This story proves with just a few short pages that we really are our own worst enemy.

Not exactly a unique premise, but a well written, entertaining read nevertheless.

We open with Dr. Saul Landers, a time machine, and his desperate need to get back to Emily.

In flashbacks, we saw that Saul is super driven, brilliant and obsessed. But his girlfriend Emily, she feels under appreciated. It takes Saul a while to realize just how severe these feelings of Emily’s are.

Saul is maniacally driven to be reunited with Emily and to make the past right. He ignores all else, and time begins to go by.

Interesting ending. Can we really change things? Anything?

I would have liked this story to be longer. It ended with a "what's next" in my mind. Interesting story.
