Even though I haven't finished yet, I'm definetly feeling better about my math abilities. Perfect book for those of us who had a terrible math teacher in highschool-proving that we CAN learn math! Each section is easily understood with many examples. I know that one day my copy will be ragged-thanks,Kim Allen, for the recommendation!

This math book had a lot of information and the writers did a great job of explaining it to you. For someone who just wants to brush up on their math, or who maybe has never done stuff like this and just wants to dip their toes into math -- this is your book! However, there aren't really math problems for you to do. I did this book in my Junior year, and I was disappointed at the lack of problems to solve. Yes, they tell you how to do it -- so why not let you try?
