This is another pivotal installment that sends the series onto a new path which will set the stage for what is sure to be a spectacular conclusion.

Once more, it should be noted that this is a crime story, with limited romantic situations, and these installments must be read in order.

So far, this e-series has been very good, and I am enjoying reading the story in increments. However, if you would rather read them all at once, that is yet another fun option open to readers. Either way, I highly recommend this series.

**ENTIRE SERIES REVIEW**

If you don't pay attention to the publisher at the start, you will soon realize that this is a Harlequin novel. When the FBI agents aren't investigating the crimes and trying to get the bad guy, they're either having sex or fantasizing about it. We get it, they are adults but Lara Gant seems to be a little too focused on getting physical with the bad guy or her new partner. If you got rid of the gratuitous love making, this 8 book series could be condensed to 4.

Once you get past the late nite Cinemax plots, it is a good crime series. Of course there is a mole, a bad guy and a twin, plus a daughter that gets used as bait. It is longer than needed (even without the explicit relationship descriptions), but getting through it is a rewarding way to spend some free time.

This was another great episode! Lara now knows who she is looking for but she also learns why they always seems to be two steps ahead of her and the team. This one is a bit slower paced but I think that it worked well because the previous ones have been so fast paced. As we get a little closer to the end I really needed the small breather that this episode allowed me to have.

I received this book in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review. This review was first published at Blushing Reads.

In my personal opinion I'm finding the plot dimensions are weakening as the story continues to unfold. FBI Thriller? Not really. Less thrilling and more protracted at the moment. The variation in character personalities as presented by the multiple authors continues, minor but again in my view noticeable and annoying. Doesn't alter the outcome I guess more the readability. What I mean is; Would that particular person have reacted to that situation, information, conversation in that manner previously? I don't think so. Just my thoughts. Two more books in the series and admit at this stage I'll be glad to get to the end.

Oh this one not only has us feeling like things might actually get solved, there are a few surprises thrown in for good measure. I was questioning one aspect of the storyline and I think I was right! It was a small niggle and the fact that I read so many thrillers and watch them, I picked up on it. Yes, I know I could be a detective... if it was on tv. LOL Oh I can feel the ending and everything coming together. Immediately picking up the next one.

FBI Special Agent Lara Grant and her team are finally making headway in their investigation. They've made an important arrest, and have figured out some crucial matters concerning the crime boss they're after. But Lara's past won't die quietly.

I only have two more books in this Series left to read, and I will be sorry to see it end. Great storyline and action.

Another great episode in this series. Now that they know who to look for they just need to find them. While searching they also discover who may be the source of why Moretti always seems to be 2 steps ahead.

Things start unraveling and Lara comes to know that someone on the team(read the book to find out who) is playing their own game.
