Rosie and Connor have lost their spark in the bedroom. But when the house next door finally sells, their love life takes an unexpected turn.

First, this blurb caught my attention. Typically I shy away from a romance that involves cheating, and although both women are in on this plan, it still made me slightly uncomfortable at the start.
Rosie and Conner have fallen into a sexual lull, but when the new neighbors move in and an eavesdropping therapist offers up the women a bit of advice, the ladies give in. A chance to get their sex lives back on track by seducing the other’s husband. But the girls had no idea that the men had a plan of their own.
So... when Phoenix and Rosie start their little game, I was at first sort of ticked off by the reaction of both Conner and Sean. I mean, come on guys, a little T&A and overt flirting and your boner’s were out of control. But that was the point of this whole game, so I had to let that go. Then it happened.
I think given the nature of this type of story – the author staged this set up perfectly. The final scenes in this short read were scorching hot. But I did feel like Sean was a bit more detached from the situation that Conner was – but I think that was because we only got his side via Rosie.
The funny thing is that although this was hotter than hell, I still was a little mad at Conner for his eagerness. At Rosie, no not at all. But the crazy woman DNA I have certainly did not love Conner’s willingness or reaction to his chance at having his hot neighbor.
I don’t know if this is a book for everyone. Understand that it is going to push your boundaries a bit and that even though there is no cheating, there are some moments where lines are blurred and this sort of coupling is not for everyone. But if you can stand being a little uncomfortable, give it a chance, the story was worth the initial unsettling feelings.

The Neighbors is a short adult story about two couples who are bored in their sex lives. They make bets on each others sex lives and what happens next is pure brilliancy. Having never read anything from this author before I was not sure what to expect, but Smoak does not disappoint in this sizzling novella.
This angel would definitely recommend the story for anyone needing a little steam in their reads and I look forward to more from Ivy in the future.

Rosie and her new neighbour phoenix are having a dry spell with their husbands and seek a therapists help and she tells them to seduce each others husbands. It doesn't go to plan but then they have a dinner the 4 of them and let's say things get very hot between the couples

Holy hotness! Seriously, the heat level of this short story is out of this world. Oh my god, Ivy really crammed a lot into these 80 pages. A must read! But don't plan on going anywhere afterwards...unless you're okay with being flushed and sweaty!

3.5* read.
This isn't usually the type of book I'd go for but when I was asked to review this I thought I'd give it a go and see as I always love discovering new authors. I wasn't sure how I'd react or if I'd enjoy it and at first I really wasn't sure about it. That been said as it got going I got more invested in the story and characters. One main problem for me though was it seemed a bit to rushed in places and I think it needed more too it. The characters needed more development which could have been done if it was made into a novel not novella, but that's just my own opinion. That been said this author has real potential and got me interested in a book I'd never normally pick up and go for.
A short quick read that pushed my boundaries from a author with real potential. Its not for everyone's taste but it may surprise people how much they enjoy it given the chance.

This book had me cracking up so bad I though I was going to wake up the whole apartment building with my laughing. Poor Rose and Conner's has fallen into a sexual problem ,the is their not having any. Then new neighbors moved in , and this therapist offers up a little advice and the ladies decided to try it . They finally had a way to get their sex lives back on track ,and that to seduce each others husbands. But in the mean time the husbands up with a plan of their own ,but would it work for them. I could go on tell you more about this amazing couples and their sexual problems ,but that spoil the story for and I won't do that to you. I though the story was enjoyable and well written. I highly recommend you to this book by Ivy Smock you won't be disappointed.

Well this was defiantly not what I expected out of this book. It was a fun short novella that bounced back and forth between Connor and Rosie. The two are in a rut in their sex life in their marriage and Rosie decides after meeting the attractive new neighbors to go in on a bet against the new neighbor Phoenix to see which one can get their husband to sleep with them first. This is a very fun book filled with sex and flirting and fun! It is a great short read and I just loved the characters. I'd love to see more of them in another novella or story. The book defiantly had a heat factor of 10 out of 10 and it is one I'll re-read just for the steamy sex scenes!

The Neighbors by Ivy Smoak is a smart, sexy and fun read. It's a fantasy you could imagine for yourself and wishing there was a way it might really happen. Whether it's the hot, hunky neighbor, cute guy at the coffee shop or the bubbly and bouncy girl at your gym, you think , " wouldn't it be fun if...."? Ivy Smoak did a great job bringing that little fantasy to fruition, letting the story build up in a unique twist, allowing the characters to try and turn the tables on each other. While the men tried to gain the upper hand sexually, the girls took it as a challenge and all bets were off. She did a great job of teasing you until the, sexy, yummolicious, multi climatic end.

Conner and Sean bonded over Sean’s man cave he was building in the basement. Phoenix takes Rosie shopping for bikinis. While the girls were shopping the guys made a bet. The loser has to wear a cowboys jersey while watching an Eagles game. The women try to seduce their husband but both come up empty. They form this plan to seduce the others husbands. They both think their husbands don’t want them. They find out the truth. I could not share my husband with anyone. It’s weird but if that is you kink more power to you.

THE NEIGHBORS is a short sexy read. A married couple movie into a new house and strike up a friendship with their neighbours. It just so happens that they have a lot in common when it comes to their love life. The guys and girls both plot plans to teach their spouse a lesson, and to liven their marriage up.
The content of the story is a little unconventional, but it's told in a fun way which really holds your attention. This is the first book by Ivy Smoaks that I have read, and I definitely plan on reading more.

First I have to say, this book had me cracking up. I literally laughed at the crazy situations that the wives put themselves in throughout the entire read. I totally got why and how Rosie and Phoenix felt. I think every marriage goes through what they did. Conner and Sean think they can hold out on their wives to improve the sex life, but they have no clue what Rosie and Phoenix have planned. I really enjoyed this quick read. I liked how it was entertaining and so scandalous at the same time. I highly recommend reading this and other books by Ivy. I know I can’t wait for more!

This was the first book I'd read by Ivy Smoak. In an attempt to spice up their lives, Rosie, Connor, Phoenix and Sean embark on a sexual adventure they never imagined they would enjoy. The Neighbors is a quick, hot read that will have you rethinking your own neighbors.

Wow. That's the first thing that comes to mind with this story. I was surprised how quickly the plot escalated. It was a very entertaining read and I'm sure like Ivy said in her notes that it would freak out your husband lol.

Over The Top Neighbors
Talk about your friendly neighbors, lol! I definitely did not expect Plan F as a solution to a marital problem but there it was! Ivy sure has a way of bringing characters to life. I am more inclined to The Hunted Series and Empire high which I highly recommend!
