I was given this book for my honest review.

How many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie roll pop? How many times have we heard that on television? My guess would be too many to count but what if you take a look at it and bring life into the center of the pop. Forging forward we take the proverbial lick to get to our goal along the way. However we may encounter mistakes and misgivings, happiness, sadness and sorrow along the way but the ultimate goal will always remain the same the center where our truest of hearts are. What we don’t know is that along the way we have already reached the center with our determination, and the strength to take that ultimate ending lick with a crunch is just the right POP in our lives.

Silenced is the final book in the Intoxicated Series and needs to be read in order. Intoxicated, Shattered, Designed, Changed and Silenced (Coming 2/16/2016).

A normal review of this book could not be written in fear of giving something away within the book.

To the author: This final read is not the end of Lauren, Matthew, Chris, Blake, Gracie and Will but the door way to new beginnings as they partake yet another strength in life. Setbacks may occur but at the same time the will of family and friends that bind them all together is what family is all about. Sure we will get the wildness, the sadness and the perseverance to know right from wrong but at the same time we will find that the truest of hearts is what has made these characters stand amongst the great ones in your readers’ eyes as they have done so many times in mine. So in closing yet another chapter with these great characters I look forward to new beginnings and not say a final good bye but a see you later. Major Kudos

To the readers: Please sit back and be prepared to take the beginning, middle and end to a whole new plateau and be entranced. Let the characters take you into their world to tell you their story for you will not be disappointed a little giddy but never disappointed.

Happy Reading

This book was given to me for my honest review...and, honestly, I thought it was a fantastic wrap-up of the Intoxicated Series! Over the course of the series, which should be read in order, readers have followed Matthew, Lauren, Blake, Chris, Will, and Gracie struggle to find their way in their individual journeys and as members of an extended family. The evolution of their lives has highlighted major growth, change, heartache, frustration, lust, and, most importantly, love. I was impresssed by the way the characters retained that "real person" feel as they moved towards the finale of the series. They survived some very rocky seas during their passage to calmer waters. "All's well that ends well" is too simplistic for Silenced. The characters we have come to know and appreciate had to fight for their HEA, but I'm thrilled that they finally found it!

I was so excited to see we were getting some more of two couples! This book was heart breaking and frustrating at the same time. If you read the series we all understand going into this book what the big issue is going to be. While I understood the issue between Blake and Matthew and I could understand both of their views I wanted to shake Blake half of the time. The other half my heart absolutely broke for her. Also I was very intrigued with the angle Alicia Renee Kline took with Matthew. I was very surprised with how hard his is on himself how okay he was with so many things. Another great job by an awesome writer. Thank you for giving us all a little more while keeping it very entertaining!

Another amazing read by Alicia Renee Kline! I have read all of the books in this series and they just keep getting better and better. This, by far, was the most intense of them all! I loved the many POV's in this story, I like to know what the characters are thinking and what makes them they way they are. The drama was not overloaded and the sex was not over the top, it all was perfect and was an amazing read from the get go! Once again I was brought into the Snyder and friends world and I loved it!
