Fall of the Faithful
Kieran Monicue is the head of the world’s largest corporation, KIRA, she’s also a psychopath, every Sin Eater is.
She’s been cursed to immortality, to live and die again and again until she can find a way to open the gates to hell. For that she needs Cade Marcel.
Cade Marcel is young and righteous. He’s just graduated from law school and receives a call to report to Kieran Monicue’s office. She wants him to write her memoirs, a record of her life and her decisions, so that mankind may understand the reason she set them down such a dark path. After all, she is the villain in this story.
*Events within this novel occur directly after the events of Snow Covered Moon.*

Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Lark graduated from Polytechnic Institute in 1999, she received two Associates degrees one in computer aided drafting and another in mechanical engineering. But her true passion and love has always been for the written word. She’s currently working on the next book in the Echoes of Time series.
When not designing mechanical systems she enjoys reading a good novel, drinking a good cup of coffee and letting the words on the page take her to new exciting places.

*SIGH*
I am a hardcore LM Adams fan and Fall of the Faithful did not disappoint. First I'll start with a few of my favorite quotes...
That is the problem with trying to create a god, they are typically unstable.
"I need you to die."
Great men are born from great tragedy, or destroyed by it.
They didn't realize their own worth, and now they are worthless.
There is a breaking point to every man and woman.
There are so many more but I'll refrain.
Fall of the Faithful occurs around the same time as A Snow Covered Moon but this time for the POV of the self-proclaimed villain.
Kieran Monicue has been tasked with opening the gates of hell...but she needs Cade Marcel's help. What started as a business transaction between the two becomes much more. Not only do a few secrets come to the light but we watch the attraction between Kieran and Cade grow by leaps and bonds. There are many shockers and things are starting to come full circle a bit. The Sin Eater arc is but one of three...to full appreciate the brilliance one should also read the Twisted Eventide arc and The Echoes of Time arc. Each is a different piece of the puzzle that I for one can't wait to be finished...by the time I got to the end I was ready to scream. I was not prepared for the shock of it and can't wait to the next book to finish things off. Hopefully we will see more of Ms. Monicue and Mr. Marcel in Sacred Bones later this year.
Until then I am impatiently waiting and rereading earlier books in an attempt to sooth myself until the next book is complete. The web Ms. Adams is weaving is one that if you blink you'll miss an important detail...everything is deliberate and done for a reason.
Kieran has seen and been through so much you can't help but feel for her. But there is a strength in her and still a bit of naivete...hope even, which is a small beacon after the way he life turned out in the beginning...she didn't have it easy but she pushed through and became the CEO of the most important company to the world. Pick up Fall of the Faithful when it releases...I promise you will not be disappointed!

Truly Twisted in everyway. LM as outdone herself in this story. All the worlds are coming together in such a scary way makes you want to go back and read all her other stories to see what you've might have missed!

I am a die hard fan of all of L.M. Adams works' and this book was an additional great flow of energy and a anticipated puzzle piece the stories before it. Once you start the book(as with them all) its a page turner, always wanting to keep reading to see what happens next. Unpredictable and on-the-edge of my seat as I read, feeling in-depth connections with each character through their rises and falls. One of the many great works of L.M. Adams and definitely worth every bit of the time to read, you will not be disappointed , make sure to check out her other books as well to fill your passion of wanting to know and understand all angles of her characters and story lines. Great work and another one of her collection that i plan to read over and over again, keep em coming :)

It is no secret that I love the Twisted Eventide series. So, of courese I would one click the newest L M Adams book. I was not disappointed. Kieran is a bad ass, as all of the women are in the series. And Cade is a strong, very strong man. Has some twists I did not expect, and I think I went through every emotion reading this book. If you like your smut dark, your men strong and your women stronger, you will love this book

LOVED getting some insight into Kieran and Cade. I CANNOT wait to see more of them and hopefully dig a little deeper into Kay because I KNOW sleazy Darius has a reason for having her and I want to know why.
But yeah, this book was great and I throughly enjoyed learning more about the sin eaters. And I just realized why Kieran was so paranoid about checking everyone’s identity!!! 🤯

Stupendous!!
The beautifully twisted mind of this author, it simply astounds me. Every time I read one of her books I find myself becoming introspective. I don't know why, but it occurs EVERY DANG TIME!! . L.M. Adams is so, so, so talented.

Amazing
I love every book in this series!!! Each book is so well written. The stories are dark and at times you will be crying and screaming at the same time but you will not be able to put the book down until you reach the last page.

I loved this book. L.M. Adams is an unbelievably good story teller and it is easy to become addicted to her writing.

So Twistedly Delicious
Kieran is a badass and a very twisted mess! Again, LMA doesn't disappoint! She has brought together madness and insanity, love and hate, pain and relief to the aching soul of those in the "Twisted Eventide"
