Decent book

This book gives a very vague outline about affirmations. It is quick to read and give you a list of the types of affirmations the author uses. This book would be good for someone looking for a quick read about how to start affirmations. There ate steps to use to create them and a couple suggestions on how to make them work better. The tone of the book was a little rushed in my opinion. Overall a decent book.
