Was trying to expand my knowledge of my faith with this "book", but didn't realize what was involved. Having read the Bible cover to cover, I can say that was a good, enjoyable read due to the style/narrative. Unfortunately, the Catechism is more of a dictionary or encyclopedia. Amazing information in the Catechism with lots of detail, but more of a reference document than a book to read.

An explanation of the teaching of the Catholic Church. It can be densed at times, but has a nice summary of Catholic teaching all around.
