Absolutely the best written law book on litigation! This was written by a U of AZ law prof. And I read it for my Paralegal class. It was not the class text, but I was feeling a bit confused with litigation process, etc... Needless to say, I received the highest grades in both Litigation I & II. It was due to this book and the straightforward explanation of the rules and laws for the courtroom process.

Assigned by attorney Scott Gordon - a fascinating, in-depth look into organizing and preparing for trial and/or settlement. (Better, I think, than Mauet's Trial book)
