Will they stick with each other Through Thick & Thin . . . or will the consequences of their past sins be too much to bear?
Although better than the first one I still needed more from the author. I felt like the story was more cohesive than the last. However it seemed like a constant struggle with going against what they knew was right. Keeping secrets and withholding things that were pillars in a relationship. I liked the characters and wanted to know how their journey ended. However the story didn't move me in the spots it tried to ensue passion. Keep working.
I really enjoyed this book from beginning to end. The characters were all believable and I loved the prayers. Thanks so much for such a wonderful story.
Reagan's troubles have multiplied. Engaged, pregnant, and unsure of her baby's father. Reagan learns what it feels like to be loved. She must learn to forgive. Can she? Caleb promises to stick by her. Can they stay together through thick and thin?
Life is messy, and not everything goes the way we want. Especially when life is lived outside the boundaries set by the Creator. Reagan gets over one hurdle, then has to maneuver over another. This story had my attention since it's close to real life. Hollywood's living is fiction. It doesn't always show the consequences. This book does.
Faith-based packed with answers. This generation needs Jesus. Natasha gives us Him within the pages of Love, Lies, and Consequences.
This is a solid Christian romance! I love how the author made the characters real in the sense that they had real life trials to test their love and faith. I'm looking forward to reading more about these characters in the next book!
It took me years to get to the second book, but with the small tidbits she shared in this one I was able to remember the first book's storyline. However, even if you haven't read the first one you'd still enjoy reading this one.
The first two books in this series is engrossing and very close to real life. I enjoyed this story conclusion and anticipate reading the next two series books. The author has become a favorite with her true to life creative writing.
The characters, " Raegan, Caleb, Tammy and Joshua " learned valuable life lessons. Prayer, Bible scriptures, trusting in God was expressed throughout the story.
I loved the characters and storylines the author presented. I liked the Christian lives portrayed in relationships and marriages. The author dealt with the way we want others to treat us until the same situation arise. Marriage, failures, selflessness, decisions and commitments. I think it’s a good read for a book club discussion.
Engaged, pregnant, and unsure of her baby's father, Raegan's troubles have multiplied. In the sequel to the award-winning title, Love, Lies & Consequences, Raegan learns what it feels like to be loved completely. Not my favorite.
Book 2 like book one had a lot of deception and it was making me crazy, but in a fun way. But both couples learned that trusting in God, honesty, and communication is the key. I really enjoyed both of these book and Natasha is now one of my favorite authors.
Both Raegan and Tammy were kind of selfish but they came around. So much was going on in this book but it was good. I really enjoyed it. Caleb and Joshua were very good men.
I won a copy of this book in a Goodreads giveaway. This is a sweet book ... perhaps a little too sweet. There are some serious issues in the life of the main character, Raegan. She is unwed and pregnant by a married man (although she has a wonderful fiancee that will accept the child as his own). Later, after she is married, she learns that her new husband has a child from a previous relationship. She does keep her faith through all her trials and everything eventually leads to a happy ending. All in all, a good book that was fast paced and interesting but it could have used a little more bite to create some the tension. Everything wraps up a little too nicely for me to get really involved with the story. There appears to be more coming and I will be keeping an eye out for the next in the series.
I was not disappointed reading book 2. The storyline was well written and answered some questions of what if, had the first book been a standalone . I am happy I didn't have to leave it to my imagination. The characters still made some of the same mistakes as they did in the first book but they didn't lose focus of God's Word, applying it to their bad situations. I recommend this book also. I have became a new fan of this author. Looking forward to reading more oh her books. Cassandra H.
