A contemporary retelling of Pride & Prejudice by New York Times bestselling author H.M. Ward and L.G. Castillo.

He’s everything a girl could want—a beautiful billionaire with sad eyes and a crooked smile so yummy you can't help but try to lick it. Well, unless that woman is Beth Bennet. Her panties don’t drop for anyone unless there’s love, so a guy like Darcy doesn’t stand a chance.

Being shoved up the New York City socialite ladder chafes, so Beth attends college as far away as possible. Texas provides the distance she needs, but when her father gets sick she finds herself right back where she started—stuck together with a bronzed god who hates her.

Their prejudice will be their undoing.

She wants to conform to society, and I want to defy it."

After moving to Texas to escape New York and its elite society, Beth Bennet flies back when her father had a health scare. When she rushes to the hospital, she bumps into the handsome William Darcy of Darcy Biopharm, the same Darcy who was in the meeting with Beth's father when he collapsed. She blames him, tells him to kiss her ass, and goes on her merry way to her father's room.

She decides to stay in NYC and gets sucked back in the mad world of the elite. Things are not as it seems at home. Her father's company is doing worse than she thought, her mother is still as forceful and conforming to society as she remembers, her big sister Jane is still popping Xanax like they're Tic Tacs, and her little sister Mary is as rebellious as ever.

Her best friend Colin Frey is still closeted, and he's trying to convince Beth to be his beard. His father is running for senate, and his family believes it would be good press to see Colin, the only son, settled down.

Reading Over You felt like going inside a movie theater fifteen minutes into the film. You don't know what happened, but since you saw the trailer or read the synopsis, soon you get into it. You then go to the ladies' room to powder you nose, and when you come back, you realize you missed a whole chunk of important plot elements.

My favorite characters were probably Mary and Colin. Instead of having the usual five daughters, we have three, with Mary being a bit of a mix of the remaining sisters (Mary, Kitty, and Lydia). She's rebellious and adventurous like Lydia and Kitty, but she's an advocate for various issues and is quite outspoken about it. Colin is flamboyant, and I felt bad that he couldn't open up about who he is to his family.

In the beginning, Jane was portrayed as this timid girl who battled her anxiety with Xanax, so I had the impression she was this doped up woman. It was great to see that she wasn't like that.

Jane struggles with such a massive amount of pressure she's usually doped up on Xanax to cope with it."

I appreciated the attempt to write a Pride and Prejudice re-telling without fully copying the plot. Over You still had its own story and subplots (Colin's arc, to be specific).

I didn't see the progression of William and Beth's relationship. One moment they were glaring at each other (or rather, Beth was; Will was busy boring holes into her back), the next they were making out and getting intimate. So, it was kind of hard to believe they're in love with each other when they rarely even had any interaction with each other.

My biggest problem was Elizabeth. For me, she had very few redeeming qualities. I saw her as a petulant, privileged, bratty girl whose perception is clouded by her pride. She reminded me of a high school student who gets offended at every single thing, and "rebels" because she believes she's an oppressed child. She'd act like she hates Darcy, but then out of nowhere, she kisses him. She'd think he's annoying, then she lets him give her a handshake. He doesn't talk to her after the handshake incident, so at a club, she dry humps his step-brother in front of him. Oh, I forgot to add, she may or may not be engaged to her closeted best friend, and they went to the club to slowly expose their relationship to the public. Yeah, no.

Sad to say, the cons outweighed the pros. This book just wasn't for me.

This was quite an unusual modern approach to Pride and Prejudice. As a warning, the book contains some profanity (including the F-bomb) and a very lusty approach to the relationship between Beth Bennet and William Darcy. The issue of homosexuality and the difficulty of being in the closet also is front and center.

In this imagining, Mr. and Mrs. Bennet have only three daughters: Jane, Beth and Mary. Jane's personality is much as in cannon except she has an anxiety disorder and has to take Xanax, both mostly because of her overbearing mother. Mary is a complete departure from the original. Her character delights in being outrageous and shocking their mother, and she's a political activist on environmental issues. (I admit I really loved this Mary!) Mrs. Bennet is almost worse than the original article. Her desperation to expose her daughters to wealthy, socially elite husband material seems over the top, even when you understand her motivation, which is explained late in the book. Beth's best friend, Colin Frey (an interesting mashup between Charlotte Lucas and Mr. Collins) is gay and desperately trying to hide that fact from his parents, at least while his father is running for political office. Darcy's friend, Cameron Bingley, is just like Charles Bingley. Interestingly, Anne Degatto, the daughter of Catherine Degatto, seems more similar in character to Caroline Bingley here. Darcy's very outgoing sister, Gwen, appears early in the story. She reportedly has a drinking problem, but it also seems as though Darcy has her on a pretty tight leash. And Grant Wickham... what can I say? Wickham is always a sweet-talking, lying, all-around bad egg.

I enjoy the creativity in this plot. While you can find the Pride and Prejudice elements, this modernization doesn't try to follow it point by point, which makes it feel very fresh and different. I particularly like the depiction of the relationship among the three sisters as well as their close, unconditional friendship with Colin. Their interactions with him demonstrate he is more like a sibling to them rather than just a friend.

I don't generally object to sexual content when it seems to flow naturally from the story. In this case, Darcy and Beth get pretty hot and heavy long before she's gotten over her annoyance with his haughty personality. It's one of those "sexual chemistry" attractions for each other that the hero and heroine just can't seem to fight. I'm not sure they have enough interaction otherwise for them to have any basis for an adult relationship outside of the great sex. And Beth gets way too close to having sex with Wickham shortly after meeting him. Regardless of how often it's mentioned that this is uncharacteristic for her, she comes across to me as slutty.

I also think I may be missing something. I picked this up thinking it was a stand-alone Pride and Prejudice variation. Based on Beth's exchange with Darcy in the first scene, it seems as if she already has a major chip on her shoulder against Darcy with some prior history that isn't made clear in this book. She is rushing through the hospital because her father had collapsed during a meeting with Darcy, but it seems as though she is blaming Darcy for somehow making him ill. That is never explained or expanded upon - at least not in a way that I recognized.

There is also reference to "celebrities" Jon and Bryan Ferro, as though I'm supposed to recognize those names. It turns out they are featured characters in a several-book series this author is writing, of which this seems to be part. This book does end with "Ready for More? Pre-Order Stripped 2 Now!" It's not clear to me whether "Stripped 2" will be a continuation of this story (which does leave room for a sequel, though it comes to a logical conclusion here) or whether it's a continuation of this series of books the author is writing about the Ferro Family.

The things I like about this book I really, REALLY like. The sensual scenes are pretty hot for those who like that sort of thing and don't come across as overly crude. (To me they don't, anyway, but my sensibilities may not be as easily offended as others.) The writing in general is quite good, the characters are strong, there are enough tweaks to the Pride and Prejudice storyline to keep my interest and wondering what is going to happen next, there are surprising twists, and there's a clearly defined climactic scene that changes everything. All these positive elements lead me to give it 4 stars despite the reservations expressed above.

3.5 rounded up to 4 stars

This is a modern take-off of Pride and Prejudice although you can read it without having read P&P and have no problem. There are some blanks in the telling that had me wondering was I missing something. The author is writing a "Ferro" family series and there is a small mention of them here so I wonder if there is more in her other books to fill in the blanks. I never could figure out why Beth Bennet dislikes Darcy so much. They have an intense sexual chemistry which they do act on. (MA/graphic scenes) And Darcy's feelings seem to waver intensely. One minute he is insulting her as if to say "easy come-easy go" women don't attract him and then next telling Beth how much he loves her.

The obstacle to their relationship is Colin Frey, Beth's best friend, who has not come out yet. He denies his relationship with Mateo and persuades Beth to marry him so as to help promote his father's political career. Then there is the Bennet family and how they are teetering on the edge of bankruptcy...again. Mr. Bennet is very ill but has hidden that from his family while his wife spends money to make the family appear rich so as to attract rich suitors for her THREE daughters, Jane, Beth and Mary.

I would have liked to have read more about the relationship between Darcy and Elizabeth. Was it all just the chemistry or was there something else in their relationship? We don't read about the friendly debates and discussions of literature, as in canon, in this story.

It is Cameron, not Charles, Bingley whose relationship with Jane is split with the help of Darcy persuading him she doesn't truly love him. (Jane takes Xanax for her anxiety in the story.)

This story did keep me interest. I admired Elizabeth's loyalty to Colin and her willingness to sacrifice her own happiness to help him out. I kept wondering if they would marry and then divorce later. It was a close thing.

One of my favourite books of all time, that's how strongly I feel about the original pride and prejudice.
So when I saw this advertised... let's say I was scared to read it.
Even though it was co-written by one of my favourite authors!

I needn't have worried HM Ward and LG Castillo nailed it !
They wrote almost effortlessly together.
It was interesting reading a modern take on a story I know inside out, and the descriptions within the book were phenomenal.
If Elizabeth Bennett had been created in modern day, I could imagine her being just like Beth in this story, willing to give up anything to protect those she loves. But never compromising on her own beliefs !

Go on take a chance you know you want to !
Does Darcy get wet in this story? Of course he does !

Great story, I couldn't put it down! It has a certain essence of the original story but is also very original. New twists to some of the secondary characters, especially Colin.

Elizabeth Bennet’s biggest flaw, and I would not call it a flaw at all, is that she is super loyal to those that she loves, almost to a fault. She will do anything she can to help those she loves, from pushing her father to fight for his company to helping her best friend even if it means sacrificing her own dreams. But, she is no pushover! She is strong and knows what she wants in life. It is her strength coming through that is allowing her to make the sacrifices she does. William Darcy! On the surface he is standoffish and a bit rude. His cold controlling nature is what has made him successful in business. But there is another layer to this handsome brooding man. He, too, is fiercely loyal to his family and has used his power and wealth to help others, even if most people don’t see that side of him. When William finally declares his feelings for Beth, she has made a decision that will not allow them to be together. Will she choose keep her promise to her best friend over her growing feelings for William?
Having never read Pride and Prejudice (I know, for shame) I did not have any preconceived notions about this story going in, other than hearing how much other book friends loved it. I truly loved this story. I found not only the main characters amazing, but the supporting ones as well. There were twists in the story that I didn’t see coming, and an HEA that I didn’t think was ever going to happen! HM Ward and LG Castillo’s co-writing is seamless; never would you guess that 2 different authors wrote this story together. This was a definite page turner that will top my favorites for 2016.
Over You is a perfect 5-star story to read on Valentine’s Day!

I'm so glad I signed up to receive this ARC!!! Thank you to both authors for allowing me to read this and write an honest review
From the beginning of the book I felt that William Darcy was this cool calm collected hot as hell kind of guy. The type of man that holds power. The type of man that doesn't need a woman to make his life complete. Well I was right on a few of those points. From the moment he met Elizabeth Bennet I knew that this was a relationship that was either doomed or was going to explode like the Fourth of July fireworks. The writing was fantastic and the story kept me on my toes. I loved the character Cameron and Jane and especially Colin. . Elizabeth's mother cracked me up. Her character made so many parts of the book more interesting than they already were.
I don't want to give anything away about this book, but if you love romance in a little bit of a book that keeps you on your toes wanting more trust me when I tell you this is the book that you need to read.
I know it's a stand-alone but I wish there was a sequel to this book so we could see the next few chapters of these characters lives.
LG Castillo has written some of my favorite books. And I'm so glad to be able to read another one of hers. She is a fantastic author.
HW Ward i'm going a have to do some investigation and find a few more books that this author has written

Bravo. Bravo on a fantastic book.

I received a copy of this in exchange for an honest review.
This is the first time I have read anything written by Ms. Ward but I have read quite a few things written by Ms. Castillo. When I was offered the chance to receive an ARC for this book I jumped on the chance especially after reading in the blurb that it is a "contemporary retelling of Pride & Prejudice". So I knew going in that the story line was definitely going to be amazing. The writing of this version is brilliant! These two authors teaming up and writing this story is brilliant! The story flows flawlessly. The character development in this story is impeccable. Once the characters are introduced in the story, as we read on we see the character grow as the story line grows. These ladies certainly have the ability to write best sellers. As the story unfolds, they feed us just enough to keeps us nibbling. Alot of times when reading a story, after the first 7 or 8 chapters the story will kind of "peter out", but that did not happen for me in this story. My interest was captivated until the very end. I certainly hope that there is going to be additional books written about the secondary characters in this book. I would love to read more on them and more written by these two talented authors. Thank you so much for the opportunity to read and review your work and most of all for sharing your gift with us!

Darcy and Wickham kept getting described in very erotic, sensuous terms (the word sensuous was even used) and it weirded me out enough at the halfway point to not want to see how the adaptation continued. Life's too short to read bad books.

OVER YOU is a standalone, coauthored novel by HM Ward and LG Castillo. It is a modern retelling of the much loved classic, Pride and Prejudice. While I am not a huge fan of retelling stories, I absolutely fell in love with OVER YOU’s modern twist to this classic. As a classics lover you will recognize the name and similarities in the story but Ms. Ward and Ms Castillo added their twist, sense of humor to this story. You will find yourself laughing so hard you snort at times, want to stomp your feet at Mr. Darcy’s conceitedness and swoon at him at the same time, and cheer on Beth as she navigates the socialite scene. But in the end the author’s will win you over with their interesting characters, great story of what family strength is at the core of this story. While this is my first L.G. Castillo novel, I found that each author was able to seamlessly write this modern tale and make it their own. Anyone who loved Pride and Prejudice will find themselves loving this modern tale.

A full-length standalone novel, Over You, has it all. Family is the one institution that can bring out the momma bear in people. Beth's unconditional love for her family shines throughout this book. Her devotion to her closest friend emphasizes the caring person she is. But what will she do when William Darcy starts making advances on her?

Can Darcy's pride and preconceived notions of the Bennet family destroy Beth's family? Will her world implode when she learns the truth about her family? Can Beth and her sisters stand strong when life altering news is shared?

A love story filled with comedy, hope and strength, Over You had me at page one. H.M. Ward & L.G. Castillo wrote together seamlessly. A few familiar names were given honorable mention and the descriptive writing had me closing my eyes and picturing the scenes unfold. An absolutely fantastic read!

I love this modern version, of Pride and Prejudice, H.M. Ward and L.G. Castillo gave in this book. Even though you basically know the story and the ending, it was still surprising reading the story with the changes made for the modern time. The characters had so much depth and are very lovable. H.W. Ward and L.G Castillo worked beautifully together, the story just flows you forget two authors wrote the story together. It is a story bursting with love for family, friends, and for your true love. The characters stand up for their owns beliefs. As I was reading I was laughing, sighing, dropping my mouth in shock, laughing again. I definitely recommend this book! This is a stand alone book with a HEA ending. I hope/wish there are more books from the secondary characters, I would love to read more from them. I received this book for an honest review.

My, my, my Mr. Darcy. What a sexy and smoldering story you're in.. Who doesn't love sexual tension in all it's rawness? Beth Bennet was brought up in an uppity family with high expectations of their children. William Darcy was adopted and became a ruthless rich business shark. When these two met, sparks flew, albeit not in a good way. Their chemistry is so off the charts, I always caught myself saying "Come on and do it already!" This story is not your typical boy meets girl and insta-love book. It's hate and battles, walking on eggs shells and deep emotion. My kind of read and one I could read over and over. If you haven't read H.M. Ward yet, you are totally missing out on an awesome author. Thanks Holly and L.G. Castillo, your minds work so good together..

Oh My Flipping Lord!!!!! Oh and a BIG hello and how DO you do to Mr. Darcy. H.M. Ward has done it yet again, I was glued to my tablet screen all day getting my fill on brooding filthy stinken rich hottness, but this story is alot more then a huge hunk of yumminess. This story is about family friendship, love, loyalty, and trust. Beth Bennet is all but more than happy to throw her own happiness away to protect the ones she loves, but at what cost? What will the result be from the ultimate sacarfice? Will anyone get their HEA or will everyone be stuck playing the golden son and the dutiful daughter? Well I'd tell you everything but that would ruin the book and defeat the purpose of me telling youto go get it and read it yourself. Happy reading *~~Gabby's Honest Book Reviews~~*

This book has a great combination of mystery, secrets and desires, emotions are downplay and hidden under a mask wore by those who can't be themselves, in a society where image and power are the most important trait, were being different can cause a family to loss or gain power. Beth and Darcy are the perfect example that what we see in other may not be the whole truth, hidden under layers of protection are people wanting to connect and be able to find happiness. I truly recommend reading this book, H.M. Wards has amazing talent in writing the most awesome romantic and love stories; with struggles, a hint of laughter and comedy in them(especially crazy animal) and lots of emotions. L.G. Castillo i think this is the first book i read from you so i would be looking for more.

I am embarrassed to say that I have not read the original Pride and Prejudice, but if it is even half as good as this book I know it is fantastic. HM Ward and LG Castillo did a wonderful job together!

This book brought to light how important it is to be true to yourself. There's truly selfless giving and unconditional friendship in this story. There are also preconceive notion's, serotypes and judgments that prove to be detrimental to all involved. Which just may get in the way of finding happiness.

This love story was hard fought. What I loved is all the character development. It wasn't just about the two main characters, Beth and Darcy, it was about the dynamics of everyone together friends and family.

This was a five-star read for me. I highly recommend this book.

I never really picked up a book before a few years ago and now I am an avid reader. If this book is any indication on what I missed by not reading Pride and Prejudice, then I better get reading!!! This book had me captivated from the beginning. How every girl always wants a fairy tale wedding but sometimes life does not have the same plans. Once I started to read, I did not want to stop. I would put it down but then have to pick it right back up again to see how the story would end! I received a free copy in exchange for an honest review.

Freaking Pride and Prejudice.....no no no
Dear book fans across the world I am about to become the most hated reader forever. I freaking loathe Pride and Prejudice. For real. If I had the choice to eat mushrooms (which I hate more than my period) or read Pride and Prejudice again I would eat mushrooms: off the ground from around a tree poisonous mushrooms. That is how much I hate Pride and Prejudice.

So now we have the dilemma of H.M. Ward being my all time favorite author. I mean for real I would sell all my eggs and give up my left boob to meet this woman. I like her a lot. I would have her children.

Are you seeing my dilemma yet? My favorite author does a contemporary retelling of my least favorite book. Yeah this was poop.

I decided after I saw it I would going to put away past thoughts and prejudices I had towards this book and just read it. (Hehe see how I snuck that word in there? I’m so funny.)

We have Beth who hates William Darcy on sight (or has a insta-love connection who is to know) is back in New York when her father lands in the hospital. Now she’s living with her two sisters and parents trying to help her fathers business stay afloat and figure out what’s happening to him. To add to the drama llama she’s falling in love with William Darcy who seems to love hate her and her gay best friend wants to marry her. Thank goodness I’m poor and don’t live in new York.

Now that we’ve established the basics let me say I did enjoy a lot of aspects about this book, except Darcy and Beth’s love connection. It wasn’t believable in the first book and it’s not believable in this retelling. I get the two have a love hate relationship or whatever the crap but you couldn’t throw in a little dating or something? This is supposed to be a contemporary retelling. They need to date and stuff. Go to the park, make out by more trees at Wendy’s. I have seriously never craved a frosty so badly in my life. Why did it go from eye-bleeping each other to love in minutes?

Also let’s give Darcy a big WTF too. Because here is the thing for me, if you are going to make this contemporary make William Darcy more like contemporary men. Don’t bring original Darcy’s stuffy old arse into this book. I don’t want someone dry humping me on a tree saying sorry. You say sorry while dry humping me you best believe there will be no humping of any kind ever again.

Besides all that nonsense Over You is pretty good. Would I say it’s the best? No because I hate P&P and wish it wasn’t a book and would go die in a hole. But it’s H.M. Ward and her lovely companion L.G. Castillo who I will be stalking from this point on because this books characters, story telling, and dialogue were fabulous.

If you love P&P like so many others out there you’ll be wanting to read this one. It’s superb. If you are a unicorn like myself who loathes the book…well you may want to read this or find me and we can live on an anti P&P island.

***An advanced copy of this book was provided by the author in exchange for an honest review***

I was absolutely excited to be one of ARC receipients for this amazing book. I loved the author collaboration from the very begining and I knew the book would completely blow my mind and it didnt dissapoint it completely exceded my expectations. It was truly a remarkable and unforgettable read.

I loved this modern version of Pride and Prejudice it was very relatable and exceptionally well written, every word drew you in and made you fall deeply in love with the sexy and charismatic Mr. Darcy. His personality was breathtaking and I so wish I could have my very own William Darcy(sighs), each trait he possessed only made you feel more attracted to him.

Beth was such a great modern day Elizabeth Bennett the eagerness and devotion to protect her loved ones was inspiring and the strength she posessed was phenomenal. Not only were the main characters well developed but the background characters were just as interesting especially Beth’s mother who was hilarious.

You are constantly at the edge of your seat wanting to find out what else will happen it’s a real page turner, the suspense is thrilling and invigorating. It keeps you wanting more even after you finish reading it. I wish there was a continuance to this book it has been my best read this year and one of my favorite books as well. I didn’t want to finish reading it but once I started I couldn’t put it down. I highly recommend this book you won’t be dissapointed it will be a memorable read!!!

Elizabeth "Beth" Bennet is working towards her graduate degree in Texas far from her mother's meddling ways. A frantic phone from her sister Jane sends Beth rushing home to New York to be by her father's side. Beth offers to remain in New York to be close to her family only to have played right into her mother's hands. Beth doesn't like William Darcy yet can't deny that she wants his kisses and touch. William Darcy tries to keep everyone at arms length but that doesn't seem to be working for him with Beth Bennet. Colin Frey needs a bride and nominates his best friend Beth even though he's clearly gay. Beth reluctantly agrees to Colin's plan even though it's making her completely miserable. Beth's parents are hiding something from their daughters Beth does some snooping to figure out what it is. Will Beth go through with the wedding to Colin? What are The Bennet's hiding? Will Darcy admit his feelings for Beth? Your answers await you in Over You.

This is my first experience with H. M. Ward's writing style in collaboration with L. G. Castillo. The concept for the book is the modern day retelling of Pride and Prejudice. I've got to admit that is clearly and wholly accurate description of this book from the story to the characters. I'll be honest I enjoyed this version over the classic mainly because it isn't in Old English which sometimes frustrates me to no end. I'll definitely consider reading more from both of these author's in the future.

Argh, I hate to be the first 3-star reviewer. I'm a HUGE HM Ward fan. I read all her books and anxiously await her next releases. This wasn't my favorite book. I'll keep this review spoiler free.

Pros: You'd never know this was written by two people. The writing and story is pretty seamless and fluid. It's a twist on a classic story. There are modern elements that keep it relevant to today's readers. There were some elements of surprise that I didn't anticipate or guess prior to getting to that point in the story.

Cons: The characters weren't exciting to me. We got a glimpse of each of the sisters as well as the parents and the male suitors, but I didn't think any of the characters were well developed. We should know more about Beth. There's more of a story behind her going to Texas. So many parts to the story could have been explored just a little bit more. I felt like we got the most basic explanation and then moved on.

Overall, I can appreciate the book and I'm in the minority with my rating. If you're a HM Ward fan, check it out. It's a light hearted read that doesn't take long to finish. I enjoyed it, but didn't love it.

The End, one of the last scenes really made me feel like I were in the Bennett home and I really enjoyed it. Things all fall into place and we get our big reveal. PLUS!!! All of the horrific things I was conjuring in my mind about mama Bennett were wrong and we are explained what the real happenings are. Whew that was a wonderful moment! So all and all I’d say YES READ this book. Just know it’s VERY SIMILAR AND VERY DISTINCT from P&P. Was it my bag of Bro-tater Chips? Not completely Bro-fessor but I’m glad I read it cause it was enjoyable.

My Rating

3.5 Hospital, Jerk, Daddy, Red, Ball, Room, Cocaine, Phone, Mural, Runaway, Marriage, Outrage, Shopping, Wedding, Engagement, Coming Out, Return, Revealed, Loved, an Unlikely connection that collided without regard of status LOVE filled stars!

I was lucky enough to receive an ARC for my honest review. First of all I love how H.M and L.G. put their words together to write one fantastic book, I had a hard time putting it down. Beth came home because her father was in the hospital, she wasn't expecting to fall in love. When her best friend needed her, she was ready to give up what she wanted. We had a couple of friendly faces in this book as well. I think we all want a happily ever after but not everyone gets one. I have read almost everything H.M. has written and they have all been wonderful. If you love a good romance then you should definitely buy this when it comes out. Once I started reading it, I had to force myself to put it down.

Over you is a standalone novel cowritten by HM Ward and LG Castillo who invite you into the sassy and seductive lives of Elizabeth and William. Where the chemistry sizzles, trust is questioned and hearts break. A must read!

Elizabeth Bennett strong and sassy New Yorker ran away to Texas to escape everything she has become. Until an untimely emergency brings her back to help her family.

William Darcy protects his family and his heart. Building an empire that has women falling to his feet, but one person sees past him.

Will Darcy and Beth see past the facade of the NY elite or will guarded hearts and suspensions have them running to another?
