Jordyn Lewis came to Serenity Beach to start over. She needs a new life, a new home, and a chance to put her past behind her. What she doesn't need is to get pulled into a romantic relationship. But then Nolan Meyers enters her life. Nolan is charming, kind, and he makes Jordyn laugh. But just like Jordyn, Nolan is also running from his past. He suffered a traumatizing injury that caused him to give up his life and his dreams, and led him right to Jordyn. Their chance meeting on a deserted beach will alter the course of both their lives. As their relationship grows, Nolan helps Jordyn learn to believe in love again and she helps him begin to heal. But even as Jordyn allows herself to fall in love with Nolan, she struggles with the dark secret that still haunts her- a terrifying event that chased her from her hometown and across the country, to the safe harbor of Serenity. As Nolan and Jordyn grow closer, they dare to dream of a future together, until haunting reminders of Jordyn's traumatic past surface. Will ghosts of their pasts destroy the life they've begun to build together, or will their love guide them to serenity?

It wasn't very well written. It didn't tell the story in a interesting way, and just wasn't that great of a story.
