I help clients prepare for internal interviews and negotiations, and this book was part of what our library offers. I wanted to check out whether to recommend it or not.
All in all, better than nothing, but there are better books out there. Most of the advice is for people who haven't read any books on career, and make basic mistakes.
The list of possible questions is useful, but one can find these in web articles and YouTube videos. If you are in a rush to prepare for an interview tomorrow, I would use something else, if you have time to pick up the useful parts, it's an ok book to read.
I would recommend What colour is your parachute, or any book on negotiations.
