He's the one who always "gets away" as the timing never seems to be "right" when they collide. Ah, yes! The moment when the title clicks!!! Looooooove!
Paige, she's one of the best heroines I've read in a long time. Her character is brutally realistic and that's what I love so much about her. Is it ok to have a fictional BFF?! Cuz, she'd be mine. So klutzy and self conscious when it comes to her appearance. Tall, blonde and curvy. A total knock out! Hell, she's essentially me minus the knock out part lol.

Unfortunately, this book didn't work for me. While I love the way the author builds her characters up and makes them fun, this book was missing something. I think it's the fact that I was unable to relate to the heroine for starters. There simply wasn't enough background for her and I had trouble connecting with her. Even more, there was so much time passed in between chapters and I didn't feel like I was able to be a part of the journey. How after so many years and so many "chance" meetings did these two NOT see how much they loved each other? It came off as unrealistic and downright frustrating. Finally, there was way too much going on in such a short book. Had the author taken the time and made this a full length novel and built the characters up more then I would have liked it.
While this book didn't personally work for me, I will tell you that I love the Dilbury Village series (also by the author). I certainly plan to continue the novels in that series as they release and am quite frankly really excited to dive back in.

Well HOLY CRAP that was incredible.
I legit lost count at the amount of times I laughed so hard that I literally cried. I've never laughed so much at a book, wow.
Paige and Alec's story has been amazing to read. Through all the ups and downs they encounter they prove true love conquers everything. With her best friend by her side things are absolutely interesting for Paige, it felt like she could never catch a brake, always unlucky.
Charlotte Fallowfield never fails to amaze me with her writing and I absolutely LOVED that she did this rom com. If you're looking for a laugh this is definitely the book for you.

This was a British RomCom. Lots of fun but often frustrating.
They meet when they are both in their early teens. After a few near misses the finally get one great date and then they each leave to start their careers. They travel, she becomes a model, he a fashion photographer, but still they can't get together. One or the other of them are involved with someone else. Her dating life is hilarious!

I frequently giggled as I read, but more than once, I also laughed so hard I had to stop reading to catch my breath. This was a fun and bright and shiny story. The writing was brilliantly funny, highly engaging, and unfailingly entertaining. Paige was an adorable klutz who was prone to hilarious filterless rambling when flustered. She also appeared to be doomed to experience one dating disaster after another, as she seemed to be a magnet for “arseholes, freaks, and perverts.” I cherished her as well as her friendship with Poppie; only the best type of friend would help you get even with a cheating ex by (among other things) putting itching powder in his briefs, allergens on his bed sheets, and fish in his curtains. Their antics and mortifying misadventures were extremely amusing and creative. Ms. Fallowfield’s characters were fresh, intriguing, alluring, and quirky. I enjoyed this book from beginning to end and although I loved the conclusion, I mourned the loss of finishing as I could keep reading Paige and Alec’s story into infinity.

I couldn't connect to any of the characters. I liked the disaster dates and men Paige meet, but I couldn't find myself to like her or Alec. But for the disastrous men / dates this get a 2.stars. just because.

A Rom/Com with no Hot Sex, A lot of Miss communication and drama that made me want to SCREAM and Throw a Tantrum!!
Paige and Alex ... Omg these two were perfect for each other, but it took them like 10 + years to sort there shit out and get together, I wanted to hit my head against a wall most of the time. I honestly didn't realize this was going to a story about growing up, stuff they each had to go threw to find each other again.. tho they never not new where the other was, it was just that there timing for each other was always wrong!!
I wanted to LOVE this book so much, but that didn't happen.
Funny,Sweet,Unlucky and annoying I enjoyed the story but was difficult to read, as i wanted so much more. Characters are brilliant and the story was ok. This wasn't a typical "Ang Friendly" book.

Love and Laughter can be the spice of life and in this book it comes in droves. The love is hidden in such a way that you know its just waiting to explode into the pages but the laughter well that's a different story. Our author must have an extraordinary sense of humour because this book will have you crying with laughter and the more you read the more you`ll laugh. The story of Paige and Alec will be one of those tales that will stay with you not only for its amazing storyline but for the pleasure and laughter it gave you. C J Fallowfield has certainly out done herself with this one.

A debut rom-com for Charlotte Fallowfield and I was not disappointed. Real laugh out loud moments as klutz Paige just can't stop falling at her Mr (W)right's feet ..literally !! Paige loves Alec from the moment she sees him though it takes a while for her to admit her feelings as she tries to get over him by getting out there on the dating scene.. with some hilarious results. If I had the disasters she had I think I'd give up lol.. but she carries on, catching up with Alec at various times along the way, but will their hearts ever be in the same place at the same time?A read that I couldn't put down desperate to know their fate. Totally recommended.

Once you find your true soulmate, you can weather almost anything thrown your way. I knew right away when I saw the fun and quirky cover for Until We Collide that it was a book I'd want to add to my TBR list and the blurb only further cemented it as a must read for me. As soon as I received a copy (ARC for honest review) I dived right in and could not put my kindle down, except for in the moments where I needed a glass of water from laughing so hard I was practically choking.
Paige has some seriously bad luck when it comes to dating. Her first ever real crush became a mutual infatuation that was never able to fully flourish into the kind of relationship both parties wanted at certain times, because their lives kept running on different paths. It lead to difficulty in being able to fully connect with other partners as there was always the lingering what ifs. Although she was struggling to move on it didn't stop Paige from trying and man oh man were some of her dates absolute disasters, but also terribly funny.
There were times I almost wanted to cover my face and read through a slight gap between my fingers because of the circumstances that poor Paige ended up in at the most embarrassing of times, but instead I'd only end up wiping tears, the result of uncontrollable laughter, away. Not only did I laugh with the clumsiness and comical misfortunes that occurred on dates for the MC, I also really enjoyed the banter between characters throughout the story, it was both smart and witty.
The best friend Poppie definitely helped to bring out the brighter side of some of the most awkward of times, her sense of humour was definitely a highlight. Alec, the main love interest, managed to bring light to the story too, though I will admit I wish we saw a little more of his character. We saw a lot of his profession and travel through the eyes of Paige, however I kind of wanted a little more conversation, because glimpses of what there was left me wanting more.
Although i would liked to have seen more of Alec's personality through his own words, there were still enough thoughts and feeling described to believe the depth of the connection between him and Paige, so much so that it had me wishing that they could find their way back to each other. They both seemed so lost without the other, even though there were moments they tried hard to hide it, it was impossible for everyone close to them not to notice the longing they still held in their hearts. The joy when they were together, was pure magic.

Paige is naive, beautiful and filled to the brim with sass and gumption. Getting herself into the most awkward of situations she always finds the light in the darkness. Paige is the perfect protagonist, warm engaging and completely human. Her trials and tribulations range from the surreal to down right heart breaking and yet throughout she never loses hope or sight of who she really is. Her series of horrifically humorous dates had me guffawing out loud and yet throughout I was her personal cheerleader as she was an inspirational upbeat character.
Alec...swoon...a typical man and commitmentophobe. He catches on...eventually but is he too late? The will they/won't they keep this story intriguing whilst the catalogue of disastrous dates and catch ups keep the reader smiling and hoping.
Is it tragic that it can take so long to collide at the right time to make something stick? Does the epic journey make the destination worth arriving at?
This is a fun filled easy read that had me chuckling within a couple of pages. A perfect rom com ideal to curl up on a cold and rainy evening this is one read that will leave you glowing.Satisfaction guaranteed!

What do you do when you've found your soul mate, but the universe just doesn't seem to cooperate? Paige Taylor falls for Alec Wright the first time she meets him, and despite trying to get over him and move on, she can't help but fall for him again and again whenever their paths cross over the next 10+ years. Every time she thinks that maybe the stars are finally aligned, something gets in the way and they're forced to continue living their separate lives. Charlotte Fallowfield's debut romcom is exactly what a romcom should be - lots of hilarious encounters balanced with romance and the odd tender moment to make us fall for our main characters and root for their happy ever after. Fallowfield really shines by creating authentic, likeable characters. Our lead, Paige, is a sweet, innocent girl at the start of the book, and we enjoy following her journey into adulthood, including some cringeworthy dates as well as an insanely successful career. Her love interest, Alec, is Mr. Perfect, except when you want to hit him across the head and tell him to "go get the girl already!" However, he more than makes up for this whenever he reveals his true feelings, and you truly understand why Paige just can't get over him. Finally, our sidekicks, Poppie and Jean-Claude, give additional depth and humor to the story. Fallowfield writes terrific banter, and you need great secondary characters to achieve this. Finally, one of my favorite parts of Fallowfield's writing style is how she gives us such rich, descriptive scenes - I feel like I'm right in her books with her characters, and I'm always sad when it's time to leave her world and return to real life. This was a fantastic read, and I look forward to whatever else she has in store :)

The relationship between Paige and her best friend Poppie is just as much of a part of the story as Paige’s relationship with Alec and I fell in love with the entire cast. There are several laugh out loud moments and I found a little bit of myself in Paige’s character, being a bit of an awkward girl myself.
If you’re already a fan of Fallowfield you won’t be disappointed. If you’re looking for a fun, lighthearted read with a happy ending that is a long time coming, this one is for you!

With an enticing cover and a captivating storyline, Until We Collide is most definitely a title you need to add to your TBR list. Once I started the book I became addicted and literally devoured the book within hours.
From the moment Paige Taylor sets eyes on Alec Wright, Sex God, she falls hard. And just when she gets her dream man, a chance of a life time arises, leading to heart wrenching decisions having to be made promptly. With a parting promise of, “Until We Collide”, Paige and Alec go their separate ways, events taking them on different paths that they could never foresee throughout the course of their lives. But years on and with Alec still weighing heavily in Paige’s heart, will these two lovable characters ever be reunited? Or will fate have something else planned?
Until We Collide, is sweet, dreamy, emotional and totally hilarious throughout. It’s the perfect balance of love and humour combined flawlessly, with loveable characters you instantly connect with. For me it wasn't only the enthralling plot that held my attention, but the way in which the author portrays the whole story. The time frame for this novel isn't segregated to a short period of time like most books. Instead Paige and Alec’s story is told over a riveting time span of thirteen years. I loved this because it gave the advantage of really getting to know each character, their traits & feelings. How they grow as a person throughout the years, and the influences and contributions they all bring to making this a wonderful heartfelt story.
