Great book for beginners. I've been a meditator for years and this seemed to be the next step. There are many things to learn and I felt the information presented here was easy to follow and I'm getting much better at the process.

If you are at all interested in learning about yourself and what your life is about, even past lives, and health, this you will enjoy this very specific training.

I will be using this book as a reference for a long time!

Like all of Edain McCoy's books, this one is eh. It has some good information couched inside of so much fluff text and unnecessary bs. And of course, she leaves out the important parts that one can, at least from this text, only get from practice. It's doubtful that you can read this book and succeed at astral projection--or even trance states as McCoy offers such a shallow view of them and only one way to enter them... A good overview of the different methods for projection.

A great all rounder book for people who are wanting to learn about projectiology (lucid dreaming / astral travel). Provides a great foundation from which to travel from :-)

This book has some good techniques. I was thankful for some of the practical advice and I appreciated the overview. I was particularly thankful for some of the advice on the Guided Meditation method, which is the one that is easiest for me.

This is a great resource if you are beginning on the path for astral work. I must say, I think you should be an intermediate for overall witchcraft/meditation before starting with this book. I think it would be a great building block to explore after completing something like Inner Temple of Witchcraft, which has you work on many techniques included in this book but slower and much more gradual than this book. Overall, great resource for those interested in the topic.
