You've heard the question a hundred times: "Is the glass half empty or half full?" When we are feeling negative, it's half empty. Of course it is. Anyone can see that. When we are feeling more positive, we see it as half full. Of course it is half full. . . Then there are those who see their glass as completely full - all the time. What if the glass is lying on its side? What if it is shattered into a thousand pieces? How can it then possibly be full? Turn to page 95 and find out.
Very great read, Dr Jenkins makes a practical illustration of how can one move from a habit of negative thinking to a habit of positive thinking and thereby change ones outlook completely...
Genuinely helped with getting me out of a negative mindframe, I'm starting to see clearly and work on my life rather than leave it to rot. I'm immensely thankful for this book.
Phenomenal book. Talks about pathological positivity. The author makes his case like a diligent lawyer and convinces why positivity needs to be pathological, how pathological positivity affects us, and how to cultivate the habit. Can't rave enough about this book to my team!
It's telling us on how to be or live purpose. It's explain more about positive and negativity thought, you need to thing about positivity always and you need to apply.
One of the powerful books I have read so far. The principles described and suggested in this book when implemented can have an influence that can bring the best out of them. Positive outcomes is something everybody anticipates but not willing to put the required effort to make it real. The self talk is a very important tool which is in reach for everyone that works in favor to us like a magic.
