As someone who struggles a lot with most of the things that this book talks about, it has been a HUGE step for me in getting my life back after severe depression. It is beautifully written and engaging. I think fondly of it; like a best friend rather than a book. Thanks Richard Carlson!

Don't Sweat The Small Stuff For Teens has been very helpful for me, as a tween, soon to be teen. This book has helped me overcome some of my deepest insecurities, and problems. I have put many of these solutions to "not sweat the small stuff" into action, and fortunately I can say that they were triumphs. I enjoyed every single one of his strategies, but one that truly helped me and I really loved to use was his strategy to "Apply the 1-10 Scale" This strategy means to rate your problem from a 1-10. Then, cut that number in half, and if it is lower than a 2, it's not worth getting all worked up about. I use this strategy whenever I am very angry, and/or when I need to calm down. I would definitely recommend this book to you, and I highly suggest using these strategies if you decide to read this book.
