A decent start if you’re brand new

More of a booklet than a book (and nowhere does the author claim otherwise) this is a nice little introduction to Masterminding in business. There are areas I'd take issue with; I'm now on my fourth MM group as a participant and we get a lot out of taking a whole day a month together online (the book recommends meetings of 90 mins-2 hours) and we're all happy with that - so don't feel limited by the suggestions. A good starting point if you're a complete beginner!

A short book, about 40pages, you can read it in an hour. Describes mainly the process of setting up a Mastermind from the managerial and marketing perspective, like what to beware of when is the right time for meetings and so on. There is little information how to lead an actual Mastermind session or how to participate in one.
