Jesse's got the fastest arm around--too bad he can't control it.
Now that his Little League days are over, Jesse Kissler knows he's going to have to turn on the heat. But, in junior high, hard throwing is not enough. In the Panther's first game of the season, Jesse throws a lot of strikes--but he also gives up a lot of runs. The Panthers do have Eddie Peres, a solid reliever who can be counted on to save the Panthers when things get tight.
