Innovation
This is a strange little book. Firstly I am a total advocate for Design Thinking and have used it extensively in business as a facilitator, consultant and business owner, so I need no convincing this is a valuable framework. The 5 step process of Design Thinking is:
1. Empathy
2. Definition
3. Ideas
4. Prototypes
5. Evaluation
I can attest to Design Thinking as the best approach I've used in the area of creativity and innovation. Its fundamental concept is to put people first and solutions later. Empathise and understand, then generate ideas, prototypes, and evaluate and learn. This book doesn't guide you through how to implement each of those stages it's a book which deals with messages, quotes, and an attempt to create a warm fuzzy feeling around creativity.
The problem is that I don't know what I really got out of the book and while I know it's pitched at someone completely novice to this approach I still didn't get the purpose of the book. Look it up online to get this information for free.

Revamp your old fashioned way of thinking
I like the way he exampled how to apply the empathy, to other people or community, it is where all the bright ideas were born. This book is suitable for the new generation, to fight back the old fashioned way, the baby boomers kind of way of thinking. Good job !

Not much more than a glimpse and extremely high-level overview of design thinking. Not well edited, either, but perhaps it originated from a different language.
At least it didn't take long to read.

Excelente compacto del potencial del Design Thinking.
Me ha gustado la manera en que sintetizan una herramienta tan poderosa. Muy bien redactado y simplificado. Excelente, breve, dos veces bueno.

Es muy básico, tiene algunos conceptos pero no termina de explicar el concepto
No le da una vuelta, genera una idea muy vaga del concepto y su aplicación.
Si querés un overview muy general sirve.

Creo que lo que más me gusta es que usa menos tecnicismos y más palabras claras.
Es corto. Eso también me gusta.

Concise and useful summary
I needed to quickly come up to speed on Design Thinking, and this brief book fit the bill perfectly. Furthermore it highlights the key thinkers in this space which is useful for digging in deeper when needed.

Good overview, but would have enjoyed more meet to the discussion.

Good as an introductory book
it is easy to read and it takes short time to read it. I would add more examples, resources and videos.
