This was quite an eye-opener. I hadn't much idea what stevia was except for hearing that it was better for you than sugar. Now I want to plant it to have a ready supply of it. It was also easier to accept in tea when I read that the sweetness reveals itself at the back of the tongue. Outside of there not being a ready baking blend (stevia has no bulk like sugar does despite being sweeter), I am going to try to transition to stevia in my tea and coffee.
