this series is my 2nd most favorite series (besides fifty himself of course) this series I found by chance after reading 50 shades and I'm sooooo happy I found it ,its what got me into ebooks so I blame you golland for my addiction for ebooks lol!! these books are simply amazing,it's everything you would want in a book ,love,happiness,sadness,heartbreak,and down right pee in your pants funny!! brylexis will always have a special place in my heart and soon a special place tattooed on my arm ;) !!!! so thank you for writing these books golland they are amazing!!!! and if you haven't read this series you totally better buy the box set when it comes out you won't be disappointed!!!!!

One of the best book series I have read, wonderful writing and a beautiful story. I never wanted to put them down. This is a must read and I hope to see more of Bryce and Alexis, fav book couple. Thanks for a great series KM x

This was an interesting series, which I decided to read because the infidelity angle drew me in. It ended up being a mixed bag.
I thought it had some sexy, swoon worthy moments. Bryce and Alexis had palpable chemistry and were fire.
But I plan to focus more on the critiques:
1) the series was overly long and padded with so many extraneous things. It could have accomplished the same, but with 25% less pages.
2) the heroine, Alexis, might be one of my least favorite ones EVER. She is whiny, over the top, indecisive, bitter, full of double standards, and her inner monologue reads like a teen girl’s. Just an awful character and a pretty awful mother. She’s in her mid-30s, been married to Rick for more than a decade. They have a son and daughter, both under the age of 10.
The day she goes back to work for the first time since having kids, she literally runs into her new boss Bryce. Bryce is a billionaire businessmen who owns hotels and who is immediately smitten with Alexis. After a few days on the job, she is named his personal assistant (where she does literally no work, other than flirt with Bryce). She starts an emotional affair with him, they make out several times and get to second base, and after 2 weeks or so Bryce says he’s in love with her. All the while she insists she’s in a happy marriage, wouldn’t cheat, and she can’t have an affair.
Except she totally does. Emotionally and a good amount of physical infidelity happens. But Alexis doesn’t seem to comprehend this. So Bryce offers her husband $5 million to let her spend the week with him sexing it up or else he will tell Alexis that Rick cheated with a coworker. Rick agrees and confesses to Alexis he slept with the other woman one time, 5 years ago, but it made him realize how much he loves Alexis. Alexis freaks out over his cheating, goes to Bryce’s immediately to declare her love and for a weeks worth of sex, ignoring her husband and lying to her kids after shipping them to grandmas. Then Rick reveals Bryce paid him and that he didn’t have an affair, leaving Alexis pissed at both men. She flees to her moms home and proceeds to largely ignore her kids and pine away over Bryce. She tells both men she needs space. Rick gives her what she wants, Bryce does not. Yet she swoons over Bryce. She then declares herself “single” and dates both men. In actuality she is leading Rick on, sleeping with Bryce but being a bit evasive, and leaving her kids to go drinking with girlfriends. Eventually Rick admits he cheated, it turns out he has a secret love child he didn’t know about, and Alexis jumps feet first in with Bryce.
Now, Rick is a scumbag. I’m not even saying Alexis chose the wrong guy. But maaaaan was she a hypocrite. She cheated on her husband for weeks before learning about his affair and the payment from Bryce. What does that say about her character? You can say Rick deserves it, but she didn’t know he did anything wrong at the time and still cheated. Then leads him on, he is admittedly a good dad, but that doesn’t matter to our heroine.
3) Bryce was too perfect. Of course he was sex on legs, and a billionaire, and devoted only to Alexis, and was a pilot, played a guitar, was amazing in bed, could cook like an expert, and never stopped smirking. His cons: Paying Rick was sleazy. He also essentially stalked Alexis and was besotted with her just by seeing her picture before they even met. That’s a bit much. But more flaws would’ve been better.
4) Alexis and Bryce gave no thoughts to what their actions would do to her kids. Bryce helped to breakup a family to get Alexis. He exploited a massive mistake of Rick’s to uproot the Summers family. He just wanted what he wanted and no one would stop him. Nothing mattered, not even the stability for two children. His solution to gain favor with them was to bribe them.Alexis constantly left her kids, justified it as she deserved time for herself so she could hookup with Bryce, and basically was all “my kids just have to get used to this.” Just an extraordinarily selfish individual. And immediately moves them in with Bryce. Like, no, lady. Ease the kids into life with him, not force it. But it was all about her happiness.
Like I said, there were some genuine good things in this series. But those above points really took away from it.

First time reader of K M Golland
A page turner from start to finish, following Alexis a married woman and mother of two going back to work after being a stay at home mother. Along comes billionaire boss Bryce who with one look finds his dream woman. One problem the husband but he doesn't let this small detail stand in his way of pursuit of Alexis. He has his ways of finding out her husband has been unfaithful to her just after the birth of her second child and is being blackmailed by the woman, but she has a secret of her own for the blackmail. Meet the highly hilarious friends of Alexis complete with laugh out loud moments. Emotional in places especially when you meet Bryce,s cousin who has a disorder that manifest,s it self 3 personality,s. This is one hot read with a rollercoaster ride. Absolutely loved it and didn't want it to end.

Great boxset full of emotions
Loved this boxset from start to end !
Here you meet married Mum of two Alexis Summers who decides that after 9 years of being a stay at home mum goes back to work. This is where we meet Bryce Clark her billionaire boss and owner of the hotel she is working at. There is an instant intense connection between them which Alexis tries to ignore and is adamant that she will not betray her husband and jeopardise her family. But rich , funny , caring and single Bryce has found his forever and is set to show Alexis that they are meant to be.
You really ride a rollercoaster of feels and emotions throughout this series , there is guilt...happiness...love...jealousy...betrayal...loss...fear...you really do experience it all! You will have moments of sadness and a few laugh out loud moments.
This is really well written with great Characters.

This series looked intriguing, and I read the first book completely, but I just wasn’t inclined to continue. Alexis is married with two children and makes the choice to go back to work. Bryce is her boss. They immediately are attracted to each other, but Alexis tales her vows seriously, or at least partially. The story just didn’t flow for me. It happened so quickly and I know it’s a book, but come on, there could have been more intense moments before they started making out and touching. Yeah, gonna keep this on my DNF list and go for something else on my TBR.

THERE ARE NO WORDS!
I chose 5 stars because this book was EVERYTHING! Funny, witty, sweet, sad, jealous, and just plain REAL!!! A lot of books you can get lost in the “fairytale” of it, but this book had so many real life scenarios in it it made the book that much better. Bryce is 🔥🔥, Alexis and her friends are so fun … and Bryce and Alexis together are explosive! I can’t wait to read more by this author!

Loved this book series. So much chemistry. What brilliant writing. Amazing characters brought to life. Truly lovely relationship between all the characters. I want more. Jumping around 8 years from the wedding I'd love those years filled in & then some. I just want to keep reading about the love& their life together.

Sweet romance
I'm not a fan of books that have affairs but this story was really about true love. Alexis and Bryce completely belong to each other. It was super swoony and I loved the ending.
The reason I'm giving four stars is because I would have loved more of Bryce's POV in the trilogy. I felt it was needed at times.

Just about managed to get through Temptation as I try to always finish a book regardless. I won’t be reading any more as I found all the main characters to be unpleasantly selfish! Not one of them took into consideration how their actions would impact the rest of the family.

This is one of my absolute favourite series of books. KM Golland is a remarkable writer; she has the ability to draw you right into the story, so that you become totally engrossed. You feel emotionally attached to the characters because they are real people, with all the flaws and problems we all face, but with added sparkle.
The Temptation series is the story of Bryce and Alexis; Bryce Clark, is a sexy Australian, he is rich, powerful, gorgeous but above all a really nice man who has been waiting to find the love of his life. Alexis Summers is 35, married with a family and happy, after taking time out of work to raise her children she makes a career change and gets a job as a concierge in a high class hotel. On her first day she bumps into Bryce, quite literally, and things change dramatically from then on. Bryce has found the woman he loves and will do anything to keep her, however Alexis is loyal and resists the Temptation. As the story progresses there are twists and turns you do not see coming, you become involved in their lives, the ups and downs, the happiness and tears.
These are brilliant stories and once you start book one you will want to continue, you won’t be able to stop till you find out what happens to them both. You will laugh, cry, sigh and love the ride!

Wow, what a series!! Came across this box set on sale and KM Golland is one of the authors attending a book signing I'm going to so thought I'd give them a try!! I'm utterly blown away!! Within the first 5 mins of the first book I was hooked, laughing along with the storyline, loving the characters and utterly pulled into the book. The characters for me are just brilliant, so very close to real life. I couldn't put this set down, thoroughly enthralled needing to know what would happen next. Can't recommend this series enough - Bryce is up with the best like Gideon, Jesse, Colton and Damien - if you loved those you will love this!!
