About the author

Jamie Tinker is an active-duty Navy sailor originally from Bangor, Maine, where his family owned a small independent bookstore.

A 20-year career has developed Jamie into an experienced public speaker and an accomplished instructor. He has recently started sharing his life lessons and motivation in the highly successful blog series The Day Job.

In addition to his strong writing style, travelling the world has influenced his fiction by adding depth to believable characters and a rich, engaging fantasy world. Although he has been writing for over a decade as his career allows, The Widow's Warning is his debut novel.

When he's not out to sea for the day job, Jamie lives on his boat in sunny San Diego.
