At essentially 40 years old at the time of this review, they feel like the extremely low/poor quality comics I used to read as a little kid back in the 90's on the back of the Sunday newspaper. Not horrible, but mildly amusing at best and not really the best time investment.
Has a strong 'gee golly' /slapstick type of humor, with a heavy lean into 'for-kids' as well... be just a 1980's version of that. Which feels off here in 2025 almost 2026 at the time of this review.
