She thought she was alone as a mind reader  - a freak.

Mackenzie Day constantly struggles to silence the voices in her head. The inner thoughts of those around her intrude upon every aspect of her life, threatening to turn it into chaos.

All her life, she thought she was alone as a mind reader--a freak.

Then a member of a secret organization called The Unseen suddenly introduces himself, and she's immersed in a world she never knew existed. They teach her to hone her skills as a reader, but to what end? Secrets surround her, humming just out of reach, filling her with questions.

Who are they? What do they do with their mind-reading abilities? In the end, just how far will Mackenzie go to be part of The Unseen?

I really hate writing these in third person. So hey! I'm Stephanie. I have all kinds of books including post-apocalyptic, dystopian, and paranormal romance. This is my first venture into clean rom-com, and I gotta tell ya, I loved it. I have 12 books planned for the Calendar Girls standalone series, so buckle up, buttercups! It's gonna be a fun ride, and I do hope you'll join me!

What else do you want to know? My husband can usually be found sailing the skies as an airline captain, and my daughter is TEN now (::commence sobbing at the cruel passage of time::)!

I love to connect with readers, so please reach out any time! With nice things of course. Please don't troll me LOL. I have kindof a sharp tongue and little restraint when provoked. It's not cute.

Great Series

This book set is exceptional! From the very first chapter of the first book I was hooked. Each book can stand along. The characters are very well defined, the words used draws a fantastic picture of what the author had in mind. The storyline flows with such ease that the reader gets lost in it. The cliffhanger in the last book, has the reader hanging on for just the right length of time. Great ending , fantastic beginning, and exceptional middle. Would give The Unseen Trilogy TEN stars if I could. A definite Must Read.

Omg!........Wow!

LOVED IT! I just couldn't get enough! It had me shouting, crying, arguing and just getting swept away in a really great plot! My only gripe was it ended pretty suddenly! I almost missed the build up! But it was still awesome! Well written, great characters and I shall be looking for more by this author!

Imagine you have this ability, would you go crazy? I like to think I'd be able to embrace this for the good of humanity. How the main character deals with hers is a great adventure. I would give six stars.

Lost interest in the last book. Maybe I'll pick it up again later, maybe not. So many books, so little reading time.

I've reviewed all of the books in this trilogy individually but I decided to review them as a whole too.

I don't know how I stumbled across Stephanie Erikson; it was through Facebook, I think. I found this trilogy and thought it seemed interesting enough based on the blurb, so I bought the entire Kindle version of the trilogy. I'm so glad I did!

The idea of mind reading has always fascinated me and the plot idea was very good. I honestly couldn't stop reading it. I've lost some sleep reading this because I have a tendency to stay up too late when I read good books at night.

However. . .there were some things that nagged at me. One, it was sort of predictable and even some of the twists that were supposed to be unexpected and shocking didn't surprise me. There were very few where I sat back and was like "Oh! Didn't see that coming." At times, the characters had a one-dimensional feel to them even though they clearly weren't. Also, even though I liked MacKenzie, she could occasionally be whiny and unrelatable. I was also disappointed with how quickly her relationship with Owen developed. I know that relationships can happen all of a sudden, but it was like in one chapter she'd just met them and in the next they were head over heels in love. Perhaps, that was a little bit of an exaggeration but that's how it felt to me. Lastly, the idea of the trilogy is a really good one but I wish Stephanie had elaborated more on the plot more and made each book longer. I feel as if she kind of pulled up short on the plot and hurried it by to quickly without much development.

Nonetheless, I'm not trying to deter you from reading it by any means! It's actually a pretty smashing series and I still reccomend it!

A really good trilogy, with a good story line.

I chose this trilogy because I really enjoy the writers work. The story was unique and the characters were relatable. I feel there was a few times throughout the books that the story should have dove in a little deeper, especially with Maddies family. Lastly I felt that Mac became the assistant way to easily with not a lot of context going into that part of the story. Is this trilogy worth the time to read it? Absolutely!! Several times throughout the book I could not read it fast enough to find out what was going on.

Absolutely wonderful

Let me start by saying that this Trilogy is not my usual genre. That being said, once I started reading, I literally could not stop reading. While I was at work, all I could think about was getting home and reading these books.
I really loved the fact that these books were obviously well thought out and very well written. Editing was spot on. No repetitive phrases that annoy me.
Stephanie Erickson is a natural. Thank you Ms. Erickson, for sharing your talent with me.

This is an amazing set! I had never heard of Stephanie Erickson until a friend told me to check her out. Stephanie sent me the first two books for free and I bought Undivided. Great storyline and characters. Definitely worth reading again and again.

Short, quick trilogy. Enjoyed the characters and the story. Wasn't wild about the way it ended...too quick and too neat...very different from the rest of the story. Still I enjoyed it.
