I found this book to be quite informative and entertaining. A lot of the information is sound which I thought to be quite helpful from the perspective of the expectant father. Bleidner is certainly opinionated and makes solid efforts to justify those opinions which I can appreciate. Whether or not I agree with all of the opinionated statements is another matter. Otherwise, the progression of the book is very natural from first learning about your pregnant spouse to prepping for the arrival all the way through the early years with a nice little note at the end (for the father of the bride).
This is pretty light and at times rudimentary. It kind of felt like I was taking fatherhood advice from a college fraternity student living inside a 30 something. That said, it was a decent read and set some of my expectations. There's nothing ground breaking here in the world of parenting and fatherhood.
Fun with a decent, not over-whelming, amount of information. A little bit cheesy and repetitive at times, but had a good perspective that provided a fun balance to the other more formal baby books.
